Navy SEAL Eddie Gallagher still dealing with court crap
Sort of reminds me of Proud Boys… Men being men, and getting punished for being aggressive men. SMH.
THIS IS WEIRD… (Drudge) Navy upholds sentencing of Navy SEAL for posing with corpse… (AP) — The U.S. chief of naval operations on Tuesday denied a request for clemency and upheld a military jury’s sentence that will reduce the rank of a decorated Navy SEAL convicted of posing with a dead Islamic State captive in Iraq in 2017. Adm. Mike Gilday made the decision after carefully reviewing the trial transcripts and the clemency request by the lawyers of Edward Gallagher, said Cmdr. Nate Christensen, spokesman for Gilday, in a statement. Gallagher’s lawyer, Timothy Parlatore, said they are disappointed in the ruling that will cost Gallagher up to $200,000 in retirement funds because of his loss of rank from a chief petty officer to a 1st class petty officer. The decision was first reported by the military online publication Task & Purpose.
A military jury acquitted Gallagher this summer of murder for the death of the wounded captive, attempted murder in the shootings of unarmed Iraqi civilians and other charges during his deployment to Mosul, Iraq. PRESIDENT TRUMP SUPPORTED THIS MAN EDDIE GALLAGHER.
Parlatore had argued Gallagher should not have been punished for the photo after serving 19 years and being awarded two Bronze stars. He noted others posing with the body were not punished. Many received immunity in exchange for testifying for the prosecution.
“Absent a presidential tweet, this is likely to be the final decision,” Parlatore said.

Racism doesn’t exist. The young man has a realistic concern.

The asker is so right. Look at what we’ve accepted. Rob Smith is “married.” SMH.
F: A man asks Charlie about wanting to give green cards to college grads...1.45
Kirk brought up Asians. Asians are just well-behaved white-haters, Christian-haters, America-haters, Trump-haters, man-haters. Asians voted for Obama.
A couple of criticisms: They’re very subversive, but I understand it.

Russel from Virginia asks James what he thought of Alexander Vindman and his concerns over the perception of the call between Ukraine and Trump. James says Alexander is a RINO for caring about these perceptions instead of the reality of corruption going on with people like Biden and such. Russel challenges James because he doesn’t consider the transcript released to be a real word for word transcript, which for Russel leaves enough doubt for him to continue to not support Trump. To James, Russel revealed himself to be an anti America guy with his CNN-esque comments about Trump.
Bobby from Nashville, TN calls in to talk about TPUSA and their acceptance of non-christian conservative values like homosexuality. Bobby doesn’t like the slander that the “gatekeepers” (a term Bobby uses) spread about conservatives that don’t want to accept homosexuality. Bobby remarks on how even back in WW2 the people that didn’t want America to get involved were slandered, being called nazi and such.
Thomas from Montreal, Canada agrees that keeping America white is not racist at all.
Fem Fic from Vancouver, Canada was asking James something in chat and called in about it.
Fynn from Ohio was at the Ohio State TPUSA event that James was talking about. Fynn really thought they were conservatives but he sees it differently now too. He remarks on how the Q&A was cut short.
