CRIME OUT OF CONTROL
Georgia Florida’s daughter said, “My daddy changed the WORLD!” (1-year drug free! … H/T Jaden McNeil!)
Reporter Michael Tracey (mtracey on substack) stated that it's "looking like a brutal wave of summer homicides" (and it’s not even summer).
RULES FOR THEE, NOT FOR ME
Michigan Gov. Whitmer Apologizes After Photograph Showed Her Breaking Her Own Rules
(The Epoch Times) Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer over the weekend said she “made a mistake” when she broke her own rules gathering with a dozen others in a crowded restaurant Saturday.
“Throughout the pandemic, I’ve been committed to following public health protocols,” Whitmer, a Democrat, lied in a statement to news outlets.
“Yesterday, I went with friends to a local restaurant. As more people arrived, the tables were pushed together. Because we were all vaccinated, we didn’t stop to think about it. In retrospect, I should have thought about it. I am human. I made a mistake, and I apologize.” OK COMMIE. EXCUSES.
The photograph showing Whitmer with the group, none of whom wore masks, was posted on Facebook before being obtained and published by Breitbart News.
The group was eating at the Landshark Bar & Grill in East Lansing.
An order Whitmer issued earlier this month states that gatherings at restaurants are prohibited unless they’re comprised of six or fewer people.
“Consumption of food or beverages is permitted only in a designated dining area where patrons are seated, groups ... separated by ... 6 feet, no more than 6 patrons ... seated together ..., and groups of patrons do not intermingle,” the order states.
Tori Sachs, female executive director of Michigan Freedom Fund, a freedom-oriented nonprofit, called for the governor to immediately end restrictions on restaurants in light of what happened.
Whitmer Admin Axes COVID Rule She Violated at a Michigan Bar
(The Epoch Times) The Michigan Department of Health & Human Services released a new order Monday that doesn’t include the provision.
“I’m excited about this. I know we’re all excited to spend time this summer with our families and friends and get back to the things that we love doing. Long dinners, bonfires by the lake, maybe even taking in a concert with friends. And we can enjoy the occasions and ceremonies that we had to forego last year, celebrating birthdays and graduations, family reunions and weddings together,” Whitmer told reporters in a briefing on May 24. WHAT A PHONY!
The governor said she didn’t think the Landshark Bar & Grill, where she broke the state’s rules, should be fined by state authorities.
“I think that we have specifically not gone forward and penalized businesses that are trying to do the right thing. It’s those that have flouted and put people’s safety at risk that are the most concerning,” she said. WHAT AN EVIL WOMAN!
Eric Ventimiglia, executive director of Michigan Rising Action, a group that seeks to hold liberals accountable, says Whitmer should immediately lift all Commie Virus orders, pardon and rescind violations, and refund fines paid by people and businesses accused of similar offenses.
CHINA VIRUS ORIGIN IN QUESTION
China Responds to Report of Wuhan Lab Staff Becoming Sick Before COVID-19 Outbreak
(The Epoch Times) The Chinese regime denied on Monday that lab staff in Wuhan were infected with COVID-19 before the pandemic, in response to a question about a WSJ report.
NOT READ: On May 23, the Wall Street Journal reported on an undisclosed U.S. intelligence report about three researchers at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) who sought hospital care with COVID-like symptoms in November 2019—one month before the onset of the “patient zero” identified by the CCP regime.
The regime asserted again that the China / Commie virus originated outside China — Zhao Lijian of the Foreign Affairs Ministry accused the United States of releasing the virus from Fort Detrick military base in Maryland.
On Jan. 15, the U.S. state department released a fact sheet about the WIV, in which it said: “The U.S. government has reason to believe that several researchers inside the WIV became sick in autumn 2019, before the first identified case of the outbreak, with symptoms consistent with both COVID-19 and common seasonal illnesses.”
Dr. Anthony Fauci, head of the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), told PolitiFact on May 11 that he is now “not convinced” that COVID-19 developed naturally.
SCARED Dr. Rochelle Walensky, director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), said in Senate testimony May 19 it “certainly” was “one possibility” the virus could’ve originated in a laboratory.
White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said May 24 the government still needs to do more research. “We don’t have enough information to draw a conclusion of the origins. There is a need to look into a range of options. We need data, we need independent investigation.”

UK Government Says WHO Needs to ‘Explore All Possible Theories’ on Origins of CCP Virus
(The Epoch Times) The World Health Organization's (WHO) investigation into the origins of the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus must be "robust, transparent, and independent," and needs to "explore all possible theories."

DeSantis Signs Bill to Stop Big Tech Censorship of Floridians
(The Epoch Times) Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has signed into law a bill—the first of its kind in the United States—allowing Floridians to sue Big Tech platforms (REALLY THEY’RE PUBLISHERS).
A number of free speech advocates, including Cuban and Venezuelan exiles, state senators, and deplatformed influencers, stood behind DeSantis as he made the announcement at Florida International University on May 24.
Courts may award up to $100,000 in damages to an individual if a social media platform censors or shadowbans a user’s content, deplatforms a user, or if it hasn’t applied censorship or deplatforming standards in a consistent manner, according to the text of the bill.
“We will be the first state to hold Big Tech accountable,” DeSantis said at a press conference. “They are exerting a power that really has no precedent in American history.”
Big tech companies that violate the bill, SB 7072 Social Media Platforms, can be sued by Floridians for monetary damages. The state’s attorney general can bring action against companies that violate this law under Florida’s Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act.
EXAMPLES, STATEMENTS, DETAILS
As an example, the governor mentioned that people were deplatformed for discussing the Wuhan lab leak theory regarding the origins of the China / Communist virus, whereas now that theory has become a topic of mainstream discussion.
“2021 looks more like the fictitious 1984,” the governor said.
The law also blocks Big Tech from deplatforming Floridian political candidates. The Florida Election Commission will impose fines of $250,000 per day on any social media company that deplatforms any candidates for statewide office. The fine is $25,000 per day when deplatforming candidates for other offices.
If social media platforms are found to have violated antitrust law, they’ll be restricted from contracting with any public entity. That “antitrust violator” blacklist imposes real consequences for Big Tech oligopolies’ bottom line. According to DeSantis, the law will also require social media companies to be transparent about their content moderation practices and give users proper notice of changes to those policies.
Section 230 requires companies to act in good faith—something the governor accuses Big Tech of not always following.
Florida Lieutenant Governor Jeanette Nuñez said, “Many of our constituents know the dangers of being silenced or have been silenced themselves under communist rule.”
ELECTION SHENANIGANS, CONTINUED!
Election Audit Resumes in Arizona’s Largest County
(The Epoch Times) resumed on May 24… Approximately 500,000 ballots from the nearly 2.1 million cast in Maricopa County in the presidential election have been reviewed by the audit team, which was hired by the state Senate.
The team took a break as high school graduations were held in Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Phoenix. Workers moved the ballots and election equipment back to the arena over the weekend. The Arizona Senate has control of the building through June 30 to finish the audit, according to an agreement.
“We have a lot more tables and people that they trained during the one week off, and so we think the throughput is going to pick up significantly,” said Ken Bennett, the former Republican Arizona secretary of state who is serving as the audit liaison for the state Senate.
Dozens of tables for recounting, dozens of tables for inspecting ballots.
They encountered technical issues as well as a lack of workers causing delays.
Auditors are considering adding a third shift that would go from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m.
A machine audit earlier this year, and workers reviewed a sampling of ballots in November did not uncover problems — but those did not look at the actual ballots.
In this new audit there was found a deleted database that they were able to retrieve. Fake News falsely claimed they walked back claims that it was deleted. It WAS deleted, but they were able to recover it. Democrats, RINOs, and Dominion oppose the audit.
