Undeported, Ordered Deported Illegals; George Conway's TDS! ("JLP News," Wed., Mar. 20, 2019)
James didn’t make it in today, and only did top of the hour news for second and third hour. It was a great show though — Jason Ottley gave good advice on injuries. Ottley had a testimonial from a man who called up from out-of-state (Miami, I think), who lost 40 pounds in two months of working with him. In the third hour Jesse interviewed Owen Shroyer of InfoWars.com — who’s been banned from YouTube and Facebook for no good reason. Joel had a FUNNY moment when he kept insistently mispronouncing Arkansas as “R. Kansas.” Good calls too.

(Drudge) There are 1M illegals with deportation orders still in the country! Judges have ordered them deported, but the DHS hasn’t sent them back yet! (Conservative Review) There are ANOTHER 1.1M illegals who are awaiting final deportation orders. Most of those were ordered deported but appealing their case. But these numbers are as of June 2018 before the huge numbers that have been coming in lately. The real total of illegals ordered deported or about to be ordered deported is 2.55M from all countries. 1-1.8% of non-Mexican illegals were repatriated back to their countries in Fiscal Year 2017.
(WSJ) Agents are reportedly going to stop detaining some of the so-called “family units” of illegals, with the Trump administration moving to relieve some of the overcrowding as so-called “immigration” surges. Hundreds of “families” border agents catch in the RGV region each day will be released instead of sent to ICE for detention.
(San Diego Tribune) BTW: Concertina wire stolen from border fence and used for home security in Tijuana, authorities say. This is the wire installed under the Trump administration to reinforce the U.S.-Mexico border. Thieves are stealing and selling the same concertina wire installed in November along the border by the DHS, and 15-20 arrests have supposedly been made. Contractors were seen Monday replacing some of the stolen wire. Some homes in the same area had identical wire installed in front of their homes, but residents declined to comment about how they obtained the material.
(Drudge) High potency pot 'strongly linked' to psychosis, according to a study. (Medical Xpress) High potency cannabis, especially when used daily, is "strongly linked" to the risk of developing psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia and paranoia, scientists said Wednesday. In Amsterdam and London—where high-THC marijuana has long been the rule rather than the exception—50 and 30 percent of new psychosis cases, respectively, were associated with potent forms of the drug. There’s a growing body of research connecting pot to a range of mental health disorders. With decriminalisation (and social acceptance), consumption in North America and Europe has increased markedly over the last two decades, even while mind-altering THC levels have risen 4-5 times. One in five new cases of psychosis in a dozen cities were associated to daily cannabis use, and one in ten to high potency pot. Researchers think that if high-THC cannabis—including strains such as "trainwreck", "gorilla glue", and "hindu kush"—were no longer available, "12 percent of cases of first-episode psychosis could be prevented across Europe. (BTW: James is out again today, no he has not been smoking pot.)
(Drudge) Jelly Belly has run out of their new CBD-infused candy. CBD is the part of marijuana that supposedly won’t get you high, but will make you relax and supposedly has healing properties. (CBS Chicago) The Jelly Belly founder David Klein actually launched the CBD infused jelly beans under a new company Spectrum Confections, offering “gourmet” jellybeans, sugar-free jelly beans, and sour jelly beans that have about 10 milligrams of CBD inside each bean. Online stock was sold out. The oil won’t make you high but is said to relieve anxiety, insomnia, depression and seizures, and may even help with cancer. (The Seattle Times & Wash. Post) The mashup of the childhood treat with “adult” chemical compound CBD got a lot of media coverage last week from CBS, USA Today, and others.

(Drudge) More households are subscribing to streaming than to traditional TV, according to a new report. (LA Times) For the first time, a higher percentage of households in the U.S. subscribe to a digital streaming service than to traditional pay television. According to Deloitte’s 13th annual digital trends survey, 69% of respondents have at least one streaming video subscription, compared with 65% who have a traditional pay TV subscription. People are using Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime, as more consumers become disenchanted with the high costs associated with cable and satellite packages. The average consumer subscribes to three streaming services and that binge-watching continues to be a popular activity, with 91% of U.S. millennials saying they have watched three or more episodes of a show in a single sitting. 47% saying they need multiple subscriptions to watch everything they want and 57% saying shows that they enjoy have disappeared from streaming services. (As they say, first-world problems. Rome didn’t fall in a day...)
(Drudge) China says it has arrested 13,000 'terrorists'... in the last 5 years. (The Guardian) Beijing launches propaganda campaign to counter abuse claims by human rights groups. They believe more than 1 million Muslims are systematically imprisoned in internment camps, forced to undergo political re-education. China’s State Council said: “Since 2014, Xinjiang has destroyed 1,588 violent and terrorist gangs, arrested 12,995 terrorists, seized 2,052 explosive devices, punished 30,645 people for 4,858 illegal religious activities, and confiscated 345,229 copies of illegal religious material.” Satellite imagery shows prison-like facilities surrounded by barbed wire and watchtowers, and there are testimonies by former and current residents, as well as ex-detainees of the camps. The government propaganda outlet pushes for a strong and unified China.
(Drudge) Churches open doors to businesses in order to survive… (CBS News) Declining attendance at America's churches in recent decades has forced some to rent out empty space during the quiet mid-week. One Dallas church opened their basement for rent to an African refugee group that sews bags and other products. They have a florist in one room, an artist in another, students practicing Tai Chi and Yoga in another.
(Drudge) The Conway Show! Trump rips the “husband from hell,” while White House counselor KellyAnne Conway’s anti-Trump husband says “You. Are. Nuts.” (The Hill) President Trump called George Conway a “stone cold loser” who is “jealous” of his wife’s success. I reported Monday that George Conway questioned the president's mental fitness for office. Trump said he barely knows Conway, who has become well-known for his tweets ripping apart the president. Conway once lived in Trump World Tower in New York with his wife, who served on the condo's board. He’s a D.C.-based attorney once considered for a job at DOJ, but he withdrew due to opposition to Trump. Trump tweeted: “George Conway, often referred to as Mr. Kellyanne Conway by those who know him, is VERY jealous of his wife’s success & angry that I, with her help, didn’t give him the job he so desperately wanted. I barely know him but just take a look, a stone cold LOSER & husband from hell!" George tweeted back at him with the hashtag #NarcissisticPersonalityDisorder, and tweeted anther time saying “You. Are. Nuts.”
