(AP writes) — In a dramatic procession across the U.S. Capitol, House Democrats carried the formal articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump to the Senate late Wednesday, setting the stage for only the third trial to remove a president in American history. Trump complained anew it was all a “hoax,” even as fresh details emerged about his efforts in Ukraine.
Trump’s trial is a Major test for McConnell, Schumer… That’s Sen. Maj. Ldr. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and Sen. Min. Ldr. Chuck Schumer (D-NY)
FLASHBACK: In 1999, Democrats scored a big victory in (disgraced) President Bill Clinton’s impeachment trial by convincing a handful of Republicans to cross the aisle and vote against the two articles of impeachment passed by the House. Ten Republicans voted against Article I charging Clinton with perjury and five Republicans voted against Article II charging the president with obstruction of justice.
Clinton and his allies hailed it as an acquittal and saw depriving Republicans — who controlled the chamber with 55 seats — of a majority vote for impeachment as a major victory. Sen. Tom Harkin (D-Iowa) was spotted exchanging high fives on media row in the Russell Rotunda immediately after the vote.
If Schumer can convince four Senate Republicans to vote to subpoena additional witnesses and documents, as he has demanded for weeks, it would be a big win. NO IT WOULDN’T! And if he can convince any Republicans to vote for articles of impeachment — something that Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) failed to do in the House — it will be a bigger victory. (Drudge) VA gov declares state of emergency and imposes Capitol gun ban ahead of a gun rights rally… That’s Governor Blackface Ralph Northam, a medical doctor, who advocated for infanticide on radio. (WWBT/AP) - Fearing a repeat of the deadly violence that engulfed Charlottesville more than two years ago (YOU CAN THANK ANTIFA AND LACK OF POLICING), Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam declared a temporary emergency Wednesday banning all weapons, including guns, from Capitol Square ahead of a massive rally planned next week over gun rights. The governor, a Democrat, announced the plans at a news conference Wednesday afternoon because of credible threats of potential violence and extremism, one official said. YEAH RIGHT!
“Let me be clear. These are considered credible threats by law enforcement agencies,” Gov. Ralph Northam said. PLEASE!
Northam’s announcement comes days after Democratic leaders used a special rules committee to ban guns inside the Capitol and a legislative office building. That ban did not include Capitol grounds, which are under the governor’s control and are where thousands of gun-rights advocates are expected to rally Monday.
“No weapons will be allowed on capitol grounds. This includes everything from sticks and bats to chains and projectiles,” Northam said. The state of emergency will last from Friday through Monday, MAYBE EVEN TUESDAY EVENING. He reportedly said there are credible threats against the rally Monday.
BTW IN CHARLOTTESVILLE RIOTS, NONE OF THE MILITIA MEMBERS ARMED WITH GUNS COMMITTED ANY VIOLENCE. IT WAS ONLY ANTIFA AND A FEW ALT-RIGHT PEOPLE FIGHTING AGAINST ANTIFA. AND THE DEATH WAS CAUSED BY A CAR. IS HE GONNA BAN CARS?
Northam’s declaration will also ban items like helmets and shields, items that some white nationalists carried in Charlottesville (TO PROTECT THEMSELVES FROM ANTIFA RIOTERS, DUH!). The ban will stay in effect until Tuesday evening.
Democrats have full control of the statehouse for the first time in a generation and are set to pass a number of gun-control restrictions, including limiting handgun purchases to once a month (INFRINGING ON OUR RIGHTS!) and universal background checks on gun purchases. BUT… Gun rights guys have protested. More than 100 counties, cities and towns have declared themselves Second Amendment sanctuaries and vowed to oppose any new “unconstitutional restrictions” on guns.

(Drudge) CITY OF HATE: Cop standing on Manhattan subway platform smashed in face with bike chain… (NBC New York) A seemingly random attack on an off-duty police officer at a Lower Manhattan subway station left commuters uneasy as the NYPD continued to search for the suspect on Wednesday. Police say a man threw a metal bicycle chain through a subway car's open door, hitting a 37-year-old cop in her face at the Park Place 2 train station on Tuesday. The suspect then got on a train and fled at the Chamber Street subway station. The victim was treated for swelling and bruising to her face. Police described the suspect as approximately 6'2" and 200 lbs (NO MENTION OF RACE, DUMB POLITICAL CORRECTNESS; . They believe the attack was random but still creates great concerns. WAS SHE WEARING HER UNIFORM?
(Drudge) In another incident, a Man hangs large a swastika in a station… (Fox 5 NY) The NYPD released security camera video footage showing a man plastering a swastika on an elevator inside a subway station on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. The video shows the man fashioning the swastika out of MTA service advisory flyers at the 96 Street Station at about 6:20 a.m. on Dec. 31, 2019. Police hope someone recognizes the man, who is "sought in connection with an aggravated harassment incident." There has been a reported spike in so-called anti-Semitic acts in the New York area (anti-Jew vandalism, and assaults, mainly by blacks). Gov. Andrew Cuomo said in a statement that he directed the New York State Police's Hate Crimes Task Force to offer to help the NYPD with its investigation. OVER THE SWASTIKA, RME. THE GOVERNOR TALKING ABOUT IT.
"I'm disgusted by the report of an individual posting a swastika made out of flyers in a subway station in Manhattan recently," Cuomo said in the statement. "Anti-Semitism is a scourge afflicting this nation and it must be stamped out. (WCBS 880) — Federal officials say the suspect in the murder of a 92-year-old woman should've been turned over to immigration officers months ago. Authorities say it was back in November when 21-year-old Reeaz Khan was arrested for allegedly attacking his father. He was charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon and then let go. Federal officials say Khan is in the country illegally from Guyana (WHICH IS JUST EAST OF VENEZUELA, NORTH OF BRAZIL in SOUTH AMERICA… HERE I WAS THINKING IT WAS AFRICA!) and they asked the NYPD to turn him over for deportation proceedings. That did not happen and in fact the NYPD says it never got that request, WCBS 880's Steve Burns reported. HMM…. Khan has now been arrested again, accused in the rape and murder of 92-year-old Maria Fuertes in south Richmond Hill last week. SMH… An ICE official calls it a deadly choice by the city to put Khan back on the street. The feds say New York's sanctuary city policy puts public safety at risk. A FEMALE spokesman for Mayor Bill de Blasio says it's shameful that the Trump administration is politicizing this tragedy. YOU’RE THE ONES POLITICIZING CRIME BY LETTING THEM LOOSE AND GIVING THEM SO-CALLED VOTING RIGHTS, LIBERALS!
Khan spoke with the Daily News on Rikers Island, saying he only tried to help Fuertes after finding her in the street, but prosecutors say they have surveillance video showing otherwise. Prosecutors are sending the murder case to a grand jury. Khan is due back in court next month.

2. In current usage it is a pejorative commonly used among jews, but only among jews, not with the goyim present. It is very derogatory and denotes inferior intellect and social status.
3. If you hang around jewish people, like i did for a while in miami, you would see it used frequently. It is commonly used by one jew against another jew as an insult. For example, when someone says something stupid among a group of jews, the dismissive retort is "You are so goy".

Swamp Says Trump Broke Law, SMH, RME
(Fox News) Government Accountability Office (GAO), which is part of the swamp, says that the Trump administration broke the law by withholding Ukraine aid. WHICH IS A JOKE. OBAMA NEVER GAVE THAT AID! AND THE AID WAS EFFECTIVELY NEVER WITHHELD — ACCORDING TO IMPEACHMENT WITNESS TESTIMONY!
$214 million which had been allocated to the Department of Defense for security assistance — was appropriated by Congress and therefore the administration did not have the ability to hold the money back because it disagreed with its allocation, the opinion said. The Trump administration, through the Office of Management and Budget, withheld a total of about $400 million, and $214M of it was supposedly by law passed by Congress. DUMB TECHNICAL CRAP, SMH, RME!
