NASHVILLE BOMBER AND VIDEO
Just-released bodycam footage from Nashville bombing is insane… (Revolver / Wayne Dupree) A Rumble video put out by Dinesh D’Souza the explosion happens around thee 3: 52 mark. Monotone countdown, crazy.
Columbus is hell

I saw the bodycam footage
I watched the Andre Hill Shooting Body Camera Footage (WOSU Public Media YouTube, Dec 23, 2020). Shared in article: Columbus Police Release Body Camera Footage of Officer Killing Andre Hill…. I was right. He was fired by libs. It’s not “murder,” as malicious blind people are claiming. The liberal push for bodycams is so stupid. The “not turning on body cam” so-called “problem” is fake. The “not rendering aid right away” so-called “problem” is fake.
A CNN report suggests Coy thought Hill had a gun: The Columbus, Ohio, officer who shot Andre Hill shouted 'gun' before opening fire, report says. Supposedly they had guns drawn while approaching the garage when this guy appears out of the darkness. He turns on the body cam IMMEDIATELY after the shooting. Coy cussed — supposedly when he realized that Hill was apparently unarmed after turning him over, with the poor dude Hill moaning. He gets physically ill and starts heaving, coughing, hacking, throwing up.
And you can tell he’s uncomfortable talking with the bodycam running. (As JLP has said, would you want a camera on you while working?) It’s manly work (but he has a female work partner, which is stupid, and doesn’t help)
Disgusting mayor

Former Ohio FOP president: It's not unheard of for officers to forget to turn bodycams on
(The Columbus Dispatch, Dean Narciso, Dec 25, 2020) Mayor Andrew Ginther, police Chief Thomas Quinlan and others have viewed Coy's inaction as an intentional disregard of police policy that requires camera activation when engaging with the public on serious matters.
Jay McDonald, a former state Fraternal Order of Police president, and soon-to-be Marion police chief, said, “These officers are taking 40 to 50 calls a day. Sometimes it's just a mistake, a screw-up. It doesn't mean they're hiding anything or something nefarious.
"I get the condemnation, that he doesn't have his body camera on. But in no way did that officer (Coy) get out of his car and think that he would be involved in a deadly force scenario (and intentionally not activate his camera)."
Columbus Division of Police policy requires that officers activate the cameras by pushing a button when calls become "enforcement actions" or become adversarial. A feature on most cameras records 60 seconds of "look-back" video, but not audio, once activated. As with much of police work, discretion is required to determine when it is reasonable to activate.
A veteran Columbus officer said: everyday encounters can turn deadly very quickly.
In Massachusetts, the [un]American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) wants courts to instruct juries to diminish or disregard testimony of officers who don't activate body cameras.
No charges in the Tamir Rice case!
Insufficient Evidence to Bring Federal Charges Against Officers Involved in Tamir Rice Shooting: DOJ (The Epoch Times) The Justice Department announced Tuesday it will not bring federal criminal charges against two Cleveland police officers in the 2014 killing of 12-year-old Tamir Rice, saying there was insufficient evidence to proceed with charging the policemen.
The Department of Justice (DOJ) said in a statement that video of the shooting was of too poor a quality for prosecutors to conclusively establish what had happened and that the evidence in the case was overall insufficient to establish beyond a reasonable doubt that the officers acted wilfully to deprive an individual of a federally protected right.
To bring federal civil rights charges in cases such as this, the Justice Department must prove that an officer’s actions wilfully broke the law and are not simply the result of a mistake, bad judgment, or negligence.
“The law set forth by the Supreme Court requires that allowances must be made for the fact that law enforcement officers are often forced to make split-second judgments in circumstances that are tense, uncertain, and rapidly evolving,” the DOJ said. “Finally, caselaw establishes that an officer is permitted to use deadly force where he reasonably believes that the suspect posed an imminent threat of serious physical harm, either to the officer or to others.”
In closing the case, the department brought to an end a long-running investigation into the high-profile shooting of Rice, who was playing with a pellet gun outside a recreation center in Cleveland on Nov. 22, 2014, when he was shot and killed by Officer Timothy Loehmann.
Background
(Wikipedia) Shooting of Tamir Rice
Loehmann, the officer who killed Rice, joined Cleveland's police force in March 2014. In 2012 he had spent five months with the police department in Independence, about 13 miles (21 km) south of Cleveland, with four of those months spent in the police academy.
In a memo to Independence's human resources manager, released by the city in the aftermath of the shooting, Independence deputy police chief Jim Polak wrote that Loehmann had resigned rather than face certain termination due to the concern that he lacked the emotional stability to be a police officer. Polak said that Loehmann was unable to follow "basic functions as instructed" and specifically cited a "dangerous loss of composure" that occurred in a weapons training exercise. Polak said that Loehmann's weapons handling was "dismal" and he became visibly "distracted and weepy" as a result of relationship problems. The memo concluded, "Individually, these events would not be considered major situations, but when taken together they show a pattern of a lack of maturity, indiscretion and not following instructions, I do not believe time, nor training, will be able to change or correct these deficiencies." It was subsequently revealed that Cleveland police officials never reviewed Loehmann's personnel file from Independence prior to hiring him.[21][44] He had been hired in Cleveland despite listing his primary source of income for the prior six months having been derived from "under-the-table jobs".[45]
On May 30, 2017, the mayor of Cleveland announced that Loehmann had been fired for concealing details about his past employment in his job application. On his application, Loehmann said that he had left the Independence Police Department for "personal reasons" and did not reveal the Independence police's determination that he had "an inability to emotionally function" as an officer.[22]
On October 5, 2018, the city of Bellaire, Ohio, hired Loehmann as a part-time officer.[46] Five days later, Loehmann withdrew his application to the Bellaire police department, and his training ceased.[47]

A young politician died!
Louisiana Congressman-Elect Luke Letlow Dies From CCP Virus (The Epoch Times) Louisiana Representative-elect Luke Letlow (R) passed away on Dec. 29 due to complications from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) virus, commonly known as the coronavirus. He was 41 years old.
He was admitted to a hospital on Dec. 19 after testing positive for the virus. He was placed in intensive care on Dec. 22.
He left behind a widow and two children. He was set to be sworn in on Sunday!
NOT READ: @covid_19nurse wrote: Luke Letlow cared enough [to] protect others, and we can be sure he saved lives [how]. This will be part of his legacy. Unfortunately, to be a GOP candidate, he had to associate with those who didn’t care enough to protect him. This is the legacy of covidiots and all who disinform them.
The name Herman Cain was trending after Luke Letlow died. Liberals gloating and accusing Trump of murder because of their self-righteousness about covid rules.
There was an October video put out by Luke Letlow on Twitter, and he wrote: "Our economy is vital to future of our state and our country. 'So while we've been cautious and I think both the state and federal level have taken numerous precautions for COVID-19. We're now at a place if we do not open our economy we're in real danger.'”… And the replies are just nasty.
ALL COVID-RELATED? Hmm...
NY Times correspondent Mike Baker on Twitter: "Asked if Letlow had any underlying conditions that would have made his death more likely, Dr. GE Ghali said: "None. All COVID related." And he shared NOLA article (Congressman-elect Luke Letlow, 41, dies from coronavirus complications; 'we're all in disbelief') One lady was like, “hm, hashtag metabolic health.”
The NOLA article states: He was in critical condition but had recently shown signs of improvement when he "apparently suffered a cardiac event this evening that was refractory to all resuscitation efforts," said Dr. G.E. Ghali, of LSU Health Shreveport.
Ghali previously said Letlow was being treated with the antiviral drug Remdesivir and steroids. Asked if Letlow had any underlying conditions that would have made his death more likely, Ghali said in a text message, "none. All COVID related."
