News: Iran Oil Tanker Hit by Missiles?

(Drudge) Iran says oil tanker struck by missiles off Saudi Arabia... Developing…  They’re calling it TERROR IN the RED SEA… (AP) — Iran said Friday two missiles struck one of its oil tankers traveling through the Red Sea off the coast of Saudi Arabia, a mysterious assault not immediately corroborated that still spiked oil prices amid months of heightened tensions at sea across the wider Mideast. 

There was no acknowledgement of the incident from Saudi Arabia, which in September had more than half of its daily crude oil production knocked out by an assault the U.S. blamed on Iran, something denied by Tehran. 

All the attacks came after President Donald Trump’s decision to unilaterally withdraw America from Tehran’s nuclear deal with world powers and impose crushing sanctions targeting Iran’s crude oil sales and shipments. Iranian officials warned for weeks that if they couldn’t sell their oil, neither would anyone else in the region. 

The attack reportedly took place around 5 a.m. and damaged two storerooms aboard the oil tanker Sabiti, state media reported. It also briefly caused an oil leak into the Red Sea near the Saudi port city of Jiddah that later was stopped, state-run IRNA news agency reported.

(Drudge) NYPD Suicides: Top Cop Says the Department is Dealing With a Mental Health Crisis… (CBSNewYork) — NYPD Commissioner James O’Neill recently told CBS2, “It is a mental health crisis in the NYPD. We’ve had nine suicides so far this year. Prior to that, we average four to five per year for the last five years.” A recent Department of Investigations report showed 44 of 174 retired NYPD officers said they considered getting help, but only two-thirds followed through. Some journalist woman Jessica Moore said: “If they show weakness in their mind, vulnerability, that they’re going to be branded, that they are going to be thought of as ‘less than.’ How do you combat that? How do you work around that?” He said, “It’s difficult for people to come forward, especially if you’re in crisis. I think that’s almost impossible. The biggest issue is getting over that hurdle, getting over that hurdle of stigma.” His message to those struggling is: “Take that step. Come forward. Confide in your partner. Confide in a friend. Confide in your family. Get help,” he said. (DO THE SILENT PRAYER AND CALL BOND FOR COUNSELING IF NEEDED.) Until recently, if an officer was considered a threat to himself or others, both gun and badge must be taken away until they’re cleared. O’Neill, however, said the department recently changed that policy to allow the officer to keep their badge while undergoing counseling before returning to active duty.

FYI: Billy Porter is apparently a homosexual 50-year-old black performer who’s so-called “married” to another male — HE’S PARTNERS WITH A WHITE BETA MALE. BARF!

T from Alabama calls in to ask James if he really agrees with everything Jesse says. T claims Jesse cuts people off and dodges his calls but James corrects him that only people that won’t respond to his questions get cut off. T asks if James thinks that mothers cause every problem like Jesse believes but again James corrects him because he is saying things Jesse doesn’t say.

Mitch from Oregon piggybacks off James comments on homeless people. In the area Mitch lives, there is a large number of transients and how they rob and use drugs on the streets. 

Jason from North Hollywood, CA heard James comments on homeless people and he wonders when James thinks responding with violence is acceptable? James would beat up that homeless guy that hit the child and hold him down until law enforcement arrives. 

Brian from Washington D.C. asks James his thoughts on the Joker movie. James has some criticisms like the fact that it’s hollywood, that Joaquin Phoenix always plays wussy roles and other things. (Joel gives his take on the Joker movie too!) 

Trevor W. from California posted some JLP content on his instagram and the response was pretty negative. He noticed some people discussing facts and history over this post which makes Trevor wonder how to combat people who come at you with facts and history. They touch on how the real importance lies in overcoming anger and not worrying so much about facts and stats. It’s better to have common sense, if you notice the people who believe in their facts and history don’t really have an understanding of the current time.

KT from Washington D.C has comments about the discussion JLP had earlier on looking at women and whether it’s cheating or not.

(Drudge) UPDATE: NBC Roiled by Ronan Farrow Book Accusations…   Staffers 'really, really angry'... (Daily Beast) ‘Women are furious’! “I honestly want to throw up,” one NBC employee told The Daily Beast amid new disturbing claims about the network’s dealings with Harvey Weinstein and Matt Lauer. There are nasty accusations against Matt Lauer who used to host NBC News shows for decades! After the release of Ronan’s messy book, NBC trashed Farrow in an internal memo, Lauer smeared accuser Brooke Nevils in an “open letter,” and both Farrow and Nevils fired back. Nevils, a former NBC producer, said in a statement about Lauer that “His open letter was a case study in victim-blaming,” the statement first aired on NBC’s Nightly News. Nevils alleged Lauer had sex with her when she was too drunk to consent. (THAT’S DUMB HE WAS PROBABLY TOO DRUNK TOO! There was also one other nasty type of sex that’s not even really sex that she accused him of doing that she claims she didn’t want.) After Nevils’ on-the-record allegation broke Wednesday morning, Lack issued a statement that said: “Matt Lauer’s conduct in 2014 was appalling and reprehensible—and of course we said so at the time.” WEAK!
