As of Nov 12th (last night), The Epoch Times currently has President Trump ahead at 232 over Biden who’s at 227. They say that election is unclear amid pending recounts and legal challenges, in Wisc., Mich., Penn., Georgia, Nev., and Ariz.

Affirmative Action
(Far-left female outlet TheSkimm) Yesterday, a federal appeals court ruled that Harvard University does not discriminate against Asians in its admissions process, upholding a ruling from last year.
The case against Harvard began in 2014, when a lawsuit alleged, WITH EVIDENCE, that the SO-CALLED Ivy League school favored [b]lack and Hispanic applicants. And claimed that the admissions process overall relied too heavily on race in making decisions.
Harvard denied any wrongdoing, saying it adheres to Supreme Court rulings which allow the use of race within certain limits. But the latest judgment could put this case on track to go before the Supreme Court — because of its unique framing, pitting the rights of Asians against other racial groups — which could set a new precedent. WHATEVER THAT MEANS.
In the past, the Court has ruled in favor of affirmative action (SPECIAL TREATMENT FOR WOMEN, HISPANICS, and BLACKS, against men, Asians, and whites). Female-outlet TheSkimm lies and pretends there’s a 6-3 conservative-majority court (really the only conservatives are Thomas and Alito; Roberts is a total RINO; Gorsuch, Barrett, and Kavanaugh are also RINOs — Barret’s a female BTW; and Breyer, Kagan, and Sotomayor are for pure evil), there's potential that they could strike down a policy that has boosted admission of what liberal females falsely describe as “traditionally disadvantaged minority” students across the US.
HORRIFIC LGBTQ+ candidates
According to one analysis, what TheSkimm calls "the rainbow ceiling" shattered on Election Day when over 220 LGBTQ+ candidates won races across the US — many of them black. The first LGBTQ+ state senator in Florida dubbed the results as "a direct pushback on the hatred and bigotry over the last four years." NO THAT’S AN AMPLIFICATION OF HATRED AND LIES. The delusional person added that "this is a win for all of us." ALSO NOT TRUE.
BY THE WAY, they changed the definition of bigot and bigotry!
Originally, it meant: A person who is intolerant toward those holding differing beliefs — which totally applies to Trump haters.
However, now they’re saying a bigot is “A person who is obstinately or unreasonably attached to a belief, opinion, or faction — in particular, prejudiced against a person or people on the basis of their membership of a particular group.” That still applies to their hatred toward whites, cops, men, and conservatives / Trump supporters.

Speaking of homosexual, CNN says: Not only is today Friday the 13th, it's also World Kindness Day. Because the world could use it more than ever, CNN gives you 25 ways to spread goodwill. Be kind to yourself.
OK suggestions: Drink more water. Get moving. Go to sleep earlier. Only drink alcohol in moderation. Take a hike! Respect personal space. Get outside but dress right for it.

They also said: “While we know there are many unfounded claims and opportunities for misinformation about the process of our elections, we can assure you we have the utmost confidence in the security and integrity of our elections, and you should too. When you have questions, turn to elections officials as trusted voices as they administer elections.”

National shutdowns are a violation of our rights and freedoms
(Revolver) Mississippi Governor: State will not comply with any national lockdowns… I think that’s assuming creepy Joe Biden were to get into the White House.

Reeves was responding to recent comments made by an advisor to WHAT THE SOMETIMES SLEAZY NY POST FALSELY AND PREMATURELY CALLS “President-elect” Joe Biden (REALLY FORMER OBAMA VP BIDEN) that the US could manage the pandemic by locking down small to medium sized businesses for up to six weeks. DISGUSTING! DEMS ALWAYS FAVOR BIG BUSINESSES AND TO HELL WITH SMALL BUSINESSES. THAT’S WHY THEY SUPPORT RIOTS!
The governor, in a Facebook Live video, called the lockdown idea by Dr. Michael Osterholm “totally and completely beyond reasonableness,” the Mississippi Clarion Ledger reported.
“The people of Mississippi can’t just go home and shut down their small businesses … for six weeks, and just think that you can come back six weeks from now, flip a switch and everything’s gonna be fine,” Reeves said.
Reeves said state and local governments should combat the coronavirus, with federal support.
“I don’t believe there is any constitutional or statutory authority for any president to shut down Mississippi’s economy,” he said. “We will certainly fight that if it becomes necessary.” NICE. WARNING SHOT. THIS IS WHY TRUMP LET THE LOCALS HANDLE THINGS.

At least 74 migrants died in a shipwreck yesterday off the coast of Libya, according to an evil United Nations agency. The boat was reportedly carrying more than 120 people, among them women and children (OFTEN THESE ARE MOSTLY ADULT MALES). About 47 survivors were brought to shore, while the search for victims continued.
Earlier this week, two boats capsized in the Central Mediterranean, killing at least 19 people (INCOMPETENCE!). More than 200 people were rescued.
Hundreds of people have drowned in the Mediterranean this year trying to reach European shores (FREELOADING OFF THE WHITE MAN!), some due to delays in rescue (OH YEAH, BLAME THE RESCUERS!).
