Bail Reform Lets a 'Nonviolent' Bank Robber Free to Pull a 5th Heist! (Hake News, Mon. 1/13/20)
Hour 1, Monday, January 13, 2020 - Women’s Forum this Thursday, Jan 16th, 7 PM!
(Drudge) Defense chief admits he 'didn't see' evidence for Trump claim that Iran planned embassy attacks… (AP) — Defense Secretary Mark Esper explicitly said Sunday that he had seen no hard evidence that four American embassies had been under possible threat when President Donald Trump authorized the targeting of Iran’s top commander, raising questions about the scale of the threat described by Trump last week. Esper, when asked whether there was a specific piece of evidence, replied: “I didn’t see one with regard to four embassies.″ BUT in response to a question about whether Trump was “embellishing″ the threat, Esper said, “I don’t believe so.” NOW!
(Fox News) US troops in Baghdad see Iran general's threat differently from DC, GOP senator Tom Cotton says (WHO’S A RINO AT TIMES). Cotton is a Senate Armed Services Committee member and R-Ark. He told Fox host Mark Levin Sunday that he has seen intelligence that showed Soleimani, who was age 62 when he was killed, was plotting "something large [and] something very dangerous" in the near future. He said “There is no doubt” that the severity of the situation called for the quick action Trump took. "The question of whether the attack is imminent or not ... looks very different if you're a soldier sitting in Iraq than if you're some comfortable senator sitting behind armed guards in Washington D.C.," Cotton said. FAIR POINT.
Cotton claimed Soleimani is a chief reason why Syria President Bashar al-Assad remains in power Syria (WHY WE CARE, I DON’T KNOW) and that the general's Quds Force was responsible for killing thousands of Iranians during a recent civil protest against the Tehran government.
"If you've got a chance to take a mastermind like Qassem Soleimani off the battlefield, you take it," he said.
(Fox News) Video shows Iranian police firing tear gas, possibly live rounds at crowds chanting 'Death to the dictator'... Video emerged Monday. Over the weekend, Trump tweeted in Farsi (the Persian language of Iran) saying he’s watching the Iranian protests and warned the Iranian gov’t not to kill peaceful protestors. He also said no nuclear weapons for Iran.
Videos were sent to the New York-based Center for Human Rights in Iran (“HUMAN RIGHTS,” YOU KNOW THEY’RE COMMUNIST) and later verified by The Associated Press. They show a crowd of demonstrators fleeing as a tear gas canister landed among them. People cough and sputter while trying to escape the fumes, with one woman calling out in Farsi: “They fired tear gas at people! Azadi Square. Death to the dictator!”
Another video shows a woman being carried away in the aftermath as a blood trail can be seen on the ground. Those around her cry out that she has been shot by live ammunition in the leg. “Oh my God, she’s bleeding nonstop!” one person shouts. Another shouts: “Bandage it!” Photos and video after the incident show pools of blood on the sidewalk.
Hossein Rahimi, the head of the Tehran police, said in a statement seen by Reuters that police "absolutely did not shoot" due to orders to show restraint.
Many of the country’s protesters chanted "death to the Dictator," referring to Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Another group near a university in Tehran chanted, “They are lying that our enemy is America, our enemy is right here," Reuters reported. THAT’S HOW WE FEEL ABOUT AMERICA’S GOV’T AND MEDIA!
Trump says he is not interested in ousting the Iranian regime; he reinstated economic sanctions on Iran after withdrawing from the nuke deal which he says would not have prevented Iran from eventually developing a nuclear weapon.
BTW: (Fox News) Dem. former Sec. of State and John Kerry deflects question about why he released $150 BILLION to Iran under Obama, and accused Trump of 'lies'. THAT’S RICH. In the past Kerry recognized that at least some of the money would end up in the hands of terrorists.
ALSO BTW: (Fox news) Muslim scholar on Iranians protesting shot down plane: 'This regime, for the first time ever, is seriously threatened' — that’s someone from the CFR, the Council on Foreign Relations.
ALSO: (Fox News) UK ambassador to UN echoes Trump's warning to Iran: 'Everyone is watching'
Mon, Jan 13, Hour 1:
Jesse gives a great monologue: You’re horny for mama. He talks about a young man at church
To live in spirit and truth is to stay in the presence of God. That’s walking in the spirit, not in the darkness of your imagination. But you gotta be born again. It’s wrong what your parents did to you, but it’s wrong to resent them. Then you become intellectual just like mama.
Brand new Biblical Question… It is a doozy. Should a man romance a woman? Jesse asks his producer, Nick: Have you ever romanced a woman?
Darren from London, England, first-time caller, is 43 today (Happy Birthday to ya!). He talks about anger, father, and mother.
Hour 2, Mon, Jan 13, 2020
(Drudge) 21 DAYS UNTIL IOWA WARREN SHOWS TEETH BERNING! (WHATEVER THAT MEANS) (NBC News) Sen. Elizabeth Warren (ANTI-CAPITALIST D-MA) says she’s 'disappointed' that Sen. Bernie Sanders (“INDEPENDENT” SOCIALIST-VT) reportedly 'sending his volunteers out to trash me' "Bernie knows me and has known me for a long time," Warren told the media. Reuters quotes her as saying: "I hope Bernie reconsiders and turns his campaign in a different direction." Bernie says he’s never said a negative word about her, saying she’s “a very good friend of mine.” Sanders is doing pretty well in the polls — supposedly first in Iowa and New Hampshire, and has targeted CAREER POLITICIAN and Obama VP Joe Biden and FORMER PROFESSOR Warren.
President Donald Trump took notice of Sanders' improved standing on Sunday, tweeting, "Wow! Crazy Bernie Sanders is surging in the polls, looking very good against his opponents in the Do Nothing Party," Trump wrote. "So what does this all mean? Stay tuned!"
"It means you're going to lose," Sanders fired back. OH PLEASE. YOU HAD A HEART ATTACK RECENTLY, BERNIE. YOU COWERED TO BLM GIRLS TOO.
(Drudge) Trump, Pelosi square off ahead of impeachment trial… (AP) — On Sunday ahead of Trump’s so-called impeachment trial, House Speaker Crazy Nancy Pelosi said senators will “pay a price” for blocking new witnesses (on ABC’s ‘This Week’) and President Trump quickly retorted Tweeting that she and House Intelligence Committee Chairman Shifty Adam Schiff should both testify. WOULDN’T THAT BE NICE. The House plans to vote this week to transmit the articles of impeachment to the Senate (FINALLY!) for the historic trial on charges of abuse of power and obstruction of Congress over Trump’s actions toward Ukraine. It will be only the third presidential impeachment trial in American history and could start this week.
Pelosi said the House vote last month means Trump will be “impeached forever” and “for life.” Trump tweeted, “Why should I have the stigma of Impeachment attached to my name when I did NOTHING wrong?” Trump call the House action a “totally partisan Hoax.’”
Sen. Maj. Ldr. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) walks a tightrope… (Wash. Post, shared by SF Gate) Kentucky voters admire President Trump. That’s ruby-red Kentucky. But that is what happened here in November in the governor's race, when the caustic incumbent managed to alienate enough of his base to fall just short.
This year, another polarizing and unpopular Republican will be up for reelection in the Bluegrass State. But Mitch McConnell has at least one key advantage that former governor Matt Bevin did not: As perhaps the most powerful man on Capitol Hill, he is positioned to drive a stake through efforts to oust a Republican who remains indisputably admired among Kentucky voters: President Donald Trump.
The Senate majority leader's insistence that he will coordinate Trump's impeachment trial with the White House - and that he has no intention of being impartial - has provoked howls of protest from Democrats. On Sunday, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., accused McConnell of orchestrating a "coverup" of Trump's actions.
It has also prompted speculation that he could jeopardize his slender majority by exposing Republicans in swing or Democratic-leaning states to accusations that they went along with a rigged process….
(Drudge) Fight for Bolton testimony echoes Lewinsky…
Twenty-one years ago former White House intern Lewinsky was at the center of a tug-of-war over whether she would testify in the U.S. Senate impeachment trial of President Bill Clinton, a Democrat.
Now it is Bolton, fired last September from his job as White House national security adviser, who is the potential prize witness in Republican President Donald Trump's impeachment trial. Democrats believe he possesses damaging information and want him to testify, while many Republicans, who control the Senate, do not want to hear from him.

Jesse talks about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle
Hour 3, Monday, January 13, 2020 - I host Hour 4, thehakereport.com
(Drudge) NYC bail reform springs a bank robbery suspect -- who then pulls off a 5th heist… Sprung on Thursday, he promptly robbed a fifth bank, in Brooklyn, on Friday, law enforcement sources told The NY Post. So cops spent Saturday hunting once again for fugitive Gerod Woodberry, who allegedly pulled four heists at Chase banks in Chelsea, the Upper West Side and the West Village between Dec. 30 and Jan. 8. (I guess stealing $1,000 at a time when it worked!) SMH, INSANE! Because Woodberry allegedly robbed using a note, rather than a gun, no New York jail can currently hold him, no matter how many times he strikes. HA! His alleged grand larcenies are classified as non-violent felonies. And under the bail reform law that took effect Jan. 1, most non-violent felonies — including bank robberies carried out without a weapon — are no longer bail eligible, meaning no judge can order him held pending trial. Should cops catch Woodberry on the fifth alleged heist, he’ll only be sprung again.
“I can’t believe they let me out,” Woodberry marveled as he retrieved his vouchered property at One Police Plaza in lower Manhattan, sources told The Post. “What were they thinking?” NYPD Commissioner Dermot Shea complained: “What motivation does this suspect have to return to court? None,” Shea tweeted. “This makes NYPD cops’ jobs harder, and makes New Yorkers less safe.” TRUE.
(Fox News) Florida man who spat on a 'MAGA' hat-wearing bar patron is sentenced to jail for 90 days (HE WHITE!). Matthias Ajple, 43, entered a no-contest plea Thursday and Judge David Morgan found Ajple guilty of battery. (He’d allegedly told police that he didn’t care because has “more time on this earth” than the older bar patron, Robert Youngblood, age 67, whom he’d spit on. WHAT AN EVIL IDIOT!)
Surveillance footage of the incident showed the attacker approach the victim at a bar in Vero Beach on Oct. 26. Ajple placed a paper towel on Youngblood's head to cover up the "Make America Great Again" lettering on the hat, and slapped the bill of the hat before telling him to "go back to Russia, you f--- communist," investigators said. Ajple then spat on Youngblood and left the bar. Youngblood took down Ajple's license plate and gave it to police. NICE.
Ajple told police when they arrested him, "I was just trying to protect you guys because I support law enforcement. Trump supporters are communist and racist." WHAT AN IDIOT! "I don't even care that I'm going to jail; this is actually exciting," he said. "Plus, I have more time on this earth than he does anyway; he probably feels so good about himself." Ajple must also pay a $155 to Youngblood, pay for all necessary court costs and avoid contact with him.
(Drudge) Almost No Chance of a Recession This Year, Experts Say… DON’T JINX IT! (Dow Jones-published Barron Magazine, sister publication to WSJ, has an article shared by Market Watch). Barron’s has an annual Roundtable in January.
(Drudge) An Obama campaign guru warns against Bernie… (Politico) Jim Messina, Obama’s 2012 campaign manager, says Sanders' socialism at the top of the ticket would be problematic for the party, and Trump would LOVE to run against Bernie Sanders — this amid Sanders’ first-place showing in an Iowa Poll. This Messina guy recently attended a fundraiser for Biden in Irvine, Calif., he said, because his wife is a supporter of the former vice president. BETA MALE!
(Drudge) BETA Judge Judy sets stage for Bloomberg's anti-Trump rally… OH GOSH. (NY Post) TV’s Judge Judy Sheindlin introduced Bloomberg at a restaurant with 45 supporters, taking a dig at the left-wing Democrats running for the nomination. “Those that are touting revolution in this country are wrong,” she said. “It’s the best country on earth … It should have the greatest president.” IT ALREADY DOES, WOMAN!
The Hake Report, Monday, January 12, 2020 - Hour 4 of Jesse Lee Peterson’s stream on YouTube, etc.
Hake talks briefly about a gay “conservative” (liberal) student president of a club who protested a Drag Queen Story Hour that was promoted by a city council in Australia, held at a library there. The University of Queensland was somehow involved. The gay guy was reportedly doxed / doxxed (according to Vincent James), and he committed suicide the next day! What a mess.
BTW: I’m gonna talk about this Lorena Gonzalez later, who wrote this AB5 law in California. Her husband is another politician down near San Diego, I think, and he tweeted recently celebrating a “rainbow crosswalk” somewhere, talking about “dignity and respect” for the “LGBTQ+”.... Hake says “dignity” would be leaving the degenerate lifestyle, and “respect” would be not proclaiming your perversion or vice as though it’s fine and not shameful.
Caller Log, courtesy of Jesse’s producer, Nick
Chris from Milwaukee, WI speaks on the censoring of conservatives. He describes what growing white in an all blacks school was like.
Louie from Idaho speaks on homosexuality and their suicides. He heard James reporting on a story which prompted his call.
Donning Armour from California responds to a shoutout and also talks race, jews, and vaccination.
James from Texas calls in to ask James his opinion about a word he learned: “specist”. To be specist is to be prejudiced to another species.
Lynn from Chicago comments on the guest that was on the Jesse Lee Peterson show, Lincoln Mitchell.
Emilio from Texas sounds like an illegal immigrant boasting that he is stealing all of the honey from the United States.
Joe K. from Phoenix, AZ calls in with the definition for the word specious (James and another caller I think misheard it as “specist”).
Judge Judy, what a disappointment, huh?
(NY Post) TV’s Judge Judy Sheindlin introduced Bloomberg at a restaurant with 45 supporters, taking a dig at the left-wing Democrats running for the nomination. “Those that are touting revolution in this country are wrong,” she said. “It’s the best country on earth … It should have the greatest president.” IT ALREADY DOES, WOMAN!
I’ll have to get to the rest of this tomorrow. I’d also mentioned this Sunday...:
California Lawmakers Are Trash
AB5 is an anti-independent contractor law, killing freedom of association, the right to work and contract, all because Uber is supposedly taking advantage of drivers. Democrats are worse than Uber. Lorena Gonzalez (sp) wrote the law. And Gavin Newsom (mr. sanctuary state) with the beta baby signed it into law.
I HAVE A BUNCH OF CLIPS! I guess I’ll play them tomorrow!
(Twitter) She says it’s not jobs that they’ve destroyed. And not all relied on the gig economy for their livelihood.
(KUSI News) She wishes every employee were in a union.
