Trump Releases Letter From Ex-US Attorney Alleging Barr Pressured Him Not to Probe Voter SHENANIGAN Claims
(The Epoch Times) Our real President Donald J. Trump on Monday released a letter he received from a former federal prosecutor in Pennsylvania last month — William M. McSwain, chief federal law enforcement officer in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania from 2018 to January 2021, addressed a letter (pdf) to Trump on June 9 outlining his allegations.
Trump said McSwain “was precluded from investigating election [shenanigan] allegations. Outrageous!”
McSwain said Trump was right to be upset about the way Democrats ran the PA election. He said their office received various allegations to investigate.
QUOTE: “Attorney General Barr, however, instructed me not to make any public statements or put out any press releases regarding possible election irregularities,” the former state attorney wrote. “I was also given a directive to pass along serious allegations to the State Attorney General for investigation—the same State Attorney General who had already declared that you could not win.”
Days before the presidential election last year, Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro (Shapiro!) tweeted that “Trump is going to lose” if “all the votes are added up” in Pennsylvania.
McSwain said that while he “disagreed with that decision,” he did as instructed as “those were my orders.”
Barr in December 2020 told The Associated Press that the U.S. Justice Department had uncovered no evidence of voter [shenanigans] “on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election.”
As you know Trump said last month (on a Just the News show “Water Cooler”) that he has “not conceded.”
Texas House Republicans Vote to Track Down Absent Democrats, Potentially Arrest Them
(The Epoch Times) Texas House Republicans on Tuesday voted to track down and possibly arrest absent Democratic lawmakers who fled the state to avoid voting on an election bill.
House Speaker Dade Phelan, in a statement from the Texas Capitol floor, said that “members, the sergeant-at-arms and the officers appointed by him are directed to send for all absentees whose attendance is not excused for the purpose of securing and maintaining their attendance—under warrant of arrest, if necessary.”
“Any member who wishes to leave the hall must have the written permission of the Speaker of the House,” he added.
But state Rep. Jim Murphy, a Houston Republican who chairs the House GOP Caucus, said Texas Republicans cannot force the Democrats to return to the state.
“We want them to come back—that’s our message,” Murphy told the Texas Tribune.
The dramatic change of events drew comments from White House officials and top congressional Democrats.
Black female White House spokesman Karine Jean-Pierre said on Air Force One: Biden “applauds their courage and adds to the urgency for passage of the [fake] For the People [Act] and the [evil, non-hero] John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement [act], along with... the movement he’s calling for ... to overcome this moment with voter turnout and voter education,”
Both Biden and Vice President Cackling Kamala Harris will meet with the lawmakers this week, according to Karine Jean-Pierre. They traveled to Washington D.C. via a charter flight in order to not provide Republicans with a quorum to vote on the measure.
Greg Abbott, a Republican, promised on Monday night that the Democrats would be arrested and detained when they return to the state. House Republicans voted on Tuesday afternoon to vote to track down the absent members.
Speaking from Washington D.C. in an interview with CNN, Democrat Rep. Jasmine Crockett said neither Phelan nor Abbott have the authority to arrest them.
“I’m not worried about the threat of being arrested. The most that can happen is that we can be detained, which is why we got out of the state. The governor of Texas has no jurisdiction outside of the state of Texas, along with [the Texas Department of Public Safety],” Crockett said….

Over 5,000 Sign Pledge to Continue Teaching Critical Race Theory Even if Outlawed
(The Epoch Times) It’s a petition (pdf) at the Zinn Education Project that states they vow to continue to teach the commie CRT concepts to students.
The petition requires one to declare their role as a “teacher, principal, librarian, etc.” but not displayed under names and comments.
At least one identified as “a former student teacher and activist,” and another, quote: “used to be a Public School teacher.”
The Zinn Education Project produces "history" lessons based on books by dead Marxist writer Howard Zinn, including the communist People’s History of the United States — offered free to K-12 teachers nationwide.
CRT is rooted in the Marxist theory of class struggle, but with a particular focus on race. Proponents of CRT imagine “racism” in every aspect of the American public and private life and seek to dismantle American institutions—such as the Constitution and legal system—which they claim to be inherently and irredeemably racist, even though racism doesn’t even exist.
HOW PARENTS FOUND OUT
While schools have for years been quietly infusing this SJW anti-white, anti-American brainwashing into their curriculums, it wasn’t until last year, during communist lockdowns enacted in overreaction to the Chinese virus, that parents were able to see what their children were being taught. Since then, parents have been increasingly stepping forward to oppose CRT due to its racially divisive and anti-American concepts.
Loudoun County, Virginia, is one setting in the fight against CRT indoctrination.
Ian Prior, a father who co-founded Virginia political action committee Fight for Schools, previously told The Epoch Times: CRT falsely makes “everything [an issue of] race and [pretending] all institutions, traditions, language, and history of this country are systemically racist.”
A number of states have banned, or introduced legislation to ban, teaching CRT in schools; parents oppose it.
COMMIE LIES
The Zinn project claims such laws try to stop teachers from “teaching the truth” that America “was founded on the dispossession of Native Americans, slavery, structural racism and oppression” and that “structural racism is a defining characteristic of our society today.”
“We, the undersigned educators, refuse to lie to young people about U.S. history and current events—regardless of the law,” the project urges teachers to write to their state legislators.
The project is aiming to collect 6,400 signatures for the pledge.
WHAT’S ACTUALLY HAPPENING
Robin Steenman, head of Mom’s for Liberty Tennessee chapter, told The Epoch Times’ “Crossroads” July 9:
“The curriculum in Williamson County is ... a constant drumbeat of emotionally charged dark material, dark subject matter, that includes cannibalism, suicide ideation [for high schoolers]. Some grades talk about rape, fourth grade talks about abortion. ... very racially charged, points out angry white people. ... very anti-American, points out only America’s [SUPPOSED] faults and none of its redemptive qualities.”
NOT READ: One CRT-based curriculum adopted by Steenman’s school district, Wit and Wisdom, is “anti-authority, anti-tradition, and anti-church. … Wit and Wisdom curriculum K–5. … if a child is exposed to that ... spending more time with their teacher than ... their parents, ... the danger is real.”
Kevin Roberts, CEO of Texas Public Policy Network suggests parents go to school board meetings and ask questions, or look into the curriculum used.
Roberts says CRT uses catchphrases like “white privilege,” “systemic racism,” “equity,” “social justice,” “identity,” and “ally,” among others.
