Did We Need Any Amendments After the Bill of Rights? (Tue, Jul 9, 2019)
The Hake Report, Tuesday, July 9, 2019, at 9 AM PT -- live on The Jesse Lee Peterson Show fourth hour on video only. I upload the hour-long video clip from Jesse’s stream to my channel, and also put up audio podcast later.
I forgot to read my Super Chats and DLive from Sunday! Jimmy Morgan gave a last Super Chat that I didn’t get to — a Bible verse: “Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also. At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you. -John 14:19-20.” Thanks, Jimmy Morgan! Nice verse. Thanks for the Discord notes as well. Also DLive shoutout to JimmyDM, Noahs_Ark_Kansas, TexMechs, obedia, RidgeTech, and Alynsea! Man, that’s cool, thank you.
More from Article 1 of the US Constitution
Happy White History Month! Yesterday I was reading to you from Article 1 of the Constitution (from USHistory.org), which is about the Congress. I mentioned how they changed the rules of who votes for our Senators. SMH.
Here’s more from Section 8 on the role of Congress (it was making me mad, because they’ve strayed so far from this stuff) –
Section 8: ….
To establish post offices and post roads;
To promote the progress of science and useful arts, by securing for limited times to authors and inventors the exclusive right to their respective writings and discoveries;
To constitute tribunals inferior to the Supreme Court;
To define and punish piracies and felonies committed on the high seas, and offenses against the law of nations;
To declare war, grant letters of marque and reprisal, and make rules concerning captures on land and water;
To raise and support armies, but no appropriation of money to that use shall be for a longer term than two years;
To provide and maintain a navy;
To make rules for the government and regulation of the land and naval forces;
To provide for calling forth the militia to execute the laws of the union, suppress insurrections and repel invasions [Helloooo, please stop the illegal alien invasion of fake refugees!];
To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the militia, and for governing such part of them as may be employed in the service of the United States [NOTE: that means the whole militia can be completely independent of the government!], reserving to the states respectively, the appointment of the officers, and the authority of training the militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;
…. To make all laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into execution the foregoing powers, and all other powers vested by this Constitution in the government of the United States, or in any department or officer thereof.
Section 9. ….
{No capitation, or other direct, tax shall be laid, unless in proportion to the census or enumeration herein before directed to be taken. 5} [End of Constitutional excerpts]
[This was changed by the 16th Amendment: The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration. Added February 3, 1913.]
I hate all of the amendments except the first ten, the Bill of Rights. Everything else contributed to the destruction (self-destruction) of the United States, especially those after 1900.
Not All, Not All, Not All, But Most!
I was thinking about yesterday’s caller Charlie from Philadelphia who complained about Jesse’s answer to a black caller claiming whites committed genocide on the Indians. Jesse simplified what happened because it’s not his concern. It wasn’t even inaccurate, what Jesse said! But this guy wanted more “nuance” — in other words, for Jesse to waste a whole bunch of time learning and discussing boring stuff. Whites like me might be tricked into getting sucked into discussing a whole lot of empty knowledge, but not Jesse! He black! LOL.
Also that guy falsely stated that Jesse and I said “all” Indians were warlike, or “all” black slaveowners were harsher on their slaves than whites. Directly contradicting what I’d just said! That was baffling! And apparently, he didn’t read my shirt! I was wearing a JesseLeePeterson.com T-shirt that said, “Not All, Not All, Not All.” Or in Jesse’s word, amazing. Intellectuals are blind. People who are into knowledge are puffed up, arrogant, judging everyone else, and blind to themselves. (He admitted he was part liberal.)
Callers on White History, Voting Rights, Blacks, God...
I got some great calls from you guys.
Justin from Virginia or somewhere asks one more thing about Jesus being created, as he says that Jesse said.
Joe from Phoenix debated with me about the merits of the 19th Amendment (jealous liberal women wanting to vote like men, for what?), the 21st Amendment (ending of Prohibition of alcoholic beverages), and others.
Shaun (sp?) from Plano, TX, I believe, corrected the record on voting and other madness. He came to the Men’s Conference, and plans to come every year. At first he thought White History Month was a joke, but he realizes it’s serious and supports it.
A caller originally from Congo, calling from Toronto, Canada, talks about how Jesse generalizes, and debates about God, the Bible, sin, repentance. He spouts madness that he thinks is Biblical, but meanwhile judges Jesse for having shaved his face and for having Church on Sunday.
A hate-watcher Bernard or something from the South, one of those states… He thinks that Jesse does not embrace his race, because he talks negatively about black women.
There were some other really nice calls as well that I don’t remember off the top of my head, but thank you!
Some Comments about Hake News...
(Drudge) Former Marine launches Dem challenge to McConnell… Amazing. Well, if he’s not a RINO, that’d be good. Oh, he’s worse, he’s a Democrat. Oh, it’s not a he, it’s a she! (The Hill) Kentucky Democrat announces challenge to McConnell. Former Marine and previous Democratic congressional candidate Amy McGrath on Tuesday announced that she is launching a 2020 challenge against Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R) in Kentucky. (A WOMAN?? Dang it just keeps getting worse!) McGrath released a 3-minute campaign video, entitled "The Letter," that depicts her and other Kentuckians writing letters to their senator with concerns about health care, jobs and affordable college that were ignored. (Dumb! …. Dude, she’s nasty!) She posted photos of two little kids (hers?) at a gay pride parade on Instagram: “Happy pride from George and Ellie!” She bought them “rainbow flavored ice cream” and said, “Had a great time at #LexingtonPride.” (Shameful woman!) She’s a mother of 3. (Wikipedia) Her husband, a now-retired naval Lieutenant Commander Erik Henderson, is a lifelong Republican,[18] and as Kentucky holds closed party primaries, he could not vote for his own wife in the 2018 primary.[8]
(Drudge) Tommy Robinson Seeks Political Asylum in America, Says He Will Be Murdered in UK Prison... Developing… WHOA. (InfoWars) Political prisoner Tommy Robinson says, “I feel like I’m two days away from being sentenced to death.” The Russian government commented on Tommy’s situation: “The oppression of citizens due to their opinions is not acceptable in any state,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said. Robinson faces being murdered in prison for the crime of reporting on pedophile rape gangs in the U.K. Leftists are claiming Robinson is hypocritical because he opposes refugees yet wants to become one. (Ridiculous.) In reality, the UK government has allowed hundreds of ISIS jihadists to return to the UK and given them welfare, while making Tommy a political prisoner in his own country. InfoWars says that President Trump should offer him political asylum and take a stand for the freedom of the press around the world.
Bible Go-to Guy texted me about me talking about Russia standing up for Free Speech: It is not laughable. It is a great thing that they said that. It is like the Declaration of Independence saying all men are equal when they own slaves. Get it? It is like the president of planned parenthood saying conception begins at birth [maybe he means life begins at conception]. It is a momentous occasion in Russia when words like that or spoken by the Russian government are spoken
