(Drudge) Anita Hill 'Deeply Unsatisfied' After Apology… from Biden. Of course! You should never have apologized! (MSN/NYTimes) Joe Biden Expresses Regret to Anita Hill, but She Says ‘I’m Sorry’ Is Not Enough (LOSER!) Biden knew Anita Hill was going to be an issue for him. So a few weeks ago, as he prepared for his presidential announcement, he reached out to her through an intermediary and arranged a telephone call, hoping to assuage her. It did not go how he had hoped. (‘Course not! She black!) He shared shared with Ms. Hill “his regret for what she endured” 28 years ago, when, as the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, he presided over the confirmation hearings in which she accused Clarence Thomas, President George Bush’s nominee to the Supreme Court, of sexual harassment. (Where’s his apology to Clarence Thomas?) In a phone call w/ media, she declined to characterize Mr. Biden’s words to her as an apology and said she was not convinced that he has taken full responsibility for his conduct at the hearings — or for the harm he caused other victims of sexual harassment and gender violence.
Justice Thomas and was grilled in excruciatingly graphic detail by an all-white, all-male Judiciary Committee led by Mr. Biden, then a senator from Delaware.
“I cannot be satisfied by simply saying, ‘I’m sorry for what happened to you,’” said Ms. Hill, now a professor of social policy, law and women’s studies at Brandeis University. “I will be satisfied when I know there is real change and real accountability and real purpose.”
But, she added, she cannot support Mr. Biden for president until he takes full responsibility for his conduct. (She’s still trying to cast doubt on a good man’s character. What a scumbag woman.)
JOE PLAYS COMMON MAN… (AP) pretending to be motivated by the Virginia so-called “racial violence,” and total lying fake news about Trump’s response, easily debunked when you see what Trump said. (Biden’s the same guy who told a black church that Republicans are “gonna put y’all back in chains.”)
Gloves off as Biden eyes Trump knockout… (Yahoo) "Because of his blue-collar strength in states Trump won in 2016, Biden is a real threat to Trump," said Larry Sabato, a political scientist at the University of Virginia.
Asked Obama Not to Endorse… (Wash. Free Beacon) "I asked President Obama not to endorse," he told reporters in Delaware. "And he doesn't want to—whoever wins this nomination should win it on their own merits." His female spokesman told MSNBC, “He... believes we need to restore the soul of this nation. We need to rebuild the backbone of America and that we need to unify and come together."

A little more about Joe Biden:
Hires Key Bernie Aide -- Who Donated to Buttigieg… and said “we don't need white people leading the Democratic Party” (Daily Mail) This person is also a one-time Harvey Weinstein adviser, Anita Dunn, former Obama White House Comms Director.
He also hired Olympic skating legend Michelle Kwan, and Symone Sanders, that black, short-haired former Bernie Sanders spokeswoman, who said, “Oh my God, poor white people! Stop! Stop it!” — after an incident of black-on-white, anti-Trump supporter violence in Chicago.
(Drudge) FBI raids Baltimore City Hall, home of Mayor… (The Baltimore Sun) FBI raids Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh's City Hall office and her two houses, as the governor calls on her to resign. FBI and IRS searched at least 7 addresses. Shortly after the raids began, Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan called on Pugh, who has taken a paid leave of absence as mayor, to resign. The Republican governor had asked the Maryland Office of the State Prosecutor on April 1 to investigate Pugh’s sales of her self-published “Healthy Holly” children’s book series to the University of Maryland Medical System while she was on its unpaid board of directors. Corrupt black so-called leadership!
(Drudge) UCLA, Cal State LA To Quarantine Students Who Cannot Prove They Had Measles Vaccination… (CBS Los Angeles) UCLA says they had 119 students and 8 faculty members under quarantine. Numbers of Cal State L.A. are believed to be about 198, students and staff! They’re ordered to stay home! Quarantine for measles can be up to 21 days from the date of last exposure, at which time the exposed person is no longer a risk for developing the disease and spreading measles to others. State health officials say the number of measles cases is up statewide in California this year and much of the increase is linked to overseas travel. (GLOBALISM!) The state recorded 38 measles cases as of Thursday, versus 11 same time last year. In 2015, there were 131 confirmed cases of measles following an outbreak that originated at Disneyland. This year, California’s cases stretch across 11 counties — affecting patients from 5 months to 55 years of age. Over 76% of patients were not fully vaccinated. (What about the other 24%?)
(Drudge) GALLUP: Americans Most Stressed; Worry, Anger Rising… (Come to Church, do the Silent Prayer, call BOND for counseling…) (Gallup) Americans’ Stress, Worry and Anger Intensified in 2018. Americans are among the most stressed in the world. Nearly half (45%) felt worried a lot (global average is 39%). More than 1 in 5 (22%) felt angry a lot. 55% of Americans who experienced stress was one of the highest rates out of the 143 countries studied and it beat the global average (35%) by a full 20 percentage points. We even tie Greece, who’s led the world in stress since 2012. (Odd.) Greece went bankrupt, I heard.

(Drudge) STUDY: Check email less for more productivity… especially for managers! (StudyFinds) Researchers from Michigan State University say that keeping up with email throughout the day places high — and sometimes downright impossible — demands on managers that prevents them from achieving their personal goals and from being good leaders for their teams. office workers of all seniority levels spend more than 90 minutes a day just recovering from email interruptions and returning to their normal workload. (Better just spend 30-90 mins working through them in the afternoon, maybe.)
(Drudge) Sleep well -- things really will be better by morning… (The Times UK) Scientists have found that a good night’s sleep helps us to rationalise and neutralise embarrassing experiences, enabling us to move on. Someone from the Netherlands Institute for Neuroscience did a study on a hunch that it’d help people.
(Drudge) Town Bans Gossip… (sounds like Jesse’s mayor) (WSJ) Neighborhoods in the Philippines are passing anti-gossip ordinances. The talk is especially bad during hot months when people are inside together. The talk usually revolves around who might be cheating on their spouse or running up debts. Facebook and messaging apps worsened the problem, but one Town Mayor Ramon Guico III says the really damaging stuff is gossip. They call it chismis. In one town that passed the law in 2017, the first offense starts with a fine of 500 pesos, or around $10, followed by an embarrassing afternoon spent picking up trash. “We haven’t had to punish anyone for a second offense,” one woman said. “No one wants to be seen as a gossipmonger.”
The Bible warned about “tattlers and busybodies.” The Puritans punished gossips with a “bridle,” a heavy iron cage put over the head. WHOA.
In 2012, a private college in Atlanta introduced a no-gossip policy, which it wrote into an employee handbook. Spreading rumors, it said, is “an activity that can drain, corrupt, distract and downshift the company’s productivity, morale and overall satisfaction.”
In that Filipino town, the provincial legal officer who assessed the anti-gossip ordinances says they don’t infringe on free speech and protect residents against slander.
It’s funny ‘cause the accused might not be even aware they are doing it. According to one guy, “I was just repeating something I heard from someone else,” he said (That’s what gossip is! Dummy!). “I thought it was true. That family has a lot of debts.” (He just did it again! Throw him in jail!)
Offenders try to get out of paying their fine, according to one female community leader. “They say they didn’t start the rumor, but I tell them it doesn’t matter,” she said. “If you’re the last one caught spreading it, you have to pay it.”
(Drudge) Kim warns of return to tension, blames U.S. 'bad faith'... Sends $2M medical bill for Warmbier's care… (NY Post) North Korea forced an American official to sign a pledge to fork over the money in order to fly the comatose student home.
Trump tweeted: “No money was paid to North Korea for Otto Warmbier, not two Million Dollars, not anything else. This is not the Obama Administration that paid 1.8 Billion Dollars for four hostages, or gave five terroist hostages plus, who soon went back to battle, for traitor Sgt. Bergdahl!”
He also tweeted: ‘“President Donald J. Trump is the greatest hostage negotiator that I know of in the history of the United States. 20 hostages, many in impossible circumstances, have been released in last two years. No money was paid.” Cheif Hostage Negotiator, USA!’
(Reuters) Kim Jong Un told Russian President Vladimir Putin peace and security on the Korean peninsula depended on the United States, warning that a state of hostility could easily return. A second summit between Kim and U.S. President Donald Trump in Vietnam in February collapsed with no progress on a U.S. demand that the North give up its nuclear program and a North Korean demand for an easing of sanctions. Trying to force Trump to be more flexible!
