Judge Issues Injunction Against Biden’s USDA Over Race-Based Loan Forgiveness Program
(The Epoch Times) U.S. District Judge S. Thomas Anderson ruled last week that the Dept. of Agriculture should halt its distribution of funds through Sleepy Joe Biden’s loan-forgiveness program for non-whites (Section 1005 under Sleepy’s Fake American Rescue Plan Act — or ARPA), ruling in favor of a Tennessee farmer who filed a lawsuit and argued the provision is unconstitutional.
“However important the goal of eliminating the vestiges of prior race discrimination, and it is important [NO IT’S NOT!], the government’s efforts cannot withstand strict scrutiny. Therefore, Plaintiff has shown a likeliness of success on the merits at trial,” he wrote (pdf) in favor of farmer Robert Holman, who was being represented by Southeastern Legal Foundation and the Mountain States Legal Foundation.
...some $3.8 billion had been provided to the program and those funds may be gone before the case is resolved — so he granted the injunction.
The farm loan program was part of Sleepy’s plan to promote “equity” and would pay off “the loans of black, Hispanic, American Indian, ... Alaskan [Eskimos] and Hawaiian [Polynesian] farmers” and award them “an additional 20 percent of the value as a cash payment,” the Southeastern Legal Foundation noted.
Section 1005 pays up to 120 percent of a direct or guaranteed farm loan for black American Indian, Hispanic, Asian, or Pacific Islander farmers, according to the USDA’s website.
Following the injunction, the far-left extremist USDA rebuffed the judge’s order on its website, farmers.gov, and said the “law provides USDA direction to deliver debt relief to socially disadvantaged farmers and ranchers who hold a qualifying farm loan.”
They pretended there was “racial discrimination” in USDA loans, against POCs
Another judge William Griesbach in Wisconsin previously ruled against Section 1005 of the American Rescue Plan Act — or ARPA.
However, Anderson’s ruling goes a step further than Griesbach’s order in that he created an injunction rather than a temporary restraining order.
Pennsylvania Department of State Tells Counties Not to Allow Outside Access to Voting Systems
(The Epoch Times) The directive comes after state senator initiated forensic investigation into 2020, 2021 elections — released on July 9, states that county boards of elections “shall not” provide any access to third parties that are seeking to examine the systems or system components.
If the counties do allow access, the voting equipment that’s examined “will be considered no longer secure or reliable to use in subsequent elections,” and the department will withdraw its certification for the equipment.
“Such access by third parties undermines chain of custody requirements and strict access limitations necessary to prevent both intentional and inadvertent tampering with electronic voting systems,” Acting Pennsylvania Secretary of State Veronica Degraffenreid, appointed in February by Democrat Gov. Tom Wolf, said in a statement. “It also jeopardizes the security and integrity of the systems and will prevent electronic voting system vendors from affirming that the systems continue to meet Commonwealth security standards and U.S. Election Assistance Commission certification.”
NOT READ: Pennsylvania Senate President Pro Tempore Jake Corman, a Republican, said in a response that the directive “is an attack on the General Assembly’s power to review, investigate, and legislate in matters within its legislative authority, which includes Pennsylvania’s election system.”
“The Legislature has clear authority—both statutorily and constitutionally—to provide oversight and issue subpoenas. This directive tramples those rights which were specifically put in place to prevent potential abuses and overreach by the Executive Branch,” he said.
State Sen. Doug Mastriano, a Republican, added that the directive was an example of a “disturbing pattern” of obstruction and violation of constitutional powers of the state Senate by the Wolf administration that dates back to March 2019.
Wolf and other Pennsylvania executive branch officials have condemned the push by some state Republicans for an audit, saying the 2020 election ran smoothly with virtually no problems. Mastriano triggered a probe of recent elections last week, sending letters to Philadelphia, York, and Tioga counties.
Mastriano cited abnormalities in the election, including how the number of mail-in ballots increased by more than 2 million compared to four years prior and the acceptance of ballots that arrived after Election Day.

‘Down With Dictatorship’: Thousands of Cubans Demonstrate Against Communist Regime
(The Epoch Times) Videos uploaded to social media appear to show demonstrations in a number of towns and cities, including the capital, Havana, on Sunday — to protest SO-CALLED human rights abuses, a lack of freedom, and a worsening economic situation — in the country Bernie and socialists praise.
Protesters, chanting in Spanish, said they “weren’t afraid” (“No tenemos miedo”) of the regime led by Miguel Diaz Canel, and said they wanted access to China Virus vaccines (WHOA) and an end to the regime.
It comes amid reports of gas, electricity (blackouts!), and vaccine (and medicine) shortages across the Caribbean island nation. Some analysts noted online that Sunday’s demonstrations are the first time that so many had protested the government since the Maleconazo uprising in 1994, which prompted a number of Cubans to leave the country by boat to the U.S.
Shouts of “down with the dictatorship,” “freedom,” and “homeland and life” were heard in footage online.
During different live broadcasts across Facebook, thousands of people can be seen marching through the streets of cities like San Antonio de los Baños, Guira de Melena, and Alquízar, reported South Florida’s WTVJ-TV.
REACTION FROM CUBANS HERE
Lil Marco Rubio, RINO Senator from FL, tweeted about cops, “Here come the Communist repression squads in #Cuba … Still largely being ignored so far by US corporate media outlets.”
Female Florida Congressman Maria Elvira Salazar, the daughter of Cuban exiles, said that Diaz-Canel’s regime was shutting off internet on the island.
Miami Mayor Francis Suarez, also the son of Cuban exiles, whose city has a significant Cuban diaspora, called for an American-led intervention.
“Cubans are worthy and ready to rule themselves without tyranny,” Suarez said in a press conference; BIG TALK WHEN YOU SEE WHAT’S HAPPENING IN AMERICA. “It can ... and... must end today. ...The implications...can mean freedom for millions of people in the hemisphere, from Nicaraguans and Venezuelans and so many more.” PSH.
Trump, in CPAC Speech, Promises to Defeat Critical Race Theory and Marxism
(The Epoch Times) Our real President Donald Trump on Sunday addressed the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC).
“With the help of everyone here today, we will defeat the radical left, the socialists, Marxists, and the critical race theorists,” Trump told the audience. “We will secure our borders, … stop left-wing cancel culture, …. restore free speech and free elections and ... make America great again.”
Oh that was pre-written. I prefer his off-the-cuff talk.
“Never forget that the radical left is not the majority in this country,” Trump said. “We’re the majority and it’s not even close.”
The president asserted that the “battle is so much bigger” than policy or courts — the “radical left” is in “centralized institutions,” bar associations, universities, schools, Hollywood, Big Tech, and large banks. Pressure campaigns by Democrats are “straight out of the communist countries around the world,” he said.
“We deported criminal aliens by the thousands … and we built almost 500 miles of the border wall,” the former commander-in-chief remarked. “Now the Biden administration has turned the border into the single greatest disaster in American history.”
He went after Big Tech’s assault on real Americans, saying stuff too spicy for YouTube perhaps. Although some would say the conference is mostly RINOs, he called out RINOs like Sen. Bill Cassidy (R-La.) and Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.), whom MSM loves.
He rallied in Ohio and Florida last week, and appeared at the border with RINO TX Gov. Greg Abbott.
