You will recall the case of Little James Georgulas (aka James Younger), the then-7-year-old Texas boy (now 8) whose mother wants to turn him into a girl named “Luna.” His father, Jeffrey Younger, sued to prevent James’ crazed mother, Dr. Anne Georgulas, from transitioning him into a pretend girl with hormones and “therapy.” James’ father originally won on appeal, but now that decision has been overturned by a crazed female judge, Mary Brown (a Democrat, an ELECTED judge in Dallas County; PRIOR, Brown served as a family law associate judge for 18 years, and was a family law attorney before that. Horrific!).

(LifeSiteNews) Tuesday, a Dallas judge took away Jeffrey Younger’s say in his son James’ medical, psychological, and psychiatric care, giving that power to James’ mother, who wants to “transition” him into a “girl.” After receiving national attention in October 2019, the bitter parental dispute had ultimately resulted in both parents getting a say in decisions regarding James and his twin, Jude — that half-way decent decision was by Judge Kim Cooks’ October 2019 order; this new ruling by so-called “Judge” Mary Brown, who was appointed to the case in January, effectively reverses that.

Get this! Dr. Anne Georgulas is not even James and Jude’s biological mother; she and her now-ex-husband used an egg donor to conceive the boys via in-vitro fertilization.

The “Save James” Facebook page, run by individuals who support Mr. Younger’s cause, claims counseling will cost Mr. Younger $5,000 a month, in addition to a $10,000 retainer required by the counselor. By the judge’s order, the fake mother will enroll James in school as “Luna.”

The judge did this without a proper hearing. According to the “Save James” Facebook page, “a special evidentiary hearing is scheduled for September,” to review the current orders.

Teen dies after being set on fire and stabbed in NYC apartment building

(Revolver / NY Post) The 18-year-old victim, identified by police as Winston Ortiz, was stabbed three times and then doused with gasoline and set aflame with a match on the fifth floor of 1045 Woodycrest Ave. in Highbridge at about 3 p.m.

Police sources said the suspect entered the building about 10 minutes before Ortiz — who did not live there — and then carried out the attack.

Two neighbors in the building doused the flames using buckets of water before EMTs arrived.

Ortiz was taken to Harlem Hospital, where he died.

A building resident, a 34-year-old mother, said she was alerted to the grisly scene by a teenage girl screaming in the hallway.

“I step outside. I saw flames,” said the woman, who asked that she not be identified.

“I thought her apartment was on fire. And when I go over there, I saw a guy in flames all over his body.”

The witness and the mother of the screaming girl, who lives on the sixth floor of the building, grabbed buckets and poured water on the burning victim.

It’s unclear if the teen girl and the victim were acquainted.

The attack came a day after two men were shot on a street corner near the building, cops said.

A 21-year-old man was struck seven times in the shooting at 4:45 p.m. Tuesday. The other victim, 37, was shot in the foot, police said. Both victims were taken to Lincoln Hospital and are expected to recover, authorities said.

It’s unclear if the two incidents are connected. No arrests had been made as of Wednesday night.

Connecticut fining $3,000 for breaking quarantine…

(Drudge / Fox5NY) Connecticut says it has issued its first $3,000 in fines to a pair of residents who failed to comply with the state’s new coronavirus travel advisory.

Gov. Ned Lamont announced Monday that the individuals were both hit with $1,000 fines for failing to fill out public health forms when they flew back weeks ago from Louisiana and Florida – two states that are reporting higher numbers of daily confirmed cases. One of those residents was fined an additional $1,000 after his co-worker informed officials he was refusing to self-quarantine for 14 days as required under the restrictions, he added.

“Look I hate to do it, but we are going to be serious and show people we are serious about this,” Lamont said during a press conference.

(Drudge / San Diego Tribune) In the days after he became the first San Diego County business owner criminally charged for defying coronavirus-related health orders, Ramona gym owner Peter San Nicolas took to Facebook to decry the “Covid police” treating business owners “like common criminals.”

On Tuesday night, San Nicolas held an informal town hall-style meeting outside the Ramona Fitness Center for himself and other business owners to voice their frustrations with state and local shutdown orders.

The meeting came eight days after San Nicolas learned that San Diego County District Attorney Summer Stephan had charged him with five misdemeanors — each punishable by up to six months in jail and a fine up to $1,000 — for refusing to shut down his gym.

At the rally, where about 90 percent of the few dozen attendees wore masks, the business owners shared experiences of closing, or being on the brink, due to the pandemic.

(AP) — President Donald Trump frankly acknowledged Thursday that he’s starving the U.S. Postal Service of money in order to make it harder to process an expected surge of mail-in ballots, which he worries could cost him the election.

In an interview on Fox Business Network, Trump explicitly noted two funding provisions that Democrats are seeking in a relief package that has stalled on Capitol Hill. Without the additional money, he said, the Postal Service won’t have the resources to handle a flood of ballots from voters who are seeking to avoid polling places during the coronavirus pandemic.

“If we don’t make a deal, that means they don’t get the money,” Trump told host Maria Bartiromo. “That means they can’t have universal mail-in voting; they just can’t have it.”

Judge orders campaign to produce evidence of voter fraud…

(Drudge / Courthouse News Service) President Donald Trump’s re-election campaign and the Republican Party have until Friday to provide evidence of mail-in voting fraud in Pennsylvania, a federal judge ordered on Thursday.

Judge J. Nicholas Ranjan, a Trump appointee, decided that it is time for Republicans to back up their unsubstantiated claims of potential massive mail-in voter fraud in the battleground state. (It’s called common sense!)

Furthering the president’s fight against mail-in voting as the November election draws near, the Trump campaign and the RNC had sued all 67 counties in Pennsylvania over the state’s absentee ballot drop-off sites in June.

The Republicans asked the court to block officials from counting absentee ballots unless they are mailed by voters to their county election office or dropped off in person rather than at the drop-off sites.
