(Fox 6 Milwaukee, Aug 2023) Milwaukee [white] man grabbed neck, fined $100 for disorderly conduct
A Milwaukee [white] man shown in a video grabbing another [black] man by his neck was fined $100 on Monday, July 31.
Robert Walczykowski, 63, [white,] pleaded no contest in January to disorderly conduct.
Walczykowski suspected the other [black] man of stealing his neighbor's bike. The incident happened near 25th and Becher in Milwaukee on Oct. 10, 2022. The [black] man, who has special needs, denied the theft. Police said Walczykowski detained the man – in part, by grabbing his neck.
The video associated with the case received national attention. A witness recorded the incident and tried to intervene.
Walczykowski had previously pleaded not guilty to the charge in November 2022.

A Milwaukee man pleaded guilty in court Tuesday after being charged with disorderly conduct in connection to a viral video that allegedly shows him holding another man by the neck. The other man has cognitive delays, family says.
Robert Walczykowski, 62, is the man in a cell phone video that appears to show him holding the neck of 24-year-old Trevon Burks, who has special needs. Burks’ family says cognitively, he is at the level of a child.
[Bystander] Deangelo Wright started recording the interaction on his phone on Oct. 10, 2022, near 25th and Becher on Milwaukee's south side. You can hear him telling Walczykowski to let go of Burks' neck.
“I don’t care if you’re recording,” Walczykowski can be heard saying. “He and his friends stole a bike right out of a friend of mine’s yard.”
In the video, [Trevon] Burks denied that he stole anything.
A criminal complaint revealed that two days after the incident, Tracey Burks [RELATED TO TREVON?] turned over two bikes to the Milwaukee Police Department. She allegedly told police she thought they might have been stolen and that Trevon might have had something to do with it. [WHOA, WHITE MAN MAY HAVE BEEN RIGHT!]
Walczykowski agreed to the court conditions. He will be back in court for a review hearing on March 21.
Blacks and white liberals’ brainwashed stereotypes

It's far more truthful to say that decades of affirmative action… have shown that blacks don't even have to be as good as other groups to get the same shot as those other groups, and, frankly, hardly anyone anymore expects them to be as good. (This assumption even lies at the heart of contemporary progressive "antiracist" conceptions of Equity.)
Biden's remarks go beyond mere pandering. They're a gross violation of the most obvious realities.
