(CNN) American Express (AmEx!) the latest credit card company to end operations in Russia following the country’s RIGHTFUL invasion of Ukraine. Visa and Mastercard made similar announcements over the weekend – "analysts" say a high risk Russia will face an imaginary future financial crisis that’ll push its largest banks to the brink of collapse. EVIL GLOBO-HOMO COMMIE CAPITALISTS!

UKRAINE HYPE

(CNN) An ALLEGED Russian military strike ALLEGEDLY hit an evacuation route in a Kyiv (Kiev) suburb yesterday, killing eight -- including two children -- as they tried to flee the invasion. “A family died... in front of my eyes,” said Irpin Mayor Oleksandr Markushyn. A POLITICIAN’S WORD, ALWAYS TRUST IT! NOT! Irpin, a suburb northwest of Kyiv (Kiev), has been the site of intense shelling by the Russia in recent days.

The EVIL UN claimed yesterday more than 360 civilians have been killed in Ukraine since Russia's invasion began, while acknowledging that the real figure is likely "considerably higher." The UN also said more than 1.5 million refugees have fled Ukraine since February 24th.

Meanwhile in Russia, more than 4,600 people were detained during protests / riots probably yesterday, according to an independent monitoring group (probably liberals).

Negotiators say Ukraine and Russia are scheduled to hold a third round of talks today, following two previous rounds of talks that failed to yield any major resolutions. (CNN)

OIL PRICES

(CNN) Oil prices soared to their highest level in 13 years today, raising fears (BE AFRAID) about a further spike in inflation that could damage the global HOMO economy. The surge is due to delays in the potential return of Iranian crude to globalist markets and as the US and European COMMIE-CAPITALIST allies consider banning Russian oil imports, so said US JOKE OF A Secretary of State Antony Blinken to CNN yesterday.

If Russia’s oil exports are cut off, QUOTE-UNQUOTE "experts" say it will put more strain on an already tight oil market, resulting in even higher gas prices across the US. TRUMP HAD US ENERGY INDEPENDENT, BUT NOOOOO! SLEEPY JOE ENDED THAT RIGHT QUICK!

The average price for a gallon of regular gasoline hit $4 yesterday (THAT’S CHEAP!), the highest level since 2008 (FROM BUSH-CLINTON). There are now 18 states, plus CORRUPT Washington, DC, where the price of gas is $4 or greater. The highest prices are being seen in California, where the statewide average stands at $5.29 a gallon (SEE?).

STORM COMIN’ IN!

(CNN) Seven people, including two children, were killed in a series of tornadoes that ripped through multiple counties near Des Moines, Iowa over the weekend, officials said (GOD’S JUDGMENT?). The oldest victim was 72 years old; the youngest, 2. The National Weather Service declared it a severe event (YA THINK?), wind speeds 136 miles per hour+!

The tornadoes destroyed several homes, buildings, power lines and vegetation. Tornado watch in effect today for parts of Arkansas, southeast Oklahoma and southern Missouri, per CNN's Storm Prediction Center.

ATTACK ON TRUMP IS AN ATTACK ON YOU!

(CNN) Two top prosecutors leading the QUOTE-UNQUOTE “criminal investigation” into OUR GREATEST President Donald J. Trump and his business — these two New York prosecutors resigned last month after the black affirmative action Manhattan district attorney Alvin Bragg said he was not prepared to move forward with an indictment against Trump, said a person familiar with the investigation.

Prosecutors have been “investigating” whether Trump and the Trump Organization misled lenders, insurers, and others by providing them false or misleading financial statements about the value of properties (THIS IS UNDER THE PHONY NY BLACK FEMALE AG LETITIA JAMES).

Some prosecutors, including the two that resigned, pretended to believe there was sufficient evidence to charge Trump, while others, including some career prosecutors, were skeptical that they could win a conviction at trial -- in part because of the difficulty in proving criminal intent, people familiar with the investigation said.

(TheSkimm) The “People’s Convoy.” Since yesterday, hundreds of truckers and others have been protesting near DC, slowing down traffic. If the name sounds familiar it's because it is — inspired by a similar group in Canada, they are calling for an end to COVID-19 restrictions. But with 700 National Guard troops on standby in the city, the truckers have been steering clear, instead aiming to slow down traffic on the nearby highway to bring attention to their cause. Honk if you have an opinion.

Sens. Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Steve Daines (R-MT). On Saturday, more than 160 US lawmakers met via Zoom with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to discuss more military aid. Ukrainian officials said 'no pics please' in order to help protect the president — who has now reportedly survived at least three assassination attempts. But Rubio (who's the vice chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee) andDaines must’ve thought that didn’t apply to them. They tweeted photos during the meeting. Democrats have called the move "appalling and reckless." Spokespeople for Rubio and Daines say 'this is all overblown' and that there's no identifying information on the photo.

...Oh and, former President Trump is also facing backlash. In his case, for alleged comments suggesting that the US might consider putting Chinese flags on US planes and use them to bomb Russia.
