The Hake Report, Thursday, January 21, 2021: James talks about being called "racist" on Twitter, then gets to talk to a 22-year-old black guy who believes the propaganda and hangs up on him! The Biden White House pushes social justice which is anti-justice, right down to language catering to delusional false victims. Great calls about the Capitol protest, the First Ladies (usually not ladylike), and how things are looking for their lives and for the country.
Also check out Hake News from today.

Biden White House social justice contact
Their Contact Us page is corrupt, offering Mx. for prefix (I had to look it up on Wikipedia which has a false air of legitimacy, and Google which is evil), and also asking to clarify “Pronouns,” putting “she/her” first BEFORE “he/him,” and then “they/them,” “Other,” etc. Validating and promoting insanity. Just pure evil.
SIDE NOTE: I didn’t know it but Casa del Presidente (@LaCasaBlanca45) for the Trump admin actually existed. La Casa Blanca (@LaCasaBlanca) is Biden admin’s.
ANOTHER SIDE NOTE: You can go to TrumpLibrary.gov to a little more directly trumpwhitehouse.archives.gov where you can find the statement saying that President Trump’s 1776 Commission Takes Historic and Scholarly Step to Restore Understanding of the Greatness of the American Founding
That statement has a link to the PDF The President's Advisory 1776 Commission report. Of course it’s moot because Biden got rid of it.
FCC Asks Supreme Court to Roll Back Media Ownership Restrictions
(Epoch Times) This was JUST before Republicans lost majority control of the FCC on Jan. 20, when Chairman Ajit Pai stepped down with the inauguration of President Joe Biden. Democrats are expected to have a 3–2 majority when a replacement is appointed.
It’s been the position of the Republican-controlled FCC that as local media outlets face growing competition from the internet, current ownership restrictions are obsolete, especially the ban on owning a newspaper and broadcast outlet in the same market. Democrats tend to favor stronger restrictions to reduce concentrated ownership of media properties, but want rules that favor women and minorities.
The National Association of Broadcasters argued in a brief that “the broadcast and newspaper industries continue to struggle under the dead weight” of ownership restrictions.
….National Association of Broadcasters’ attorney Helgi Walker said concerns about concentrated media ownership are overblown.
“Amazon gets to own the Washington Post today. No one thinks that’s the end of democracy. [HAKE SAYS: ACTUALLY YES WE DO!] It’s certainly not the end of democracy if a local broadcaster can buy a local newspaper and keep it alive,” Walker told Justice Samuel Alito.
"Justices" Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan challenged Stewart.
“I’m a bit confused. It seems to me that the FCC for decades has been saying that minority and women ownership … consideration of it is in the public interest,” Sotomayor said.
Kagan said, “Were you saying we don’t think the changes in the rules will affect female and minority ownership or we don’t have evidence of this?”
OH GOSH, CAN WE IMPEACH ELENA KAGAN AND SOTOMAYOR
Speaking for the respondent advocacy groups, lawyer Ruthanne Mary Deutsch (who served as a law clerk for the late and evil Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg) said the FCC had not “engaged in reasoned decision-making.”
“Based on zero information about female ownership and a nonsensical analysis of badly flawed data on minority ownership, the agency repeatedly assured the public that consolidation would do no harm to either,” she said.
She called it "sloppy," what an evil lying woman.
Meanwhile...little Parler ppdate
Russian Company Confirms Its Providing Services to Parler as Website Issues New Update
(Epoch Times) Parler retained the services of DDoS-Guard, which offers protection against distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, provides hosting services, and more. It’s a temporary webpage; they prefer to find an American hosting service, but many American businesses are anti-American (Hake says).
The Parler.com page has posts purportedly from Mark Levin from the 19th, Sen. Rand Paul, and Fox News host Sean Hannity — talking about free speech, Big Tech, anti-Trump smears on Trump supporters and the second fake impeachment of Real President Trump.
Mama mia interesting article
The forces of evil have developed a crucial tool to shut down free speech: SAMs…
(Revolver / Columbia Journalism Review by Aviva Stahl, Jan 13, 2021) LAST WEEK, A BRITISH JUDGE ruled that Julian Assange could not be extradited to the United States, finding that he would likely be subjected to conditions of confinement so harsh he’d be at grave risk of taking his own life. The judge also determined that the charges against Assange did not constitute an attack on press freedom, a move that riled journalists and free speech activists across the globe. “We disagree with the judge’s assessment that this case is not politically motivated, that it is not about free speech,” the international campaign director for Reporters Without Borders told the New York Times. Owen Jones, a columnist for The Guardian, wrote, “This was the right decision, but for the wrong reason.”
Monday’s ruling did not establish a precedent for protecting whistleblowers. While that’s important to highlight, the argument put forward by press freedom advocates presumes that the “political” nature of the charges is the only issue at stake. The conditions of confinement Assange would have likely faced once extradited, however, pose a threat to free speech in their own right.
Judge Vanessa Baraitser didn’t rule as she did because of inhumane conditions in the federal prison system overall. Rather, her finding focused almost exclusively on how Assange might fare were he subjected to a specific set of restrictions known as Special Administrative Measures (sams). sams are gag orders placed on a very small number of federal prisoners or detainees, either pretrial, post-trial, or both. They are imposed at the discretion of the attorney general when he or she believes there’s a “substantial risk” that the communications of an incarcerated person could pose a public threat.
Generally... sams prisoners are prohibited from communicating with anyone in the world except their immediate family members and their attorneys. They have minimal access to the news; books must be preapproved. Apart from letters and phone calls with family, sams prisoners can go months without human interaction. “Sometimes the unit feels like a graveyard,” one person said of the experience. “There is no sound, and everyone is in his grave.”
sams also pose a grave risk to free speech. Anyone in touch with a person subject to sams is likewise gagged, meaning an attorney, spouse, or sibling can be criminally prosecuted for passing along what a prisoner has said, whether that’s something as insignificant as what the prisoner had for breakfast or as consequential as reports of force-feedings.
The writer says: I know from experience that sams have a real and substantial impact on press freedom. In 2019, in partnership with Type Investigations, I published a cover story in The Nation about hunger strikes and force-feedings at a unit dedicated to housing sams prisoners post-conviction. Between 2005 and 2016, prisoners on the unit held hunger strikes almost continuously, and prison officials responded brutally—yet these protests had never been reported on in depth. (My piece relied on the testimony of someone since taken off sams.) In making it impossible for journalists to report on conditions in real time, sams create a black box in the federal prison system. Administrators and guards don’t fear public accountability, because they know reporters will never get inside.
From one point of view, sams provide de jure cover for the de facto censorship that occurs in every prison, jail, and detention center across the United States. Examined from another perspective, sams pose a particular and unique risk to the press. They are essentially imposed at will. There is no evidentiary standard the Department of Justice must meet to impose the measures.
