Gilroy Garlic Fest Shooter ID’d
(Drudge & Heavy) Santino William Legan, 19, has been identified by CBS News as the suspect in the mass shooting at the Gilroy Garlic Festival in California. The shooting Sunday night on the final day of the annual event at Christmas Hill Park in Gilroy left three dead, 15 injured and the suspected shooter, Legan, killed by police. Several others were injured in the chaos after shots were fired, but were not shot, authorities said.
A second suspect was still on the run. Police remained at the scene of the shooting Sunday night into Monday investigating. Police Have Been Searching For the Second Suspect Around the Densely Wooded Park Area Since Sunday Evening & the Feds Are Involved
A motive for the shooting has not yet been made public. The shooting happened about 5:40 p.m. local time. The festival was set to end about 6 p.m. One witness who told reporters they’d come face to face with the gunman and asked why he was doing this was told, “Because I’m really angry.”

Legan’s Grandfather Tom Legan, a West Point Graduate, Was the Santa Clara County Supervisor. He Was Accused & Acquitted of Sexually Assaulting His Daughter. In 1988, he was acquitted by a jury of the alleged rape of his eldest daughter. The Los Angeles Times reported that he was “found innocent Friday of three counts of molesting his elder daughter in 1982.” Legan was seeking re-election at the time. (He died in May 2018.)

Yesterday I called a couple of regular callers snakes. We all knew it. He’s continued to prove me right, trying to get back at me and Jesse, “all in the name of Jesus.” The other, maybe he’s thinking about it. He’s more up-front. Like Jesse says, you can’t trust angry people.
It was all over me not being into what they’re into.

I didn’t get to this in this show, but President Trump tweeted: ‘I have known Al for 25 years. Went to fights with him & Don King, always got along well. He “loved Trump!” He would ask me for favors often. Al is a con man, a troublemaker, always looking for a score. Just doing his thing. Must have intimidated Comcast/NBC. Hates Whites & Cops!’

Mike from California is a “white boy” with a colorful genetic makeup. James remarks on the term white boy and thinks it might be a little emasculating. America is becoming a bad imitation of itself James says. Mike retells his experience of his life changing due to listening to Jesse. Nothing gets to Mike anymore. He asks James if he thinks a civil war is brewing? James responds and doesn’t particularly think in those terms. Donald Trump opened a way to saving America says Mike. James talks about the “tough guy” whites saying “just wait until we get angry.
Josh from Ohio remarks on the identity politics around him and the topic of race. This brings him to criticize white history month for using the same tactics. James reminds Josh that white history month is because whites are being attacked. Josh continues to have an issue with “white” and “black.” Josh goes on to quote a bible verse seemingly criticizing people that celebrate white history. He asks James if he think blacks get stereotyped as much as white people.
Trenix from New Jersey wants to know why some whites are hating Jews. James say its because most of the Jews are evil and whites are making the mistake of hating the evil. It’s a trick to just say “I don’t hate them I just hate what they do” because it doesn’t let you examine yourself. James asks Trenix how many Jews he has changed? James goes on to criticize these whites that attack the Jews just to tickle each others ear. They don’t have real love.
Rufus from Kansas wonders if there is hope for these big cities that are full of illegals. James wants people to be like those “classic a-hole” whites that don’t care about what people think.
