He says that he was injured by an IED (Improvised Explosive Device): he has a scar, has to wear hearing aids, and had brain aneurysms! He estimates it took 20 years off of his life. According to him, Soleimani was killed on the road around the Baghdad airport where many American soldiers were killed by IEDs. So he is thankful that Gen. Qassem Soleimani was killed on that road.

Teen ‘Citizen’ Gets Killed
(Breitbart) U.S. Teen Killed in Cartel Attack Along Mexican Border Region Highway
(USA Today) An “American” family returning to the U.S. after a holiday visit to Mexico came under attack just south of Texas on Saturday night, with armed gunmen killing a 13-year-old and wounding three other people. The child was a U.S. citizen (HAKE SURMISES THIS WAS AN ANCHOR BABY), and the parents were permanent residents of the U.S., returning from a holiday visit to relatives in Mexico.
(Breitbart) In the attack, 13-year-old Oscar Castillo Lopez, a U.S. citizen from Oklahoma, died from the numerous gunshot injuries he sustained. Three of his relatives, including a 10-year-old girl, also sustained gunshot wounds.
(USA Today) The highway on which they were shot is considered high risk, an area disputed by groups including the Gulf Cartel and Los Zetas (The Cartel Del Noreste faction), across the Rio Grande from Falcon Heights, TX. Breitbart Texas has reported that these attacks escalated into large scale gun battles where both cartels have used armored vehicles with mounted machine guns, grenade launchers, and other explosives.
In November, a similar case took place just south of the New Mexico border when a group of cartel gunmen attacked a U.S. family that was traveling north killing nine women and children. That attack reignited the push to designate certain drug cartels as Foreign Terrorist Organizations.
