Black Judge Jails Small Business Owner Fed Up with Lockdown! (Hake News, Weds 5/6/20)

(Drudge) Dallas salon owner gets 7 days in jail for reopening… (Dallas News) A Dallas salon owner will spend a week in jail after she was found in contempt of court Tuesday for violating an order to close her salon during the coronavirus pandemic. In addition, Shelley Luther was fined $7,000 for continuing to operate her business, Salon à la Mode, in violation of a judge’s temporary restraining order issued against the business. Luther was taken into custody immediately after the hearing and booked into the Dallas County jail just after 4:30 p.m. yesterday (May 5). Like other businesses deemed quote-unquote “nonessential,” Luther’s Far North Dallas salon was forced to close March 22 after the county enacted its stay-at-home order. She reopened the salon April 24 despite that order, and tore up a cease-and-desist letter from County Judge Clay Jenkins at a demonstration the next day. The temporary restraining order was signed April 28 by state District Judge Eric Moyé (HE BLACK, AND A LEFTIST, ACCORDING TO HIS OWN FB PAGE), but Luther continued to operate the business.
1. In a hearing broadcast live on YouTube on Tuesday, Luther said she had no choice but to open her business.
2. She said she hadn’t earned income since the county’s stay-at-home order was set in March. She applied for one of the federal loans aimed at helping small businesses but didn’t receive it until Sunday, she testified.
3. “I couldn’t feed my family, and my stylists couldn’t feed their families,” Luther testified, holding a phone to her face from the witness stand so the court reporter could hear her through a mask.
4. Before issuing his ruling, Moyé gave Luther an opportunity to apologize and promise not to reopen her salon until she was allowed to do so, saying he would consider levying only a fine “in lieu of the incarceration which you’ve demonstrated that you have so clearly earned.” FORGET THIS JUDGE!
5. “Feeding my kids is not selfish,” she told Moyé. “If you think the law is more important than kids getting fed, then please go ahead with your decision, but I am not going to shut the salon.”
6. Minutes earlier, Gov. Greg Abbott had announced during a news conference that barbershops and salons across Texas could reopen Friday.
7. The business will be fined $500 per day as a result.
8. The county jail has had 248 inmates test positive for the coronavirus, according to statistics released Tuesday evening.

(Drudge) Shopper KKK hood as face covering… (10 News San Diego) There’s been growing outrage over a Santee, CA Vons shopper (in a San Diego suburb) wearing a KKK-style hood. Outrage, not laughter? Ridiculous. (CBS 8 News) It was under investigation two days ago by the San Diego County Sheriff's Department. Idiots at ADL and on Twitter were angry, attacking Vons over it, and wanting to doxx the man. On Monday a detective said he hadn’t been identified but that they were reviewing surveillance video. Laughable. They have bigger problems in SD than a guy wearing a funny mask. San Diego County District 2 Supervisor Dianne Jacob (A WOMAN) tweeted a dumb Patch article (with a ton of funny pics of the situation) calling the so-called incident "abhorrent" and an act of "blatant racism."
1. The ironically named Anti-Defamation League denounced the incident and the NAACP (Against Colored People) San Diego is calling on local law enforcement to investigate and provide a full report to the community.
2. The San Diego County Sheriff's Department reports that its deputies were not called to the scene at the time it took place but detectives are now looking into it and will pursue criminal charges, if necessary.
3. Vons put out a statement Sunday that “an alarming and isolated incident occurred...where a customer chose an inflammatory method of wearing a face covering. [HAHA!] Needless to say, it was shocking. Several members of our team asked the customer to remove it, and all requests were ignored until the customer was in the checkout area. This was a disturbing incident for our associates and customers [PSH!], and we are reviewing with our team how to best handle such inappropriate situations in the future.”
4. That Supervisor Dianne Jacob added, “The message that was sent was an ugly one and that means we must respond but let's put this behind us, too. Let's overwhelm this one ugly incident with love and compassion.”
5. On Monday afternoon, Santee Mayor John Minto reiterated that the city will not tolerate such behavior. OH, I’M SORRY, I THOUGHT THIS WAS AMERICA! … APPARENTLY NOT!

(Drudge) Covid hits rural America hard… (Far-left AP so-called News) One reverend Willard O. Weston in southwest Georgia had eulogized other neighbors supposedly lost to COVID-19, and one couple married 30 years who died two days apart, at separate hospitals hours away from each other, each unaware of the other’s fate. Presumably, but no proof given, from the virus. The counties are rural, mostly “African American” (which means black) and supposedly “poor.”
1. More than a quarter of people in Terrell County live in what AP calls poverty (not sure what that means), the local hospital shuttered decades ago, and businesses have been closing for years, sending many young and ablebodied fleeing for cities. Those left behind are sicker and more vulnerable, even before the virus arrived.
2. Rural people, blacks and the “poor” are more likely to work in jobs not conducive to social distancing, like the food processing plant in nearby Mitchell County where four employees died of supposed COVID-19. DANG!
3. They have less “access” (COMMIE BUZZWORD) to health care and so more often delay treatment for chronic conditions; in southwest Georgia, the diabetes rate of 16 percent is twice as high as in Atlanta. Anyway people are dying left and right over in these rural areas. AP PRETENDING THEY LOVE BLACK PEOPLE.

(Drudge) El Chapo's sons impose lockdown and torture violators… (Daily Star) Since his arrest and imprisonment last year, the Mexican drug lord has handed control of the Sinaloa Cartel to Ivan Archivaldo Guzman and Jesus Alfredo. Some of their footsoldiers have now been recorded roaming the streets of Culiacan – the capital of Sinaloa state – warning residents to stay at home during the Covid-19 pandemic. They declare: “After 10pm tonight, everyone must be inside their homes due to the coronavirus – otherwise they will be punished. These are others [orders?] from above.” The video ends with the chilling warning: “This is no game, we’re not playing.” In other footage, lockdown rebels are told they will be tortured for two days and made to pay a fine.
1. Other disturbing pictures have surfaced of a man being beaten with a plank of wood – with “Covid-19” scrawled across it.
2. Sinaloa’s Secretariat of Public Security has previously urged the public to stay at home, but the order is not compulsory. The body previously tweeted: “State police continue to invite the population to stay home and try to raise awareness among passers-by that we are not on vacation but in a Health Emergency due to Covid-19.”
3. In contrast to its brutal violence, El Chapo’s former cartel has also tried to win over the public with acts of charity during the pandemic. OH YEAH PHONY. Last month, one of his daughters was recorded doling out aid packages to cash-strapped residents in Mexico’s second-largest city, Guadalajara. In one video posted on Facebook, Joaquin Guzman’s daughter, Alejandrina, can be seen stuffing toilet paper and food into a cardboard box bearing slick logos and a designer stencil-style image of her dad, who is now in a maximum-security U.S. prison. The oil, sugar, rice and other items in the boxes were labelled “Chapo’s provisions” by the video narrator. DON’T BE FOOLED! THEY’RE AS EVIL AS THE DEMOCRATS!
4. Last October, another of Chapo’s sons – Ovidio Guzman – was released after his arrest triggered a violent show of force from the cartel. At least 13 people were killed during the gun battles, which served as a stark reminder of the cartel’s brutal grip on Cualican. Cartel gunmen erected roadblocks throughout Cualican as they took control of the city. Shocking footage emerged which showed streets consumed by fire, criminals firing armour-piercing .50 caliber rifles, and at least one truck mounted with a heavy machine gun. WHAT A MESS.
