According to Earl the cop was let go from a different police department for not âbeing psychologically compatibleâ and being too quick on the trigger. James warns Earl not to believe something like that since people want to use anything to undermine the police. James asks Earl why he is so willing to criticize cops but not the blacks?

Thomas from Texas calls in asking if James likes Tulsi Gabbard. James responds that he likes her but he canât respect her mainly because she is a democrat. Thomas thinks Tulsi was the only one that could have gone up against Trump.
Donning Armour from California appreciates the story that James brought up about the DOJ suing San Bernardino. Donning challenges James saying that the DOJ is under Trump's administration so he must be responsible. He also comments on the previous caller that Tulsi would be a challenge to Trump.

Hesperia Under Attack by DOJ for âDiscriminationâ

This press release from the DOJ came out December 2nd: The federal so-called Justice Department Sues the City of Hesperia, California and San Bernardino County Sheriffâs Department for âDiscriminatingâ Against African American (MEANING BLACK) and Latino Renters Through the Enactment and Enforcement of a Rental Ordinance.
The âCrime Free Rental Housingâ ordinance, which was in effect between January 1, 2016 and its amendment on July 18, 2017, required all rental property owners to evict tenants upon notice by the Sheriffâs Department that the tenants had engaged in any alleged criminal activity on or near the property. The complaint further alleges that the Sheriffâs Department exercised its substantial discretion in enforcement to target African American and Latino renters and majority-minority areas of Hesperia.
Although the ordinance purported to target âcriminal activity,â the Sheriffâs Department notified landlords to begin evictions of entire families â including children â for conduct involving one tenant or even non-tenants, evictions of victims of domestic violence, and evictions based on mere allegations and without evidence of criminal activity.
