Last day of White History Month! (Men’s History Month is starting in August!)
The Fallen State premiere, scheduled for today at noon PT!
Congratulations to Darren Wilson in the Michael Brown case
You thought this was ancient white history, huh? Nope!
(Far-left female-run TheSkimm) Yesterday, St. Louis County's prosecutor said former officer Darren Wilson would not be charged for killing the 18-year-old [b]lack male in Ferguson, Missouri, in 2014. This is the third investigation into Brown's death, and the third time Wilson left without charges. Brown's family had hoped the county's first [b]lack prosecutor would look at the case differently, but this latest investigation could not determine "beyond a reasonable doubt" that Wilson committed murder or manslaughter. The county prosecutor said his heart "breaks" for Brown's parents and that the investigation "does not exonerate" former officer Wilson.
Outrageous. SMH. (THE GENTLE GIANT ATTACKED AND ALLEGEDLY ATTEMPTED TO KILL THE OFFICER.)
These are Old wounds: Brown's death sparked protests (REALLY RIOTS) in Ferguson (HIS UNCLE SHOUTED, “BURN THIS B— DOWN!” AND THEY DID) that spread nationwide, and – along with the 17-y-o “gangsta” / “no limit n-ga” Trayvon Martin's death (which was also self-defense) – gave rise to the Black Lives Matter movement. This news comes amid nationwide protests (AND RIOTS, AND TERROR ATTACKS) over IMAGINARY police brutality and racism (NEITHER OF WHICH EXIST).
More dumb stuff
For the first time ever, Oprah’s magazine will not have her on the cover. Instead, the September issue showcases Breonna Taylor, the 26-year-old EMT fatally shot at home by Louisville police — SHE WAS CAUGHT IN THE CROSSFIRE IN A FIREFIGHT WITH HER BOYFRIEND. It has been 140 days since her death and no one has been prosecuted. FINE.
Disgraceful smear on America
ALL players kneel during the National Anthem as the NBA restarts…
(Drudge / Orlando Sentinel) All players competing in the first game of the NBA restart took a knee and locked arms during a recording of the national anthem Thursday night at ESPN Wide World of Sports.
The New Orleans Pelicans and Utah Jazz wore Black Lives Matter warm-up shirts and were joined by coaches and game officials, who also knelt for the anthem.
Some players raised fists in the air, while others closed their eyes and bowed their heads.
The league has vowed to make fighting racial injustice the focus of the NBA restart, painting "Black Lives Matter" on every court and giving players the option to have anti-racism phrases displayed on their jerseys.
(NBA on TNT tweeted video of the ridiculous display.)
Before the anthem played, various players spoke without their faces being featured on the TNT broadcast screen, sharing their commitment to fighting police brutality and other forms of racial inequality.
“We will turn pain into progress,” one player vowed. Another added, “Things aren’t going back to normal until things change.”
UNREAD: TNT broadcast team reaction to anthem protest
“That was beautifully done. Done in unity. Nice to see,” former Orlando Magic / Lakers star Shaquille O’Neal said on TNT. “Again, when you have your platform, I think it’s very important that you speak up, very important that you speak your mind. But when you talk about changes, also you have to talk about protocol. So we use our voice to raise awareness, now we have to go vote. We have to vote our mayors in — our mayors appoint chiefs of police. We have vote senators and politicians. It doesn’t just stop with sending out a tweet or just yelling all the time. We have to continue to fight, continue the movement. ... I’m proud of everyone.” WHAT AN IDIOT.
Fellow former NBA star and TNT analyst Charles Barkley said it was important to give players freedom to react however they preferred to the anthem.
“The national anthem means different things to different people,” he said. “I’m glad these guys are unified. If people don’t kneel, they’re not a bad person. I want to make that perfectly clear. I’m glad they had unity, but if we have a guy who doesn’t want to kneel because the anthem means something to him, he should not be vilified.” IF THEY DO KNEEL THEY HATE AMERICA OR ARE USEFUL IDIOTS, IDIOT.

Speaking of the fallen state and needing Jesus...
(Far-left anti-American, anti-white, anti-male outlets TheSkimm / Rolling Stone) Beyon-Z, whose daddy ran from JLP in a recent episode of The Fallen State, put out a new dumb album tltled Black Is King (WHAT A JOKE, HUH?) — based on tracks from The Lion King: the Gift, the soundtrack from the 2019 film remake of The Lion King, a disney cartoon about lions in Africa, the original of which already had a great soundtrack by white English songwriter Elton John.
DAs backed by Soros join fray in clash with police…
(Drudge / Fox News, Ronn Blitzer and Louis Casiano write) Under-the-radar political investments made by “progressive” groups in recent years may be paying off.
District attorneys and current candidates whose campaigns benefited from the work of left-wing organizations – including ones backed by extreme-left billionaire George Soros – are now pushing for new practices that could see sharp reductions in prosecutions and incarcerations.
Soros, through the Justice & Public Safety PAC and other groups, has been spending millions of dollars on prosecutorial races in recent years, with a number of beneficiaries making headlines since their elections.
Kim Gardner
St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner, who was boosted by Soros in her campaign, drew controversy when she announced her office was bringing felony charges against Mark and Patricia McCloskey, the couple who brandished guns outside their home as protesters marched by in June.
The McCloskeys have said many times they were defending themselves, with tensions high in St. Louis and other cities over race and law enforcement. They said the crowd of demonstrators broke an iron gate marked with "No Trespassing" and "Private Street" signs, and that some threatened them.
Missouri GOP Gov. Mike Parson said he would consider pardons for the couple if charges were filed.
Kim Foxx
Another high-profile prosecutor who has been backed by Soros in the past is Cook County, Ill. State's Attorney Kim Foxx. Foxx drew national attention when she dismissed the case against actor Jussie Smollett, who had been accused of faking a hate crime attack against himself. The case was later taken over by a special prosecutor who filed new charges.
Foxx is seeking reelection this year and already won her Democratic primary. Regarding ongoing protests in her jurisdiction, she has said that her office will lean toward dismissing cases coming from protests or curfew violations (Mayor Lori Lightfoot imposed a curfew between May 30 and June 6 after a George Floyd protest).
“The question it comes down to is, is it a good use of our time and resources?” Foxx told the Chicago Sun-Times. “No, it’s not.”
Looking at her term in office, a report from the Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund found a 13 percent decline in guilty pleas or verdicts in felony cases and a 39 percent increase in dropped or lost cases after Foxx took office in 2016.
UNREAD: Chesa Boudin and others...
San Francisco District Attorney Chesa Boudin, another beneficiary of Soros-tied contributions, recently defended the movement to defund police. In a discussion with Rep. Ayanna Pressley, D-Mass., earlier in July, Boudin questioned whether money going to police was “the most effective” use of taxpayer dollars.
He said that policing and incarceration “are tremendously expensive and are failed responses to what we are trying to deal with.”
Boudin is also one of a number of district attorneys participating in "Truth, Justice and Reconciliation Commissions," teaming with the Grassroots Law Project, an organization co-founded by activist Shaun King that calls for defunding police.
The other district attorneys who are participating in these commissions are Philadelphia DA Larry Krasner and Suffolk County, Mass., DA Rachael Rollins, who have both benefited from Soros’ support.
Krasner co-wrote a Washington Post op-ed with Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby, threatening to charge federal officers in Portland, OR.
In Contra Costa County, Calif., District Attorney Diana Becton – also backed by Soros – changed how her office handles police shooting cases… Becton also announced earlier this month that she was filing hate crime charges against Nichole Anderson and David Nelson, [w]hite people who were allegedly caught painting over a Black Lives Matter mural.
Orlando State Attorney candidate Monique Worrell is also backed by a group linked to Soros in her quest to fill the seat that will be vacated by Aramis Ayala, who was also supported by Soros. Worrell’s platform calls for an end to cash bail, which would result in more defendants being released before their trial. She also says that incarceration should be a “last resort,” and that those who do not pose “a threat to the physical safety of others” should not be placed behind bars.
Shaun King and 'Real Justice PAC'
Real Justice PAC, also co-founded by Shaun King, has supported 29 head prosecutors and state attorneys general since 2018, including several who were also backed by Soros, such as Gardner, Boudin, Rollins and Becton. The organization is also backing the 2020 campaigns of Foxx and 13 other candidates seeking office.
They got one guy in office: Multnomah County, Ore., District Attorney Mike Schmidt, whose jurisdiction includes Portland. He said he may drop charges against so-called nonviolent protesters.
Delia Garza, who won the Democratic primary in Travis County, Texas, and will run unopposed in November, is also backed by Real Justice. Garza has already said that her office will decline to prosecute certain types of cases.
“We’re not going to prosecute low-level drug offenses. We’re not going to prosecute crimes that are an extension of someone being in poverty, basically,” Garza said, according to KXAN. “You know, we’re going to look at the way that we prosecute crimes like prostitution, because so many times those things, those kinds of crimes are related to poverty in some kind of way.”
