(Drudge) IMPEACHMENT QUICKLY (Bloomberg via Yahoo News) Nancy Pelosi spoke in somber tones in front a backdrop of American flags, pretending she cares about the Constitution and the country, pretending Trump committed a “profound violation,” lying and saying that “The president abused his power for his own personal benefit.... His wrongdoing strikes at the very heart of our Constitution,” Pelosi said. “The president leaves us no choice but to act because he is trying to corrupt, once again, the election for his own benefit.” She says, “The democracy is what is at stake.” (WE’RE NOT A DEMOCRACY!) She spoke a day after Judiciary Chairman Jerrold Nadler (ONCE KNOWN AS FAT JERRY) indicated the panel was moving toward at least three articles of impeachment: abuse of power, bribery and obstruction.
TRUMP DEFIANT (AP) The president tweeted that the Democrats “have gone crazy.” TRUE. “If you are going to impeach me, do it now, fast, so we can have a fair trial in the Senate, and so that our Country can get back to business,” the president said in a pair of tweets shortly before Pelosi spoke. REMINDS ME OF WHAT JESUS CHRIST TOLD JUDAS ISCARIOT: “WHAT YOU ARE ABOUT TO DO, DO QUICKLY.” DEMOCRATS DON’T BELIEVE IN JESUS.
HISTORIC CLASH (Reuters) Trump assails "Do Nothing" Democrats, and vows: "We will win!" YEP. Here’s another RIDICULOUS Pelosi quote, "Sadly, but with confidence and humility, with allegiance to our founders and our heart full of love for America, today I am asking our chairman to proceed with articles of impeachment," Pelosi said. She had opened the investigation in September. So Trump tweeted, "The Do Nothing, Radical Left Democrats have just announced that they are going to seek to Impeach me over NOTHING. The good thing is that the Republicans have NEVER been more united. We will win!"
Judiciary Democrats said the report by former Special Counsel Robert Mueller documenting Russian interference in the 2016 election could be part of testimony they hear on Monday from a committee lawyer, who is presenting evidence along with a Democratic lawyer from the House Intelligence Committee. Republican committee lawyers are also expected to testify.

Adam Schiff (D-CA) published AT&T and Verizon phone records of Rep Devin Nunes (R-CA) and his staff, Rudy Giuliani, investigative journalist John Solomon from The Hill, and now-indicted Ukrainian-American businessman Lev Parnas. Adam Schiff claimed they were part of a “smear campaign” against Obama ambassador Marie Yovanovich.
Fox News reporter Brit Hume tweeted: It will be interesting to see which other media, if any, have anything to say about what Schiff did here, especially after all the MSM hand-wringing about Bush’s national security surveillance.”
Fellow Fox reported John Roberts responded, tweeting: “What’s also interesting about this is that my phone number - and the phone numbers of many of my colleagues were likely included in these logs. They just weren’t published.”

Social media postings show him meeting with current and previous Ukrainian political figures as part of a cable news documentary series that’s critical of the impeachment inquiry. FYI: President Volodymyr Zelenskiy of Ukraine won’t be meeting with him, nor Igor Kolomoisky, a Ukrainian billionaire who had ties to Zelenskiy, nor Zelenskiy’s predecessor, Petro Poroshenko, who met Giuliani twice in Kyiv in 2017. The friendly caption (THAT’S NOT A FRIENDLY CAPTION!) was offset by a photo of Tusk pointing his right index and middle fingers toward Trump, who had his back to the camera — the photo apparently was taken at this week’s NATO summit, which took place in London. Tusk is the former prime minister of Poland and a frequent critic of Trump. LAME! Some on social media felt that it had a menacing undertone. Some asked if it was a threat, and invoked globalists who hate Trump, of whom Tusk apparently is one. Last month, Tusk was elected president of the European People’s Party — a conservative political party committed to strengthening the EU. DOESN’T SOUND CONSERVATIVE TO ME! In his final speech to the UN General Assembly in New York this September, Tusk took a sharp dig at Trump, calling his views on patriotism “false and dangerous.” TUSK IS FALSE AND DANGEROUS! “To protect the truth, it is not enough to accuse others of promoting fake news,” he said, as reported by Politico. “Frankly speaking, it would be enough to stop lying.” WHAT A PHONY! Many Polish people, called Poles, were scandalized by his tweet and apologized on behalf of Poland.

(Drudge) Pyongyang raises 'dotard' spectre as deadline looms… (AFP via Yahoo news) North Korea has threatened to resume referring to President Donald Trump as a "dotard," raising the prospect of a return to a war of words with a negotiating deadline approaching. Pyongyang has set Washington an end-of-year time limit to offer it new concessions in deadlocked nuclear negotiations, and has said it will adopt an unspecified "new way" if nothing acceptable is forthcoming.
Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un -- whose countries and their allies fought each other to a standstill in the 1950-53 Korean War -- engaged in mutual insults and threats of devastation in 2017, sending tensions soaring before a diplomatic rapprochement the following year. But denuclearisation negotiations have been at a standstill since a summit in Hanoi broke up in February. During his NATO trip, Trump on Tuesday indicated military action was still possible when he was asked about Pyongyang. "He definitely likes sending rockets up, doesn't he? That's why I call him 'Rocket Man'," Trump said, reprising one of his previously favoured nicknames for Kim.
Pyongyang reacted stiffly late Thursday, with vice foreign minister Choe Son Hui saying the comments were made with "no courtesy when referring to the supreme leadership... of the DPRK. If this is meant to make expressions, reminiscent of those days just two years ago when a war of words was fought across the ocean... it will be a very dangerous challenge," she said in a statement carried by the North's state news agency KCNA. Referring to Trump by name and reprising Kim's own previously preferred insult, she said that any repetition "must really be diagnosed as the relapse of the dotage of a dotard".
At the Nato summit, Trump said: "We have the most powerful military we've ever had, and we're by far the most powerful country in the world. Hopefully, we don't have to use it, but if we do, we'll use it. If we have to, we'll do it," he added.
KCNA, known for its flamboyant and sometimes antiquated language, has previously labelled former US President George W. Bush a "half-baked man" (TRUE!), ex-South Korean leader Park Geun-hye a "crafty prostitute" (WELL, SHE WAS THE FIRST WOMAN PRESIDENT, OUSTED FOR CORRUPTION, RIGHT? SHE’S IN PRISON NOW, per Wikipedia), and called former US leader Barack Obama her "pimp" (FUNNY!).
On Wednesday another Pyongyang official said, in response to Trump's comments made Tuesday, the use of armed forces is "not the privilege of the US only".

(Drudge) UBER reports more than 3,000 sex assaults… (Geekwire) Uber’s first-ever safety report reveals 3,045 sexual assaults, 9 homicides, and 58 fatal crashes on 1.3B U.S. rides in 2018. Uber chronicled all reported sexual assaults, homicides and fatal accidents in the U.S. in 2017 and 2018. They had an average of 3.1 million trips per day. 99.9 percent of rides ended without incident. 0.0003 percent — [that’s three in a million] trips ended in the kind of “critical safety incident” tracked in the new report.
Uber pushed back on media coverage of sexual assaults that “almost entirely portrayed drivers as the alleged offenders.” The report found that drivers represent a majority of accused parties in sexual assaults at 54 percent. Riders make up 45 percent of accused parties. The company notes that this ratio differs from media reports, which mention drivers as the culprits 92 percent of the time, according to an analysis by Uber.
A homicide happened on one in every 122 million trips over the two-year period 2017-2018; a sexual assault was reported on one in every 5 million trips; a fatal crash occurred on one in every 20 million trips — the rate of vehicle fatalities by miles traveled is less than half the rate of the U.S. as a whole.
Uber is partnering with RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network, founded in Washington, D.C., 1994, with weird singer Tori Amos as its female spokesman), the nation’s largest anti-sexual violence organization (SOUND LIKE AN EVIL GROUP, WOLVES IN SHEEPS CLOTHING!) Uber plans to offer a dedicated hotline for survivors of sexual assault to provide support and specialized services. Sexual assault and misconduct training will be mandatory for all U.S. drivers. EYE ROLL! Uber says it will continue to produce safety reports every two years. Stock is down.
