Shortly after that, CNN announced that Wallace will join CNN+, a streaming product launching early next year, to host a show featuring interviews with newsmakers "across politics, business, sports and culture."

Blue checkmark lib woman Noel Scovell (@NellSco — a she/her) purportedly tweeted: “Sorry Kentucky. Maybe if your 2 senators hadn’t spent decades blocking legislation to reduce climate change, you wouldn’t be suffering from climate disasters. If it’s any consolation, McConnell and Rand have f’ed over all of us, too”

(Bounding Into Comics) The Muppets Writer And Producer Nell Scovell Blames Kentucky's Senators After Tornadoes Tear Through State Killing At Least 50 (or 80, or 100 or more)

Scovell, whose credits also include The Simpsons, Warehouse 13, NCIS, Charmed, and Sabrina the Teenage Witch, took to Twitter to blast Kentucky’s Senators.

In a subsequent tweet, she wrote, “Tie FEMA aid to US senators from that state’s vote to tax carbon, stop fracking, support solar and address Climate Change.”

“No federal clean up funds for people who have helped create the disaster,” she suggested.

Scovell has since deleted the above tweets, and claims they were twisted.

She wrote on Twitter, “My tweet has been twisted into something it is not. My hate is directed toward the senators from KY who have endangered all our lives with their reckless denial of science and toadying to corporate interests.”

“Prayers for the people of KY who are suffering along w/so many others,” she added.

In a subsequent tweet she added, “Also, not buying at anyone lecturing me on how “innocent people died,” but don’t support gun control. I support both gun control and climate change legislation.” STUPID! BE QUIET, WOMAN! 

Gov. Andy Beshear stated Dec. 11th: “We believe our death toll from this event will exceed 50 Kentuckians, probably end up closer to 70 to 100 lost lives. Remember each of these is children of God, irreplaceable to their families and to their communities.”

“We will make it through this. We will rebuild. We are strong, resilient people,” he declared.

NOTE: Don’t you hate it when they call themselves “Oxford Strong” (referring to the high school shooting in Michigan) or “[whatever place that suffered death and destruction] ‘strong’” — that’s not strong or strength. That’s female! 

Then later he says: “I’m not doing so well today” 

SPEAKING OF MICHIGAN SCHOOL SHOOTING

(CNN) Michigan school shooting suspect Ethan Crumbley is due in court today. He faces murder, assault and weapons charges in the rampage that killed four students. He also faces one count of terrorism causing death, a rare charge for a school shooting. The 15-year-old, who's pleaded not guilty to all charges, will be tried as an adult.

Respectable media outlets put out “Explainers” describing this as a “novel approach”

No US school shooting had ever been officially declared “terrorism” before — “trailblazing”! 

Announcing the charge, McDonald declared that it had been filed on behalf of the entire “community.” — “if that isn’t terror, I don’t know what is.”

McDonald has chosen to expand the punitive powers of the state in dramatic fashion…. a 15-year-old boy who expressed no political motives, insofar as the evidence produced has shown. He also belonged to no political organization, again according to the available evidence.

TERRORISM LAWS

 McDonald had the ability to bring this “novel” charge thanks to a “terrorism” statute that Michigan enacted after 9/11… enacted in 2002. 

Back when state anti-terrorism laws were being debated in 2002, the ACLU of Michigan warned: “We should resist the temptation to enact proposals in the mistaken belief that anything that may be called anti-terrorist will necessarily provide greater security.” They also mentioned the redundancy of a new statute criminalizing “terrorism,” when virtually any conceivable “terrorist” act that could be undertaken in Michigan was already easily-prosecutable with existing laws, such as those against “murder, conspiracy, and assault.” 

MTracey: I couldn’t get anyone from the ACLU of Michigan to comment in time for publication of this article, despite multiple requests. No materials on the topic appear on their website or social media accounts since the shooting November 30. They’ve had plenty of time to give their take on student debt as a racial justice issue, however. 

REMEMBER THE FED SETUP

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel, testifying before Congress earlier this year, demanded a new federal anti-terrorism statute modeled on the one in Michigan. “While Michigan has a robust array of laws to address domestic terrorism, many states and federal prosecutors do not,” she complained. “To fully combat domestic terrorism across the country, changes to federal criminal laws must be made.” Nessel previously brought state “terrorism” charges in the madcap kidnapping plot supposedly hatched last year by right-wing “militias” against Gov. Gretchen Whitmer. But a judge tossed them out, and evidence has mounted of elaborate FBI involvement in orchestrating the entrapment-heavy scheme. 

EVIL ‘SANTA, INC.’ ACTRESS SARAH SILVERMAN

(Fox News) Sarah Silverman slams Joy Reid as media panics about DeSantis' proposed civilian military force in Florida — Joy Reid shared this CNN article and called it “Fascisty” and “bananas.” CNN ARTICLE, Dec 2: DeSantis proposes a new civilian military force in Florida that he would control 

It wasn't until the fourth paragraph that CNN acknowledged that Florida would be the 23rd state to establish such a force. 

Sarah Silverman tweeted at Joy Reid and wrote something like: “please read the article before you post this stuff you’re a news outlet. The truth has to matter.”

Silverman continued. “I cannot believe I need to say this but I did not criticize Joy Ann because she’s black, but because she’s a Harvard educated journalist with the responsibility ideally of showing the whole picture and not just a piece of a picture.”

The entire twitter saga has made Silverman want to completely change how she consumes media. “Joy Ann, like so many of our favorites on these 24 hour news channels, is both a journalist and a political commentator,” she ranted. “But where do we get just the plain old news? I need a news outlet that’s just the facts, something that I can like, draw my own opinion,” Silverman said. “That would be so nice. I’d like to draw my own conclusions sometimes.”

Silverman then doubled down over her disbelief that she, a Democrat, received flack for going after a fellow democrat. “Good grief, you dare criticize anything in your own party. You’re the enemy, and that kind of black-and-white thinking on both sides. But obviously, I’m on the left. That’s what I care about. It’s such a turnoff to me,” she said. “It feels very not liberal to me, it feels like right-wingish!” SIT DOWN, AND SHUT UP, WOMAN!

Police have been criticised for saying they will record rapes by offenders with male genitalia as being committed by a woman if the attacker “identifies as a female”.  

Police Scotland said that they would log rapes as being carried out by a woman if the accused person insists, even if they have not legally changed gender. 

The move, reported by The Scottish Sun on Sunday, comes ahead of proposed new laws to make it easier for people to self-identify as whichever sex they want, which are opposed by some feminist groups. The Scottish government wants to remove medical checks for those seeking a gender recognition certificate and shorten the time people have to live as their new gender before it is legally recognised.
