Fake News vs Hake News (Sun, Sep 8, 2019)
The Hake Report, live 9 AM PT, Sunday, September 8, 2019, on Hake’s channels (Monday through Friday are on Jesse Lee Peterson’s channels).
NOTE: Mixer cancelled people’s ability to stream until they jump through a bunch of hoops, go watch a video that doesn’t work in Safari, request a stream key. I wasn’t really checking emails so both Jesse and I are out on Mixer till probably Tuesday.
Photos: Just some cool pics at a park that I took.
(Also ICYMI: We had our Men’s Forum this past Thursday, some pics from that.)
BTW: Jesse Lee Peterson is under attack from people “offended” about him saying Democrat candidate Andrew Yang should go “back to China” (Taiwan) with his socialist communist ideas. The far-left extremist website Right Wing Watch clipped it from Jesse’s show. People all mad. Newsweek picked it up, and promoted Right Wing Watch as an “anti-extremist” website! Ridiculous.
HAKE NEWS:
Trump vs Taliban
(Drudge) Trump cancels secret Taliban meeting at Camp David… Blames Afghan bombing… (AP) — Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said Sunday that Taliban “overreached” with their car bomb attack in a diplomatic area near the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, killing an American soldier — and that led President Donald Trump to pull back from planned Afghanistan peace talks at Camp David.
Trump tweeted on Saturday night that he had canceled a secret meeting, planned for Sunday at the presidential retreat in Maryland, with Taliban and Afghan leaders, and called off talks with the insurgent group. He cited the Thursday attack. Pompeo said Trump “broke it off” because he did not want to “reward that behavior,” referring to Thursday’s attack. Pompeo said more than 1,000 Taliban have been killed in battle over the past 10 days alone.
The Taliban on Sunday said that Trump’s abrupt decision to cancel the meet with the group’s leaders on a “finalized” deal to end America’s longest war would “damage the credibility” of the U.S., but they believe the U.S. will return to negotiations.
“Both sides were preparing for the announcement and signing of the agreement,” the insurgent group said in a statement, saying they had been invited in late August but wanted to wait until the deal’s signing. Now, “we will continue the ongoing jihad (against foreign occupation) and we firmly believe in the ultimate victory.”
Trump’s move puzzled observers — all sides have increased fighting to strengthen their position in the talks.
We’re approaching the “anniversary” of the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks. More than 2,400 U.S. troops have been killed since the U.S. invaded Afghanistan to go after the Taliban, which were (reportedly) harboring al-Qaeda leaders responsible for 9/11.

(CNN headline) “Mexico isn’t paying for the wall. Here's where money for border wall is coming from.” FACT: Mexico is paying for the wall. Trump said it, I believe it, that settles it! But CNN says air bases and a middle school are among the 127 projects the US will divert money from to pay $3.6 billion for 175 miles of southern border wall. (Did anybody NOT think we were gonna front the money, and Mexico would reimburse us? SMH.) So anyway, this shows that Trump is doing everything he can to build the wall! Eat it, doubters!
CNN also has a video titled, “Lawmakers furious over diverted military funding,” which is laughable because the lawmakers refuse to do their only job: Protect America from foreign and domestic enemies. They are domestic enemies, most of them.

Entertainer kisses up to noisy far-left
The Rolling Stones frontman is lame. (Drudge) Mick Jagger blasts Trump for bad manners, lies... Where is polarization going to lead us? Mick’s also an environmentalist, apparently.
(AFP) The British rock legend attacked President Trump for his rudeness and so-called lies Saturday, and for "tearing apart" environment controls when America should be setting the standard for the world (which we are).
The singer said he was "absolutely behind" young climate change activists who had earlier occupied the red carpet at the Venice film festival, where he was starring in the psychological thriller, "The Burnt Orange Heresy."
The icon, now 76, bewailed "the polarisation and incivility in public life," although the one-time bad boy of 1960s rock admitted he was "not always for civility" himself. He referenced British Prime Minister Boris Johnson comparing opposition Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn to a "big girl's blouse" and a "chlorinated chicken."
"But when you see it now... in so many countries, including my own this last week, but particularly the US, it's a sea change. It is not about manners.” He worries "where all this polarisation and rudeness and lying is going to lead us."
But he’s feining worry about the environment. [Protest China!]
"We are in a very difficult situation at the moment, especially in the US, where all the environmental controls that were put in place -- that were just about adequate -- have been rolled back by the current administration so much that they are being wiped out."
Jagger, who rarely comments on politics, said "the US should be the world leader in environmental control but now it has decided to go the other way. I am so glad that people feel so strongly about that that they want to protest."
(I don’t believe he cares at all.)
RINO kiss-ups
Oh gosh, listen to this. (Drudge) Joe Walsh says George Conway advising him… (CNN) Former US Rep. Joe Walsh of Illinois (also a radio host) said so-called “conservative” lawyer George Conway, the husband of White House counselor Kellyanne Conway, is informally advising Walsh's 2020 campaign for the Republican presidential nomination, challenging Donald Trump for the presidency. NO CHALLENGE! "I am honored to have his advice. I speak with him often. He's a wonderful adviser," Walsh said of Conway during an interview Saturday with CNN's Fredricka Whitfield. "As far as any formal role with our campaign, I would only be so lucky as to have somebody like George Conway involved."
George T. Conway III (who’s half-Filipino from his mother) has questioned the President's mental health, labeled him a "racist President" and called on Congress to remove him from office. His criticism drew the scorn of Trump, who has called Conway a "loser" and a "whack job." YEP, TDS!
ALSO... (Drudge) Sanford running… (Wash. Times) Former Rep. Mark Sanford on Sunday said he is mounting a primary challenge to President Trump in 2020, officially jumping into the race after publicly toying with the idea for several months. He said there needs to be a “conversation” on what it means to be a Republican. “I think that as a Republican party we have lost our way,” Mr. Sanford, also a former governor of South Carolina, said on “Fox News Sunday.” He claims he’s worried about the debt.
Mr. Sanford joins former Massachusetts Gov. Bill Weld and former Rep. Joe Walsh as the most prominent candidates mounting long-shot primary challenges to Mr. Trump, who continues to enjoy overwhelming support among the GOP. Republican parties in states like South Carolina, Nevada, and Kansas are canceling or curtailing their presidential nominating contests next year.

Democrats, RME!
The media are claiming Biden, Bernie, and Warren are the only double-digit Dems. First, whatever. Second, I don’t see any of them getting the nomination, especially not the males. But listen to this, which I think hurts the female’s chance. (Drudge) Warren-Clinton team up…
ALSO: (CNN) “Kamala Harris has apologized after she was criticized for a response to a man's offensive remark about Trump.” ...Talk about unintriguing and undescriptive! The only new info I heard was it was a man — CNN has to make sure you know it was a MAN. I saw a headline that actually told you what happened: She was forced to apologize for laughing when someone called Trump “mentally retarded.”

Liberal Fake Media and Leftist Gov't Cracking Down on Truth Tellers as 'Disinformation'
(Drudge) New FEC bid to 'get Drudge'... (Wash Examiner) Liberal FEC female chairman targets online news she considers ‘fraudulent,’ this ahead of the 2020 elections! Years after Republicans on the Federal Election Commission claimed Democrats were targeting conservative speech on outlets like the Drudge Report, the liberal head of the FEC is teaming up with an anti-Trump so-called free speech advocacy group to host a symposium targeting online “disinformation.” The September event is inspired by Russia’s online efforts during the 2016 election and is expected to include Republicans (RINOs no doubt) and Democrats as well as big internet firms such as Google, Facebook, and Twitter (filthy far-left liberals). Politico reported this week that FEC Chairwoman Ellen Weintraub is hosting the event. Her invitation reads, “The goal of the symposium will be to identify effective policy approaches and practical tools that can minimize the disruption and confusion sown by fraudulent news and propaganda in the 2020 campaign.” CNET reported that the event will be co-hosted by PEN America, a supposed free speech advocacy group. It has rapped Trump for his criticism of the media.
Some conservatives, including the former Republican FEC chairman who raised suspicions of censorship efforts against right-leaning media like Drudge and Fox, warned that the event could lead to a crackdown on online speech. “The FEC has no business policing the truth or accuracy of speech of any kind by American citizens on the internet,” said Lee Goodman, a former Republican FEC chairman. Recalling his fight on the issue, he said, “I concluded that conservative speakers and press would always be held to a double standard if government got to regulate them. Now the hook to get Drudge is something vaguely defined as ‘disinformation,’ however that might be defined. The FEC has no business regulating the internet or browbeating internet platforms to censor American citizens.”
