Hong Kong Rioters Burn Shops, Some Hold Hands (Hake News, Mon 10/21/19)
TOP OF FIRST HOUR NEWS: Monday, October 21, 2019 -
(Drudge) Tornado Leaves a Trail of Damage through Dallas and Cuts Power to Thousands… (Dallas News) Storms were expected to move out of the area by 8 a.m. Monday. A tornado left a miles-long trail of heavy damage from northwest Dallas to Richardson late Sunday. Tornadoes also had been reported in southern Dallas and Rockwall counties. The city of Dallas said in a news release about 12:20 a.m. that there had been no reports of deaths or serious injuries. First responders had been going door to door in some neighborhoods to check on residents. Police and fire crews would assess damaged structures through the night. Parts of northern Dallas, including the Love Field area, were especially hard hit.
(According to Twitter, @FOX4 says: One @HomeDepot Manager was aware of approaching weather, got all customers out & sent home employees & closed early. Then 30 min later the #DallasTornado arrived. Their building suffered major damage.)
A meteorologist estimated the tornado’s route may have stretched 17 miles, though the path of its damage may not have been continuous. Dallas Fire-Rescue was responding to calls about people who had been injured by broken glass in their homes. A line of strong storms containing winds up to 65 mph in some pockets was moving east into the Dallas-Fort Worth area as of about midnight Monday. A tornado warning for Collin County, including McKinney, Allen and Fairview, was in effect until 1 a.m.
It was reported more than 79,000 people were without power at 12:30 a.m. The city was to open Bachman Recreation Center near the Dallas Love Field Airport at 2 a.m. for people who need shelter. Classes were canceled Monday for several schools. Gas leaks were reported. Residents who smell natural gas or suspect a leak should leave the area immediately and call 911. Crews worked to repair 35 inoperative traffic signals. Big mess!
(Drudge) Hong Kong descends into chaos again as protesters defy ban… (AP) Amid an unauthorized rally Sunday, so-called pro-democracy protesters set up roadblocks and torched businesses (YEAH THAT’LL FIX HONG KONG! IDIOTS), and police responded with tear gas and a water cannon. Protesters tossed firebombs and took their anger out on shops with supposed mainland Chinese ties. Riot police unleashed numerous tear gas rounds on short notice, angering residents and passers-by. BE MAD AT THE RIOTERS! Some 24 people were hurt and treated at hospitals, including six with serious injuries. The protest leaders carried a black banner that read, “Five main demands, not one less,” as they pressed their calls for police accountability and political rights. Supporters sang the protest movement’s anthem, waved colonial and U.S. flags (TRYING TO TRICK US!), and held up placards depicting the Chinese flag as a Nazi swastika. Many protesters wore masks in defiance of a recently introduced ban on face coverings at public gatherings, and volunteers handed more out to the crowd.
(Daily Mail) Activists wear Joker and Winnie-Xi-Pooh masks… also Guy Fawkes (the Occupy / Anonymous / V for Vendetta mask) this was on Friday, they were forming a long human chain hoping to stretch 25 miles across Hong Kong following subway lines… whatever that means. Chinese internet users have joked that Chinese president Xi Jinping resembles AA Milne's Winnie-the-Pooh - leading the country's censors to scrub online references to it. Many protesters have been seen wearing masks of the character in an apparent effort to mock the leader. Fawkes masks have come to represent so-called anti-government protests around the world.
Hong Kong's leader Carrie Lam banned masks to deter radical behaviour. Offenders can get up to a year in prison. Protesters say they wear them to hide their identities from China's massive state security apparatus.
This month two protestors have been shot, an officer’s been stabbed, and a small remote-controlled bomb detonated near officers, bringing unprecedented violence since the former British colony reverted to Chinese rule in 1997.
As you know Hong Kong's protests began in June in opposition to a now-abandoned extradition bill, which would have allowed the transfer of accused criminals to mainland China.

TOP OF SECOND HOUR NEWS: Monday, October 21, 2019 -
(Drudge) UNREST AROUND WORLD… (The National) Violent clashes hit Chile, Hong Kong, Lebanon and Barcelona. Riots escalated in Barcelona late Friday, as radical Catalan separatists hurled rocks and fireworks at police, who responded with teargas and rubber bullets. It was the fifth consecutive day of protests in the Catalan capital and elsewhere over a Spanish court's jailing of nine separatist leaders on sedition charges over a failed independence bid two years ago.
Hundreds of thousands take over streets of Lebanon… (AFP) They rallied Sunday across Lebanon (in Beirut and elsewhere) to condemn official corruption and demand the government resign, on the eve of a deadline for politicians to accept a reform package. They were the largest rallies yet in a four-day wave of protests that have gripped the Mediterranean country, the biggest such movement in years which brought to a standstill the capital Beirut, second city Tripoli and other major towns. The demonstrations have crippled the country and threatened the government of beleaguered Prime Minister Saad Hariri, who has given cabinet members until Monday to support his reform plan. He’s hinted he may resign. Security forces fired tear gas, rubber bullets and chased down protesters. Dozens were wounded and detained.
New clashes in Chile… (AFP via Yahoo) Chile extends state of emergency as protest death toll hits seven. Chile is "at war," President Sebastian Pinera said Sunday, as the country reels from three days of violent demonstrations and looting that have left seven dead and almost 1,500 detained in the worst outbreak of social unrest in decades. "We are at war against a powerful, implacable enemy, who does not respect anything or anyone and is willing to use violence and crime without any limits," Pinera told reporters after an emergency meeting with army general Javier Iturriaga, who has been placed in charge of order and security in the capital. Santiago and nine other of Chile's 16 regions were under a state of emergency, Pinera confirmed late Sunday, with troops deployed onto the streets for the first time since Augusto Pinochet's military dictatorship between 1973-1990. The clashes, which have seen some 9,500 police and military fire tear gas and water cannon against protesters who have set fire to buses, smashed up metro stations and ransacked shops, were sparked by anger over price hikes and social inequality (LIBERALS!).
Despite a growth rate that should reach 2.5 percent of GDP this year, several social indicators -- such as health, education and pensions -- show very high inequalities. SO WHAT. "Many latent requests have not been answered, tension has built up, frustration has increased daily in daily life," said Octavio Avendano, a sociologist and political scientist at the University of Chile. This anger boiled over earlier in the week as a protest against a rise in metro fares escalated dramatically on Friday.
On Sunday, five people died when a garment factory was torched by rioters in a Santiago suburb, despite right-wing Pinera's Saturday announcement that he was suspending the fare increase. Earlier, Interior and Security Minister Andres Chadwick said two women burned to death after a store owned by US retail chain Walmart was set alight in the early hours of Sunday. Another victim, who authorities initially said had died in hospital, suffered burns on 75 percent of her body. Almost all public transport was paralyzed in Santiago on Sunday, with shops shuttered and many flights cancelled at the international airport, leaving thousands of people stranded due to a curfew imposed from 7:00 pm until dawn. Authorities reported 103 serious incidents throughout the country with 1,462 people detained -- 614 in Santiago and 848 in the rest of the country. “It's really sad what's happening, but the people are outraged because they're not being listened to," 26-year-old Antonia told AFP in central Santiago.
Political Risks Grow in Latin America… (Bloomberg via Yahoo News) -- Ecuador and Argentina are also a mess. People don’t want austerity, they’re complaining about so-called inequality. Communists!
Latin America, the traditional poster child for political risk in financial markets, is back as a source of concern for investors. You just heard about Chile. In Ecuador, unrest blew up after President Lenin Moreno ended fuel subsidies. Argentina, meanwhile, is back in the grip of capital controls after voters revolted against President Mauricio Macri’s budget-cutting agenda and handed his opponents a commanding lead ahead of presidential elections on Oct. 27. They’re rejecting austerity measures. Latin Americans are yet again rejecting austerity sought by investors and the likes of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), arguing it does little to reduce income inequality or improve social services. STUPID!

TOP OF THIRD HOUR NEWS: Monday, October 21, 2019 -
(Drudge) WASH POST LEAD MONDAY: Alienated Republicans influenced G-7 reversal… (Far-left Wash. Post via MSN) Trump reversed course on hosting G-7 at his club after learning that impeachment-weary Republicans were tired of defending him. Trump tweeted about this too…
Here’s the real news. Trump tweeted: “I thought I was doing something very good for our Country by using Trump National Doral, in Miami, for hosting the G-7 Leaders. It is big, grand, on hundreds of acres, next to MIAMI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, has tremendous ballrooms & meeting rooms, and each delegation would have... .....its own 50 to 70 unit building. Would set up better than other alternatives. I announced that I would be willing to do it at NO PROFIT or, if legally permissible, at ZERO COST to the USA. But, as usual, the Hostile Media & their Democrat Partners went CRAZY! ....Therefore, based on both Media & Democrat Crazed and Irrational Hostility, we will no longer consider Trump National Doral, Miami, as the Host Site for the G-7 in 2020. We will begin the search for another site, including the possibility of Camp David, immediately. Thank you!”
Later, Trump tweeted: So interesting that, when I announced Trump National Doral in Miami would be used for the hosting of the G-7, and then rescinded due to Do Nothing Democrat/Fake News Anger, very few in Media mentioned that NO PROFITS would be taken, or would be given FREE, if legally permissible!
(Drudge) RINO outlet WSJ PAGE ONE: White House Decisions Test Party Support... In an article WSJ writers Michael C. Bender and Vivian Salama claim: President Trump faces increasing public and private scrutiny from his own party (RINOs) over a series of recent White House moves, as the House impeachment inquiry reduces his margin for error with fellow Republicans and makes him more vulnerable to attacks (FAKE NEWS). In the past several days, Mr. Trump has been forced to drop plans to host next year’s Group of Seven summit at his Doral golf resort, and a top aide has tried to walk back comments linking Ukraine military aid to an investigation of the president’s political opponents....
SIDE NOTE: WSJ is Fake News! They’re the ones who went after top YouTuber Pewdiepie with false accusations of “anti-semitic posts,” getting Disney to sever ties with Pewdiepie, and YouTube cancelled his show on their subscription service! That far-left hit piece was by Rolfe Winkler, Jack Nicas and Ben Fritz back in February 2017.
(Drudge) ROMNEY MAY VOTE TO REMOVE TRUMP! RINO! He claims Trump’s BEHAVIOR is 'APPALLING'... Far-left Atlantic has an article called “The Liberation of Mitt Romney,” and says: The newly rebellious senator (NOT) has become an outspoken dissident (RINO) in Trump’s Republican Party, just in time for the president’s impeachment trial. He’s pretending to judge Trump’s character.
Romney also did an interview with far-left Axios on HBO, with Mike Allen, who’s co-founder of Axios and co-founder of the far-left outlet Politico. When Mitt Romney voted in 2016, instead of voting for Trump, he did a write-in and wrote-in his wife Ann Romney for president. WEAK! He accused Trump of “appealing to racism or misogyny,” claiming those “have been most, most harmful long term to the foundation of America's virtuous character.”
Unclassy Mitt brought up the phony Stormy Daniels accusation, joining forces with the creepy porn lawyer and CNN-style attacks on Trump, what a disgusting person. Phony Romney said, “Look, I'm one of those who believes that we have a responsibility to be honorable and faithful to our wives." WHAT A FAKE.
On calling on China to probe Joe Biden: "We certainly can't have presidents asking foreign countries to provide something of political value. That is, after all, against the law." IT’S NOT AGAINST THE LAW!
He called Trump’s supposed “abandoning” of the Kurds: “A very dark spot in America's history. We should never abandon our friends.” HE JUST ABANDONED TRUMP. HE THINKS TRUMP’S WORSE THAN OBAMA!
He called Trump’s actions worse than Barack Obama’s ignoring the red line he drew in Syria: "This is worse than that, because it says ... America will walk away from his friends and from its allies." DUMB!
He called Trump's pleas for China and Ukraine to investigate the Bidens "wrong and appalling," went even further with Axios: "It was shocking, in my opinion, for the president to do so — and a mistake for him to do. I can't imagine coming to a different point of view." PATHETIC POLITICIAN.
Mon, Oct 21, Hour 3:
This Sunday, Oct 27, Jesse’s doing a debate at Politicon in Nashville, TN. GUEST: Co-founder of Politicon, Simon Sidi, a British-born rock-show producer who put out shows for Eurythmics. Jesse sang, “Sweet dreams are made of this. Who am I to disagree?...”

Riots around the world!
I don’t buy into either side in what’s going on in Chile, Ecuador, Argentina, Barcelona, etc. The South American countries are complaining about “inequality.”
Romney is a RINO.
He’s going to the enemy to trash the best president we’ve seen. He’s evil. He talked to the co-founder of Politico and of Axios on HBO.
He said Trump is worse than Obama. He said Trump’s pulling troops from Syria was worse than Obama’s weakness in drawing a red line and then not following through. Because he’s weak.
He’s pretending to be for what’s right by bringing up Stormy Daniels.
He lies that investigating Biden is merely of political value — it’s of public interest.

Thomas from Canada is standing in front of the voting building for the Canadian elections and explains the situation to James. The Conservatives are RINOs (CINO?) The Liberals are crazy and his heart tells him to vote for the populist candidate (Maxime Bernier) but he is sure he will lose. He asks James for advice, should he go with his heart or vote strategically for the Conservatives to beat out the Liberals.
Jayden from Florida calls in to ask James if he is a Sabbath Keeper and James say he isn’t. Jayden explains what being a sabbath keeper is which includes going to church on Saturday; avoiding talking about work on that day and things of the sort.
Noloking from Toronto, Canada calls in to correct Thomas from Canada about Canadian politics. He speaks on Maxime Bernier and calls him a RINO who supports abortion.
Charles from Philadelphia, PA wonders why he would support a racist like Jesse. Charles runs down his list of questions he has for James to try and catch him sinning for something but James flips it and starts asking him.
Steve from Michigan has been picketing for 6 weeks now. He picketed last night from 7 pm to 6 am.
They’re going after Giuliani
(Drudge) Justice Dept Distances Itself From Giuliani… After prosecutors in New York had two of his Ukrainian associates arrested the other week. Fear of more scandals… Axios is claiming Rudy Giuliani has a “shadow” foreign policy aiding his own personal financial gain. The far-left anti-Trump Washington Post reported that Giuliani had privately urged Trump to extradite Fethullah Gulen, a Turkish cleric living in exile in Pennsylvania, something Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has asked for repeatedly. Listen to this swamp monster: "I think Rudy has a lot to answer for," said Democratic Rep. Raja Krishnamoorthi, who sits on the House Oversight and Intelligence committees. Axios claims Giuliani in 2016 had a lot of red flags that prevented him from serving on the State Dept.
Syria troops are headed to Iraq
(Drudge) US troops in Syria heading to Iraq -- not home… (AP) — Defense Secretary Mark Esper says he is discussing an option that would keep a small residual U.S. military force in northeast Syria to secure oil fields and continue the fight against Islamic State militants. Esper said on Monday that he had not made a final decision on that option and has not yet presented it to President Donald Trump. Speaking at a press conference in Kabul, Esper said that some American forces that are in northeast Syria have not yet started to withdraw. He said they are working with Syrian Kurdish fighters to secure the oil fields in that region so they don’t fall under control of ISIS. He said it’s important to make sure ISIS doesn’t gain revenue from the oil. While Trump has insisted he’s bringing home Americans from “endless wars” in the Mideast, Esper said all U.S. troops leaving Syria will go to western Iraq and the American military will continue operations against the Islamic State group.
Pelted With rotten Fruit and Stones… by Kurdish locals during withdrawal. Trump said the Kurds were “NO ANGELS!” (Storyful via Yahoo News) A convoy of US military vehicles was pelted with fruit and stones while traveling through Qamishli, near Syria’s border with Turkey, on October 21.

(Drudge) Hero soldier amputated own leg to save lives of crew mates… (Daily Mail) Soldier, 21, amputated his own leg to escape the wreckage of a tank and save the lives of his crew mates after freak accident caused 90 mph crash
Ezra Maes, 21, was taking part in an overnight training exercise when he and his crewmates fell asleep in their tank and awoke to find it speeding downhill
After a number of sharp bumps, the tank crashed in an embankment at 90mph, throwing Maes forward and causing his leg to get caught in the turret gear
He thought his leg was just broken, and he was more concerned about his crew mates: one of whom suffered a broken back, the other was bleeding profusely
Determined to assist his crew mates, Maes began twisting and turning trying to dislodge himself from the gearing - and amputated his own leg in doing so
Maes persevered through the panic and pain and pulled himself up and into the back of the tank to grab a medical kit
Despite the life-changing injury, Maes insists he’s been given a second chance at life and says it’s the best thing that’s happened to him
