TOP OF FIRST HOUR NEWS: Tuesday, July 23, 2019 –
'The Report of Iran capturing CIA spies is totally false,' Trump wrote in a tweet. (Drudge) TRUMP SAYS FAKE… (Daily Mail) Iranian intelligence and security forces released the names and photos of some of the 17 'CIA spies' it claims to have captured (sometime before March this year) as Trump insists they have NOT been arrested and accuses Tehran of lying because it has 'no idea what to do' amid rising tensions with the West. As of Monday afternoon our time, their identities had not been verified by any other gov’t. All of the quote-unquote 'suspects' are Iranian nationals who were 'lured' by 'US visa traps', the Iranians claim. U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo retorted that Iran had a 'history of lying.' Middle East tensions have been rising for weeks amid a series of tanker attacks They have spiraled again in recent days after Iran seized a UK-flagged vessel.
Hard to deal with top 'terror' state… (AFP via Yahoo News) "Frankly it's getting harder for me to want to make a deal with Iran, because they behave very badly," Trump told reporters in the Oval Office, as visiting Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan sat at his side. "I'll tell you it could go either way, very easily," Trump added. "And I'm OK either way it goes." He criticized Iran’s gov’t as "a religious regime that is badly failing," and said the country has "tremendous problems economically." He said the U.S. is "ready for the absolute worst." "We are very geared up. They are really the number one state of terror in the world," Trump said. Sec. of State Mike Pompeo announced the U.S. is sanctioning a Chinese company for dealing with Iran, accepting crude oil from Iran.
There’s a Europe-led mission to protect Gulf shipping… (AP) Britain announced plans Monday to develop and deploy a Europe-led “maritime protection mission” to safeguard shipping in the vital Strait of Hormuz in light of Iran’s seizure of a British-flagged tanker in the waterway last week. “It is with a heavy heart that we are announcing this increased international presence in the Gulf, because the focus of our diplomacy has been on de-escalating tensions in the hope that such changes would not be necessary,” Hunt said. WEAK.
Iran apparently took the British-registered tanker in response to the UK doing it to them. Iran’s government spokesman Ali Rabiei said, “When you illegally seize a ship in Gibraltar... we don’t deem it as necessary to show tolerance.” He said, “Some countries have asked for the immediate release of the British tanker. Well, we ask those countries to make the same request to Britain first.”(Drudge and The Economic Collapse blog) The USA is Staging Troops At a key Saudi Military Base Used During All of our Previous Middle East Wars… After the U.S. invasion of Iraq in 2003, the U.S. military abandoned Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia, but now they are back. The base covers “well over a hundred square miles”, and so it has more than enough room to serve as a central hub for a new Middle East war.
(Drudge) MORE SPENDING, MORE DEBT (WSJ) The White House and Congress reach a deal on increasing federal spending and raising the debt ceiling — for more than $2.7 Trillion in spending over 2 years. The deal defuses debt-limit issue for two years and pushes debate past 2020 presidential election, until July 2021. It’s a spending boost of $320 BILLION BLOWOUT! (AFP via Yahoo) Trump said, "This was a real compromise in order to give another big victory to our Great Military and Vets!" DEAL KEEPS LIGHTS ON (AP) The deal ensures no government shutdown or disastrous default on the debt, which would be the first time.
LAST WEEK: (Drudge) President tells aides to look for big spending cuts in 'second-term'... (Stamford Advocate) President Donald Trump has instructed aides to prepare for sweeping budget cuts if he wins a second term in the White House, five people briefed on the discussions said, a move that would dramatically reverse the big-spending approach he adopted during his first 30 months in office. THANK GOD!
Budget deal includes few or no actual spending cuts… Debt ceiling lifted for 2 years! Raises spending by $320 billion… Second straight quarter of falling earnings signal recession? Warren warns of 'coming economic crash'...
2020 Campaigns Ignore Skyrocketing National Debt… TRILLIONS MORE IN NEW DEAL…
(Drudge) HERE COMES BORIS… (The Sun) Boris Johnson, age 55, defeats Jeremy Hunt 63% to 34% in Tory election results to become the next PM of the UK, replacing Theresa May who failed to deliver Brexit. (Reuters) Brexit by Halloween? He promised to lead Britain out of the European Union with or without a deal by Oct 31. Boris has trashed Trump in the past, but more recently they seem to respect each other. He calls himself a conservative, and he is pro-Brexit. Some woman who’s pro-”Remain” in the EU, Anne Milton, resigned minutes after Johnson was announced as new leader. Johnson says they’ll defeat Jeremy Corbyn (the leader of the Labour Party; Corbyn’s a socialist).
Trump tweeted: Congratulations to Boris Johnson on becoming the new Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. He will be great!
Boris declared their mission is “DUDE”: Deliver Brexit, Unite the country, Defeat Corbyn, and Energize the people, or something.
Europe Braces! (WSJ) Boris Johnson was foreign secretary for UK, and he both alarmed and charmed his European counterparts. One person said, “I don’t know what he will do.”
Tue, Jul 23, Hour 1:
Racism has never existed. Jesse reports on videos of police officers in New York pelted by blacks who throw water on them as they make an arrest. There are multiple similar incidents.
Callers talk to Jesse: One man wished he’d talked about the Bible with RSD Sarah the dating coach. Tony from Michigan talks about a white man killed after a minor car accident by blacks.
Jesse and Joel talk about Get a Job’s “He Black” compilation. Joel reads DLive and Streamlabs Super Chats.
Greg from Delaware talks about dealing with black women who tried to cut in front of him at a grocery store, with a bunch of groceries. He said it was wrong. He mentions
TOP OF SECOND HOUR NEWS: Tuesday, July 23, 2019 –
(Drudge) New tropical depression forms off the coast of Florida… Man! Watch out people! (Accuweather) A concentrated batch of downpours and thunderstorms churning near the eastern Bahamas strengthened into Tropical Depression 3 late Monday afternoon. The storm formed close to the coast of Florida, approximately 120 miles southeast of West Palm Beach, Florida, and was moving northwest at 13 mph, according to the The National Hurricane Center. If the Tropical Depression strengthens into a tropical storm, it would be named Chantal. Even if a named storm fails to take shape, the front will bring an extended stretch of increased showers and thunderstorms to the Florida Peninsula later this week. CONE…
(Drudge) Oregon to allow students to take 'mental health days'... WEAK! (NBC News) A new law, signed by Gov. Kate Brown last month, expands the reasons for excused school absences to include mental or behavioral health. The students behind the state measure allowing ‘mental health days’ say it's meant to change the stigma around mental health in a state that has some of the United States' highest suicide rates. (OMG they’ve been indoctrinated!) Utah passed a similar law last year. BETA STATE! Youth activists in Oregon pushed not just for expanded mental health services, but also lobbied for gun control and to lower the voting age, both of which failed. THANK GOD.
Suicide is Oregon's second leading cause of death among those ages 10 to 34, according to data from the state Health Authority. Nearly 17% of eighth-graders reported seriously contemplating taking their lives within the past 12 months. DRAMA! The state has a suicide rate 40% higher than the national average. But the national suicide rate has also been on the rise and recently hit a 50-year high, climbing more than 30% since 1999, according to the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention).
Oregon suffers from one of the worst absenteeism rates in the nation. More than 1 in 6 children missed at least 10% of school days in the 2015-2016 school year.
(Drudge) SURVEY: 4 In 10 Adults Regret How Lived Lives… That’s according to a survey of 2,000 British adults commissioned by UK charity consortium Remember A Charity, StudyFinds reports. Spending too much time at work and not traveling enough were among respondents’ biggest regrets. Other common regrets among those surveyed included neglecting their health and not spending enough time with their family. Many wished they had been a better parent to their children. 40% want to make some positive changes in the near future. Three in four adults claim that their regret is mainly caused by things they wanted to do but never got around to.
Despite most people’s desire to be remembered in a positive light, most respondents say they expect to be remembered as moody or anxious. Many added that they regret wasting so much time watching television or staring at their smartphone. Close to half of those surveyed said they regret focusing so much on financial success as opposed to more meaningful endeavors. (MAYBE THEY DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY WANT!)
(Drudge) Franken 'Absolutely' Regrets Resigning From Senate… (New Yorker) Holding his head in his hands, former Sen. Al Franken said, “I don’t think people who have been sexually assaulted, and those kinds of things, want to hear from people who have been #MeToo’d that they’re victims.” Yet, he added, being on the losing side of the #MeToo movement, which he fervently supports, has led him to spend time thinking about such matters as due process, proportionality of punishment, and the consequences of Internet-fuelled outrage. He said that his therapist had likened his experience to “what happens when primates are shunned and humiliated by the rest of the other primates.”
Sen. Al Franken’s tough questioning of then-AG-nominee Jeff Sessions, supposedly led Sessions to recuse himself from the investigation into Russian influence in the 2016 election, and prompted the appointment of Robert Mueller as special counsel.
Pete Buttigieg was widely criticized last month on social media for saying that he would not have pressured Franken to resign—as had virtually all his Democratic rivals who were then in the Senate—without first learning more about the alleged incidents. Franken was photographed grabbing a sleeping woman’s chest as a joke -- he thought he was being funny, but she got mad years later and accused him amidst the #MeToo movement. That was Leeann Tweeden, who now co-hosts a radio show with Dr. Drew.
(Drudge) Liberals push back on #MeToo after backfire… Eddie Scarry writes in Wash. Examiner about the liberal hypocrisy.

TOP OF THIRD HOUR NEWS: Tuesday, July 23, 2019 –
(Drudge) TRAILER: Tom Hanks as Mister Rogers… Oh, gosh, no. (The Wrap) On Monday, Sony released the first trailer for the drama “A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood,” starring Tom Hanks as children’s TV icon Fred Rogers. This woman Marielle Heller directs the film that’s loosely based on the 1998 Esquire article by journalist Tom Junod, who’s supposedly a jaded writer who learns “empathy, kindness and decency” from Mr. Rogers. The film was supposedly shot in the original studio in Pittsburgh where “Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood” was filmed. They even borrowed items out of the late Fred Rogers’ wardrobe. (Disturbing!) Comes out Nov. 22.
(Drudge) Taylor Swift Fans Go After Kamala for Attending Scooter Braun Event… OH GOSH. (The Daily Beast) The singer has been in a feud with celebrity music manager Scooter Braun over rights to her master recordings. On Saturday Kamala Harris’s husband (he white!) posted a picture from a fundraising event at celebrity manager Scooter Braun’s house. Braun held a star-studded campaign event for Harris that included Katy Perry, Demi Lovato and Ariana Grande. Swift's fans didn't like it. Last month, Swift accused Braun of “incessant, manipulative bullying” after he bought Swift’s master recordings from Swift’s first label.
“I was SO excited for you as a democratic candidate, but if you so choose to go to an event held by @scooterbraun, a man whose arrogance mirrors our president’s, I can no longer hold onto my excitement and faith for you as a presidential candidate,” tweeted a fan with the hashtag #disappointed.
(Drudge) Anthony Weiner moves back in with Huma… aww! (Daily Mail) Anthony Weiner moves back in with Huma Abedin as he's spotted in a tank top and shorts using a trolley to roll in designer garment bags, a hockey stick and suitcases into his family home after prison stint for sexting 15-year-old girl. He moved back in over the weekend. The 54-year-old had been living in a halfway house in the Bronx after his release from prison in February. Soon after he went to prison, Huma and their seven-year old son Jordan moved to this new apartment. Abedin filed for divorce the day Weiner entered into a guilty plea for sexting a 15-year-old girl in May 2017. However, Abedin withdrew her request in January, deciding to settle privately. The Daily Mail had exposed Weiner’s sexting thing back in Sept 2016. Moving back in with Abedin comes weeks after Weiner was seen lunching with a young brunette at a Wall Street brunch spot.
(Drudge) PEW: 91% Dems see violence coming… (Wash. Examiner) Nearly 8 of 10 Americans told the Pew Research Center that supporters for both sides could “act” on the politically charged rhetoric with violence. It was higher for Democrats, 91%, than Republicans, 61%. “Americans broadly agree that elected officials should avoid using heated language because it could encourage violence. Nearly three-quarters of Americans (73%) say this, while just a quarter believe that elected officials 'Should be able to use heated language to express themselves without worrying about whether some people may act on what they say.'” ... “While majorities in both parties say officials should avoid heated language, this view is more widely held among Democrats (83%) than Republicans (61%).” (That’s ‘cause Republicans are more peaceful, and pro-free speech.) “Democrats and Democratic-leaning independents overwhelmingly (84%) say Trump has changed political discourse for the worse.” (WRONG!) “About half of Republicans and Republican leaners (49%) say he has changed it for the better, while 23% say he has changed it for the worse and 27% say he hasn’t changed it much either way.” THANK YOU. Close to half of conservatives are right.
(Drudge) STUDY: Spicy Diet Linked To Dementia… (StudyFinds) a new long-term international study has found that a spicy diet could lead to dementia. (They’re just trying to scare us!) Older adults over the age of 55 who consumed more than 50 grams of chili per day displayed nearly double the risk of developing poor cognition and a decline in overall memory. Interestingly, slimmer adults indulging in a spicy diet exhibited even more significant memory loss. “Chili consumption was found to be beneficial for body weight and blood pressure in our previous studies. However, in this study, we found adverse effects on cognition among older adults,” lead researcher Dr. Zumin Shi explains in a statement.
Researchers analyzed the chili intake of 4,582 Chinese adults over the course of 15 years. Fresh and dried chili pepper consumption was tracked, but sweet capsicum and black pepper were not included in the study. Study subjects who ate more spicy food had a lower income, less body mass, and exercised more frequently than those who preferred more mild flavors. This has led researchers to theorize that skinnier people are more susceptible to chili intake than overweight people, which would explain why skinnier adults displayed more prominent memory loss.

We skip the “Stand Up” intro for a guest recommended by liberal socialist Ben Burgis. He tries to troll Jesse, but won’t communicate.
Jesse talks to callers including Jesse from North Carolina.

President Trump tweeted: The “Squad” is a very Racist group of troublemakers who are young, inexperienced, and not very smart. They are pulling the once great Democrat Party far left, and were against humanitarian aid at the Border...And are now against ICE and Homeland Security. So bad for our Country!
I love Trump mainly for standing on the truth: “They’re rapists”; “Very fine people”; “Go back”
I could hardly stand looking at Tom Hanks dressed up like Mr. Rogers.
Caller Log (courtesy of Jesse’s producer Nick)
Joseph from Wisconsin is a Christian with family in the Catholic church and wants advice on converting them away from Catholicism. James urges him to seek for himself because it’s not up to Joseph if his family accepts this or that.
Greg from Delaware has no clue what a ninjaghini is so James gives him a rundown of Lino and the DLive rewards. James touches on how Jesse’s attitude is always positive and it impresses him. He mentions how the president is like that too.
Blaze n’ Hawgs from Ohio has a story for James. Tracie Hunter, an ex-judge, had to be dragged out of court after 3sentencing. Blaze touches on some previous caller.
Craig from Illinois is wondering what the Mexican leaders are doing to their own country that is making them want to come to America illegally? James paints a grim picture of a future where Americans don’t stand up to this. Craig is a little PO’d that illegals are treated better than Americans.
Onyx from Texas has a news story for James. An 18-year-old was mistakenly arrested by ICE and the public is having a fit. Onyx is surprised people are so easily fooled.
Steve from Washington speaks on ANTIFA and fascism. He calls out a few politicians for lying and cheating. Steve talks about the censorship that's going on and touches on a number of points. James seems to know what Steve is getting at and cuts him off to tell him he should be careful with hate.
German from Massachusetts wonders if James has heard of “the beast” which is a train that illegals ride to get to the USA. German informs him of the conditions these illegals ride up in. German can’t seem to understand why there are people still advocating for open borders knowing all this.
Emily from Maryland wants to know why white people won't come together to stand against hate. She talks about how she has been targeted by blacks for being white
