(Daily Mail) The death of the black male Robert Fuller, age 24, who was found hanging from a tree in a California park last month, was ruled a suicide — again.

Sheriff's Commander Chris Marks said Thursday that an investigation revealed Fuller suffered from “mental illness” and took his own life early on Weds, June 10th, in a park near City Hall in Palmdale, a community of about 150,000 people north of Los Angeles.

At the time his body was found, deputies found no evidence of a crime, and an autopsy conducted the next day resulted in an initial finding of suicide. There were no signs of a struggle at the park, nor did Fuller have any defensive wounds indicating he had tried to fight off an attacker.

The black man’s “family” speaks...

That finding outraged Fuller's SO-CALLED “family,” who said he was an upbeat person (a "happy 24-year-old" according to their black lawyer Jamon Hicks), and wouldn't have taken his own life. His sister Diamond Alexander said at a rally several days after the incident, and multiple times, “My brother was not suicidal. My brother was a survivor.” (NOT!)

BuzzFeed News reporter Salvador Hernandez tweeted Thursday: Authorities say Robert Fuller was [INDEED] treated for mental health issues, including hearing voices telling him to kill himself. He was hospitalized for suicidal ideation. His EBT card was used to buy a rope they say he used.

The “family” said authorities were too quick to dismiss the possibility of a crime. They hired an attorney who said an independent autopsy would be conducted, and the FBI, as well as the Department of Justice, and state attorney general's office pledged to monitor the investigation. (YES, THE FBI AND DOJ… SMH, RME.)

The case came in the midst of intense protests over IMAGINARY police brutality following the ALLEGED police killing of BLACK CRIMINAL SUSPECT AND ALLEGED DRUG ABUSER George Floyd in Minneapolis.

Following Fuller's death, more than 1,000 people attended a SO-CALLED “peaceful protest” and “memorial” around the tree where his body was found.

Remembering this black man…

His family and friends described him as a peacemaker who loved music and video games, and mostly stayed to himself. HAHA…

He had gone to a Black Lives Matter protest days before he died, the Los Angeles Times reported.

More about this black man’s “family”...

A week after Fuller's death, his half-brother Terron J. Boone was fatally shot by Los Angeles sheriff's deputies.

Police say Boone opened fire on deputies as they were about to arrest him on charges that he beat his girlfriend and held her captive for nearly a week. LOL, WHOA.

He was shot multiple times in the upper body and died at the scene, a Lt said. Also, a 7-year-old girl was in the car during the shootout but was not injured, sheriff's officials said.

The other black man who was not “lynched”...

Fuller was the second black man recently found hanged in Southern California.

Malcolm Harsch, a 38-year-old homeless man, was found in a tree on Sun, May 31st (a week and a half prior) in Victorville, a desert city in San Bernardino County east of Palmdale.

Publicity surrounding Fuller's case prompted Harsch's “family” to seek further investigation of his death.

Police were able to obtain surveillance footage from a vacant building near where Harsch's body was found that 'confirmed the absence of foul play,' according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department.

THAT “family” was shown this video and said they accepted the finding of suicide.

...NO WORD on whether Fuller’s “family” has accepted their Sheriff’s findings. Doubt it!

She wants her children to 'see themselves' represented in both cinema and 'in life'.

The actress, age 44, is adoptive mother to two black kids - Jackson, eight (a boy pretending to be a girl), and August, four - and has said she wants them to grow up being accurately represented in film and television, so they can 'feel they belong'. THAT’S RETARDED!

Charlize said this mess on the podcast The Big Ticket. 'I want that for the world as well, but of course, it starts with the fact that I’m a mom to two small Black girls, and I want them to grow up in a world where they see themselves, where there is an awareness that they can be whomever they want to be because they see it.

'And that’s not just in cinema, that’s in life, too. I want to surround them in a world where they feel they belong and they can shine and they can live to their full potential.'

Theron adopted her “daughter” (REALLY AN ADOPTIVE SON...DAILY MAIL IS FAKE NEWS) named Jackson in March of 2012, later adopting another (ACTUAL GIRL) daughter August in July of 2015.

2015, Dec: INTERRACIAL FAMILY: Pomona, CA, torture murder: 41yo white mother Dawn Hensley was doused and lit on Christmas Day by boyfriend 51yo Clarence Durell Dear, black father to her four children. (KTLA) The incident occurred about 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 25, on Cordova Street in Pomona. Neighbors who saw the victim running out of her home in flames came to her aid. She was taken to a hospital, where she later died. Dear fled the scene, police said. He was arrested Sunday morning after being spotted boarding a bus in Altadena.

The younger children were put in foster care, and the older son and daughter sought to reunite with their siblings. The eldest son Nigel Henley received a free car from a local business. UPDATE: The daughter Corin Michella “Flower” Hensley was also murdered in Pomona just over a year later at age 25 in January 2017, along with her 34-year-old boyfriend, LaVelle Brown, in a vehicle, leaving behind their own three young children.
