Thur. 6/4/20 Hour 1:
Jesse gives a great monologue about the lie of racism and that white people are the problem.
Jesse then talks about this story of Drew Brees… (After that, he takes calls…
Brees addresses NFL players kneeling in 2020...
'I will never agree with anybody disrespecting the flag'...
“I will never agree with anybody disrespecting the flag of the United States of America or our country. Let me just tell what I see or what I feel when the national anthem is played and when I look at the flag of the United States.
“I envision my two grandfathers, who fought for this country during World War II, one in the Army and one in the Marine Corp. Both risking their lives to protect our country and to try to make our country and this world a better place. So every time I stand with my hand over my heart looking at that flag and singing the national anthem, that’s what I think about. And in many cases, that brings me to tears, thinking about all that has been sacrificed.
“Not just those in the military, but for that matter, those throughout the civil rights movements of the ‘60s, and all that has been endured by so many people up until this point. And is everything right with our country right now? No, it is not. We still have a long way to go.
“But I think what you do by standing there and showing respect to the flag with your hand over your heart, is it shows unity. It shows that we are all in this together, we can all do better and that we are all part of the solution.”
LeBron rips… (Jesse didn’t mention this, I don’t think.)
Teammate slams...
Malcolm Jenkins recorded a video telling him to “shut the F— up.”
Malcolm wrote: As I was trying to muster up the energy and find the words to address Drew Brees’s comments I recorded this video. Before I could post it, Drew reached out to me to discuss his point of view.
All in all, I’m still posting this video because it’s important for anyone who wants to consider themself an ally to know how these words and actions affect those who you want to help. Drew’s words during his interview were extremely painful to hear and I hope he rectifies them with real action.
Apology on IG: drewbrees
I would like to apologize to my friends, teammates, the City of New Orleans, the black community, NFL community and anyone I hurt with my comments yesterday. In speaking with some of you, it breaks my heart to know the pain I have caused.
In an attempt to talk about respect, unity, and solidarity centered around the American flag and the national anthem, I made comments that were insensitive and completely missed the mark on the issues we are facing right now as a country. They lacked awareness and any type of compassion or empathy. Instead, those words have become divisive and hurtful and have misled people into believing that somehow I am an enemy. This could not be further from the truth, and is not an accurate reflection of my heart or my character.
This is where I stand:
I stand with the black community in the fight against systemic racial injustice and police brutality and support the creation of real policy change that will make a difference.
I condemn the years of oppression that have taken place throughout our black communities and still exists today.
I acknowledge that we as Americans, including myself, have not done enough to fight for that equality or to truly understand the struggles and plight of the black community.
I recognize that I am part of the solution and can be a leader for the black community in this movement.
I will never know what it’s like to be a black man or raise black children in America but I will work every day to put myself in those shoes and fight for what is right.
I have ALWAYS been an ally, never an enemy.
I am sick about the way my comments were perceived yesterday, but I take full responsibility and accountability. I recognize that I should do less talking and more listening...and when the black community is talking about their pain, we all need to listen.
For that, I am very sorry and I ask your forgiveness.
(In the second hour, James reads this apology to Jesse.)

(Drudge) Prosecutors charge 3 more officers in George Floyd death… RIDICULOUS.
(Extreme-left anti-American AP) — Prosecutors charged three more police officers Wednesday in the death of George Floyd and filed a new, tougher charge against the officer at the center of the case, delivering a victory to THE VIOLENT AND EVIL MOB who have filled the streets from coast to coast to fight IMAGINARY police brutality and IMAGINARY racial injustice. WHICH DO NOT EXIST.
The most serious charge was filed against Derek Chauvin, who was caught on video pressing his knee to Floyd’s neck and now must defend himself against an accusation of second-degree murder. The three other officers at the scene were charged for the first time with aiding and abetting second-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter.
All four were fired last week. If convicted, they could be sentenced to up to four decades in prison.
Chauvin was initially charged with third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter. Those charges still stand.
The new second-degree murder charge alleges that Chauvin caused Floyd’s death without intent while committing another felony, namely third-degree assault. It carries a maximum penalty of 40 years in prison, compared with a maximum of 25 years for third-degree murder.
The other officers — Thomas Lane, J. Kueng and Tou Thao — face the same maximum penalties for aiding and abetting. All three men were in custody by Wednesday evening. Chauvin was arrested last week and is still being held.
The multiple charges against each officer would offer a jury more options to find them guilty.
The wolf is guarding the henhouse!
The charges were sought by Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison (A BLACK RADICAL MUSLIM WHO OPENLY SUPPORTED ANTIFA, EVEN POSTING A SELFIE WITH A BOOK TITLED ANTIFA ON SOCIAL MEDIA OVER A YEAR AGO, WHEN THEY WERE KNOWN TO BE VIOLENT AND HATEFUL, LIKE HIM), who called the protests unleashed by the death “dramatic and necessary” and said Floyd “should be here and he is not.”
“His life had value, and we will seek justice,” said Ellison, who cautioned that winning convictions would be hard and said that public pressure had no bearing on his decisions.
“It’s not enough,” protester Jonathan Roldan said, insisting all four officers should have been charged from the start. “Right now, we’re still marching because it’s not enough that they got arrested. There needs to be systematic change.”
Ben Crump, an attorney for Floyd’s family, called it “a bittersweet moment” and “a significant step forward on the road to justice.” AS IF HE KNOWS WHAT JUSTICE IS. Crump said Elison had told the family he would continue his investigation into Floyd’s death and upgrade the charge to first-degree murder if warranted.
AP proceeds to talk about “largely peaceful protests” WHICH IS A LIE BECAUSE THEY SMEARED POLICE AND WHITE PEOPLE, AND PROVIDED COVER FOR WHAT AP ADMITS WERE CITIES rocked by bouts of violence, including deadly attacks on officers, rampant thefts and arson in some places.
(Drudge) INSURRECTION ACT: PENTAGON CHIEF DEFIES PRESIDENT...
Defense Secretary Mark Esper SAYS the MILITARY SHOULD NOT BE USED ON CITIZENS… WEAK! He’s Still secretary of defense 'as of right now'...
(Far-left, anti-American Yahoo News) Esper spoke on Wednesday and said: “The option to use active-duty forces in a law enforcement role should only be used as a matter of last resort, and only in the most urgent and dire of situations,” Esper said. “We are not in one of those situations now. I do not support invoking the Insurrection Act.”
That’s an 1807 law.
BTW: Esper called George Floyd’s death “a horrible crime” and urged that “the officers on the scene that day should be held accountable for his murder.” C U C K !
BTW: The lying liberal media is still going on about Trump’s excellent “photo op” which was a show of strength in clearing the violent and slanderous protestors from in front of the White House so he could cross Lafayette Square and stand with a Bible in front of St. John’s Church. The media are hounding Esper about it, and he appears to be weakening.
Thur. 6/4/20 Hour 2:
James and Jesse comment on Drew Brees’s pathetic, disgusting apology (see writeup in first hour) — he had nothing to apologize for — he said nothing wrong in his first statement!
Andres talks to Jesse about forgiving his mother — Jesse gives him good advice about it.

(Drudge) BRONCOS Head Coach Apologizes After Saying 'Doesn't See Racism In NFL'...
(CBS 4 Denver) When asked about activism in the NFL on Tuesday, Denver Coach Vic Fangio said, “I don’t know that it’s changed a whole lot, to be honest with you. I haven’t seen a great, great change other than — I just didn’t think there’s a tremendous change.”
Fangio went on to say, “I think our problems in the NFL along those lines are minimal. We’re a league of meritocracy. You earn what you get, you get what you earn. I don’t see racism at all in the NFL. I don’t see discrimination in the NFL. We live in a great atmosphere. Like I alluded to earlier, we're lucky. We all live together joined as one for one common goal, and we intermingle and mix tremendously. If society reflected an NFL team, we’d all be great.”
Fake News CBS says: The comments about “I don’t see racism at all in the NFL,” drew ire from fans of the league given the league’s RIGHT treatment of Colin Kaepernick and the league’s ALLEGED history of favoring white coaches over minority coaches.
Denver Broncos tweeted out his apology.
Fangio addressed the team Wednesday morning and in his statement said, “After reflecting on my comments yesterday and listening to the players this morning, I realize what I said regarding racism and discrimination in the NFL was wrong. While I have never personally experienced those terrible things first-hand during my 33 years in the NFL, I understand that many players, coaches and staff have different perspectives.”
“I should have been more clear and I am sorry.”
Fangio went on to say that his intent was to “make the point yesterday that there is no color within the locker rooms I have been in or on the playing fields I have coached on.”
(Drudge) Virginia governor to announce removal of Robert E. Lee statue...
(Extreme-left AP) — PRO-ABORTION DOCTOR AND Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam was expected to announce plans Thursday to remove one of the country’s most iconic monuments to the Confederacy, a statue of Gen. Robert E. Lee along Richmond’s prominent Monument Avenue.
The move would be an extraordinary victory for THE MOB THAT AP CALLS civil rights activists, whose calls for the removal of that monument and others in this former capital of the Confederacy have been resisted for years.
“That is a symbol for so many people, black and otherwise, of a time gone by of hate and oppression and being made to feel less than,” said Delegate Jay Jones, a black lawmaker from Norfolk. He said he was “overcome” by emotion when he learned the statue was to come down. I BET!
The disgusting have been tagged with graffiti, including messages that say “end police brutality” and “stop white supremacy” (NEITHER OF WHICH EXIST). AP NEGLECTS TO MENTION THAT THEY ALSO SAY F— 12 (which means F— the police.) It also says AMERIKKKA, and ACAB which stands for All Cops Are B—s. But the dishonest AP neglected to mention these.
Confederate memorials began coming down after DYLANN ROOF killed nine black people at a Bible study in a church in South Carolina in 2015 and then again after a violent RIOT BY ANTIFA AGAINST of white activists in Charlottesville in 2017.
Also on Wednesday, Richmond Mayor Levar Stoney announced plans to seek the removal of the other Confederate monuments along Monument Avenue, which include statues of Confederate President Jefferson Davis and Confederate Gens. Stonewall Jackson and J.E.B. Stuart.
