Breonna Taylor MESS
(CNN) A grand jury indicted former Louisville police officer Brett Hankison (44yo detective who was fired in June, which his attorney called that firing a "cowardly political act." Louisville Metro Police interim Chief Robert Schroeder accused him of firing 10 shots indiscriminately or “blindly” into the apartment. Schroeder wrote in a letter to Hankison: "I find your conduct a shock to the conscience. I am alarmed and stunned you used deadly force in this fashion." PHONY!). They charged Hankison with three counts of so-called “wanton endangerment” in the first degree in connection with the fatal shooting of Breonna Taylor in March.
Hankison's shots came "from outside a sliding glass door and through a bedroom window," according to a statement from the attorney general's office. Some of the bullets went through Taylor's apartment and into one next door, where three people were inside, including a pregnant woman and a child.
The three counts are for each of those people in that apartment, and each charge states that "under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to human life," Hankison "wantonly shot a gun."
Background
(Louisville Courier Journal) Local defense attorneys interviewed by The Courier Journal in July said that murder or manslaughter charges would not be appropriate for the officers who fired their weapons at Taylor's apartment because they had a legal right to return fire after her boyfriend, Kenneth Walker, fired a shot.
Most of the lawyers — who include three former prosecutors — said Hankison should be charged with wanton endangerment, though.
Mattingly, in a recorded police interview later made public, recounted that Hankison was "a little bit worked up."
He had gotten into an argument with a "belligerent" man upstairs, Mattingly said, and the sergeant recalled Hankison "extending his gun, saying, 'Get back in your apartment, get back in your apartment.'"
"I remember looking at Brett saying, 'Brett relax, Brett, just relax, relax,'" Mattingly said. "Because, you know, while you got to pay attention to him, that's not your focus."
Sam Aguiar and Lonita Baker, attorneys who represented Taylor's family in their civil lawsuit against the officers, have argued that Hankison's "reckless, willful and unjustified deadly force" led to "at least one of the fatal shots." BUT THERE’S NO EVIDENCE OF THAT, THEY WERE JUST MAKING UP FALSE ASSERTIONS.
Back to present
So Attorney General Daniel Cameron held a press conference with the announcements yesterday (Weds): NO charges for the other two officers, and no one charged for shooting Breonna Taylor. Sgt. John Mattingly (WHO WAS SHOT IN THE LEG!) and Det. Myles Cosgrove were not charged.
(The Hill) Breonna Taylor’s so-called family’s lying lawyer Benjamin Crump called the decision 'outrageous and offensive.' (HE’S SHOCKING AND OFFENSIVE… WELL, MAYBE NOT SHOCKING.) The sleazy NAACP put out a dumb statement: NAACP DENOUNCES DECISION TO INDICT ONE POLICE OFFICER IN CONNECTION TO THE MURDER OF BREONNA TAYLOR. The EVIL ACLU called it a “miscarriage of justice” (far-left female-run outlet TheSkimm).

Black attorney general chokes up announcing no charges…
(Far-left extremist outlet AP so-called News) Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron said at the Breonna Taylor press conference, saying…
QUOTE: “I understand that as a Black man, how painful this is ... which is why it was so incredibly important to make sure that we did everything we possibly could to uncover every fact. My heart breaks for the loss of Miss Taylor. And I’ve said that repeatedly. My mother, if something was to happen to me,” he said, pausing as his voice faltered and he held back tears, “would find it very hard. ... I’ve seen that pain on Miss (Tamika) Palmer’s face,” he said, referring to Breonna Taylor’s mother. “I’ve seen that pain in the community.”
WHAT A SIMP!

“His statements to me are crocodile tears,” said Davante Lewis, director of public affairs and outreach at the Louisiana Budget Project in Baton Rouge, a nonprofit organization that works with the low-income community and advocates racial equality.
“A Black face in a high place doesn’t mean anything if it’s not about actually fundamentally decolonizing and tearing down the systems of inequality and inequity that have existed in this county since its founding,” Lewis said.
Cameron, 34, elected last year as the state’s first Black attorney general, is a rising star in the Republican party and was a guest speaker at the GOP convention last month, where he declared himself a “proud Republican and supporter of President Donald J. Trump.” The president has placed the attorney general on the short list for a seat on the Supreme Court.
Riots over Breonna Taylor (any excuse)

- Fires lit downtown
- Live ammunition fired off
- 2 officers shot and taken to the hospital

This city is on edge.
Fox News reported they have a young black male suspect (showing his mugshot) in custody for shooting the cops. Independent journalist Andy Ngo tweeted: Larynzo Johnson is in police custody on suspicion of shooting two Louisville Metro police officers overnight at the #BlackLivesMatter riot. He's charged with wanton endangerment & assault of a police officer. (wlky)
Around the country!
Brendan Gutenschwager @BGOnTheScene tweeted early this morning: With a severe crackdown on the curfew, things were ‘calm’ in Louisville for the night. Riots on Portland, OR, and Seattle, WA. Also DC, Chicago and elsewhere. Unrest across America’s cities tonight.
Far-left female-run outlet TheSkimm listed New York, Grand Rapids, Philadelphia, Indianapolis, and Los Angeles. CNN ONLY mentioned violence in Louisville.
Andy Ngo tweeted: Overnight on 23–24 Sept, hundreds of BLM-antifa rioters attacked the Justice Center in Portland. They used rocks to shatter windows of the police station, set the exterior on fire multiple times, & threw 3 Molotov cocktails at officers. #PortlandRiots
He tweeted: Seattle: Antifa rioters assault a cop who was knocked to the ground from his bicycle. A person then uses a metal bat to strike him on the head. This is in the middle of the former “CHAZ.” #SeattleRiots #antifa #BLM
AndyNgo tweeted: Skyline News reporter Chad Nesbitt was seriously hurt by rioters (after they surrounded him while he filmed) in Asheville, NC. He's was taken to hospital by ambulance.
Ngo tweeted saying that in Denver, CO: BLM-antifa rioters detained a driver on the road and surround the vehicle. One person starts kicking the car. The driver speeds off, hitting the people that were blocking him. #BLM
BTW: Ngo pointed out that Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler’s most recent tweet was yesterday early evening. The white Democrat Mayor Wheeler tweeted: “On 9/26, alt-right groups and white nationalists are intent on coming into our community. These groups empower racism, intolerance and hate. Those are not Portland values, and they are not welcome. Hate has no home in Portland.”
Wheeler also tweeted: “Violence has no home in Portland. Anyone intending to create fear, commit violence, or spread hate is not welcome here.” He shared a YouTube Video titled: Portland City Council Statement Regarding Sept. 26th Demonstrations
