Interview: Toshon of Truth, Values, & Character Show
A man named Toshon Jennings from the Philadelphia area, PA, called to invite James Hake onto his new program, called the Truth, Values, & Character Show. He’s a listener of Jesse Lee Peterson, and calls him The Great Black Hope, due to Jesse’s pure message about love and anger.
This interview took place in July, so Toshon wished James a happy White History Month. Toshon discussed Jesse Lee Peterson’s message, anger, parenting, and Christianity. He also talked about President Trump’s rebranding of America, and the importance of coolness: The Black Panthers, Trump, and Jesse all have a form of coolness. He also asked James about whether his past on-air use of the “N-word” has hurt him in any way.
Toshon broke up the interview into three half-hour parts. Watch the 3-part interview on this YouTube playlist (also viewable below).
