Guns, Snakes, and What It's Like Being White (Tue, Aug 6, 2019)
The Hake Report, 9 AM PT, Tuesday, August 6, 2019, live in the fourth hour of The Jesse Lee Peterson Show video stream (including YouTube, etc.). Audio recordings go up afterward, findable via The Hake Report podcast page.
I put this (the following few sections) on yesterday’s blog post but didn’t really cover it:
Red Flag Laws Are NO Good
Louis in the chat reminded everyone (yesterday) that one man was killed in a shootout when police arrived to confiscate his guns. (Red Flag laws allow authorities to take away a man’s guns if people think he might hurt himself or others.)
(CBS Baltimore, Nov 5, 2018) Maryland’s ‘Red Flag’ Law Turns Deadly: Officer Kills Man Who Refused To Turn In Gun
A 61-year-old man is dead after he was shot by an officer trying to enforce Maryland’s new ‘red flag’ law in Ferndale Monday morning. Anne Arundel County Police confirmed the police-involved shooting happened around 5:17 a.m.
According to police, two officers serving a new Extreme Risk Protective Order (Red Flag Law), a Maryland protective order to remove guns from a household, shot and killed the man listed on that order.
“Under the law, family, police, mental health professionals can all ask for the protective orders to remove weapons,” said Sgt. Jacklyn David, with Anne Arundel County Police.
When officers began to serve him the order, Willis became irate and grabbed his gun. One of the officers tried to take the gun from Willis, but instead Willis fired the gun. The second officer fired a gun, striking Willis. He died at the scene.
I Don’t Like Mental Illness Talk Re: Guns
I don’t trust the government, family members, doctors, experts or anyone else to have the good judgment to legally take someone’s guns by way of a corrupt liberal judge. Remember these people called the Tea Party “terrorists.” The TEA PARTY! They call Veterans as having PTSD, which is a mental illness. The vets are often our militia, our line of defense!
I don’t like them pushing pills on people. They hear voices. They go even more nuts once they come off the pills than they would had they never taken them!
(Slate, April 9, 2014) Anger Causes Violence. Mentally ill people aren’t killers. Angry people are. In 2014, psychologist Laura L. Hayes wrote about the relatively weak connection between mental illness and mass shootings and the much stronger connection between the inability to manage anger and violence. (Slate reposted the article after the February 2018 Parkland, FL shooting.)
She says: “Violence is not a product of mental illness. Nor is violence generally the action of ordinary, stable individuals who suddenly “break” and commit crimes of passion. Violent crimes are committed by violent people, those who do not have the skills to manage their anger. Most homicides are committed by people with a history of violence. Murderers are rarely ordinary, law-abiding citizens, and they are also rarely mentally ill. Violence is a product of compromised anger management skills.”
(I don’t like her wording, she sounds to me like a brainwashed intellectual. I’d love to hear Jesse interview her. But there’s a decent point in there somewhere. Anger is mental [or spiritual] illness. Affecting the mind/body.)
Joy When Whites Do It
Jesse said the same thing for when blacks or whites go out of control. Same thing.
You’ll notice the liberals and POCs want to scapegoat “white supremacy” and get gleeful when whites do wrong.

Samuel from Sweden has a story with an experience about “fake Christians”. James asks him to cut them some slack because a lot of people just don’t get it. He also urges Samuel to really live it or else he will push people away farther from the truth.
Louis from Florida (aka “Formerly Known as 420,” aka “I AM Formerly”) wants a clarification because James called him a snake in chat. James stands by his accusation because Louis doesn’t seem to “get” Jesse’s perspective and is constantly criticizing in chat. Forgiving your father is not a Christian principle, Louis states but James disagrees and reminds him that Jesse explains it very plainly with Bible references too. Louis admits that he can’t call himself a Christian due to having sin. James wonders why nitpick the way he does when he is a sinner? Louis accuses Jesse of never mentioning Jesus and that’s why he is wrong. James asks how Louis knows that he doesn’t hate Jesse if he admits he has sin. Louis lies that Jesse says the only way to salvation is prayer.
Scott from Colorado brings up the shootings and wonders about them being red flags (or false flags, rather…?)
Sal from Colorado comments on previously caller Louis and the pride and ego involved with people which blinds them from the truth. James admits he gets sucked into intellectual arguments too.
Nick from Missouri wants to know what it’s like to be white? James says its traumatizing… just like being black he imagines. He elaborates on the shared human experience of families that screw you up. He goes on to describe the trauma in school due to them convincing him that he shouldn’t be racist. Nick asks if being nice is a virtue? Hard no from James. Nick goes on to say he doesn’t identify as black or white because to him its that label that separates us.
Dennis from Massachusetts brings up the shootings and some details that lead him to believe they are red flags (or false flags, rather…).
Brendan from New York calls to say that the real problem in America is the breakdown of the family.
NEXT PART IS NEW… I will have to cover it tomorrow!
Here’s Something Creepy: 'Christchurch Call'
The media is promoting something called the “Christchurch Call,” to attack our First Amendment. (Axios) Tech companies are willing to work more closely with law enforcement to fight white nationalist terrorism, but the industry is skeptical of the White House's seriousness on the issue. President Trump called on social media to do better monitoring in the wake of recent mass shootings, but the companies point out the White House still has yet to sign on to recommendations made in the wake of the Christchurch shooting.
Axios says: Trump's speech condemned "white supremacism," but his call to social media companies asked them to detect "mass shooters" rather than pursue any specific group. The question is just how deeply the administration will want social media and law enforcement to go after extremists who support the president and often share his rhetoric.
This Christchurch Call is extremely creepy. They want to take down “violent extremist content” online
Supporters include a bunch of far-left liberal self-destructive white countries, some Asian countries, and maybe just one African country. Thank God, not America. But American countries have: Amazon, Google, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Microsoft… also European platform Daily Motion, and a European search engine called Qwant.
American companies (and media) have bucked the spirit of the First Amendment, because they’re liberals, so they don’t believe in Free Speech. They believe in being everyone’s mom forcing those bully white males who tell the truth to be “nice.” Thanks to the Trump administration, America has not officially entered into the agreement.
