Another man MeToo’d by females-crying-rape culture

(theSkimm Thu. 9/28/23) Yesterday, Michigan State University fired football coach Mel Tucker over allegations that he “sexually harassed” Brenda Tracy, a prominent alleged “rape survivor” and activist he previously worked with last year (she fine, he liked her, she mighta too, he black, she idk what). The news ends the career of one of the highest-paid coaches in college sports and comes after years of scrutiny at MSU over sports allegations against sports doctor Larry Nassar. MSU said Tucker’s actions “brought public disrespect, contempt, and ridicule upon the university.” Tucker has said MSU “does not care about my rights.”

(theSkimm Thu. 9/28/23) WHAT? Cher. Yesterday, court documents alleged that the singer hired four men to kidnap her son, Elijah Blue Allman (P. Exeter Blue). Allman and his ex-wife Marie Angela King (known as Queenie) were trying to work on their marriage in New York City when Queenie alleges four men came to take Allman. Now, King reportedly says Cher did it because the couple were trying to “reconcile” their marriage. In the documents, she said one of the men claimed they were hired by Cher. Cher hasn’t commented.

(theSkimm, Tue. 9/26/23) What's breaking the silence after getting called out…Gymnastics Ireland. Yesterday, the sport’s national governing body apologized after a video from March 2022 resurfaced. The clip shows an official skip over a Black girl while handing out medals to a row of young gymnasts. The video caught the attention of seven-time Olympic medalist Simone Biles, who said the video broke her heart and that, “there is no room for racism in any sport or at all.” Gymnastics Ireland said it appointed an independent expert to review its policies and procedures to ensure “nothing like this will happen again.”
