Ex-CrowdStrike/NSA Hack(er) Says Russia Phished Burisma (Hake News, Tue 1/14/20)
Hour 1, Tuesday, January 14, 2020 -
(Drudge) BATTLE ON THE LEFT (Reuters) Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren (Pocahontas) campaigns are showing a rare sign of discord since Sunday when she accused him of sending volunteers to trash her, as I reported yesterday. They’re the two most well known “progressives” (anti-America socialists). Politico had reported Bernie’s campaign distributed talking points about his main rivals including Warren — supposedly saying that Warren was supported by "highly-educated, more affluent people who are going to show up and vote Democratic no matter what," rather than motivating people who do not normally vote (Reuters could not verify the talking points). SOUNDS TRUE AND DOESN’T SOUND LIKE TRASHING TO ME! JUST FACTS!
Sanders said Sunday he did not approve negative talking points. "We have over 500 people on our campaign. People do certain things. I'm sure that on Elizabeth's campaign people do certain things as well," Sanders told reporters after a rally in Iowa. "But you've heard me for months, I have never said a negative word about Elizabeth Warren, who is a friend of mine. We have differences on issues. That's what a campaign is about."
21 DAYS OF IOWA Bernie’s leading Iowa polls for Dems. HE SAYS A WOMAN CAN'T WIN? (CNN) Bernie Sanders told Elizabeth Warren in a private 2018 meeting that a woman can't win, sources say. (Fox News) Bernie denies saying a woman can’t win. I WISH THAT WERE TRUE!
(Drudge) Ukrainian gas company at center of impeachment 'hacked by Russian agents'... in November, according to a U.S. cybersecurity firm Area 1 Security (BBC). That’s Burisma Holdings, on whose board Hunter Biden served while Joe Biden was VP and handling Ukraine dealings. Joe Biden is now running for President. Area 1 linked the hack - a "phishing" attack - to Russia's military intelligence unit known commonly as the GRU.
(THEY GOT PHISHED?? LAAAAME! WHO’S IN THAT COMPANY, PAUL KRUGMAN OF NY TIMES? I JOKE BECAUSE PAUL KRUGMAN ALWAYS THINKS SCAMS ARE REAL, TALKING ABOUT CHILD PORN AND SEX CAMS BEING POSSIBLY PUT ON HIS COMPUTER WITHOUT HIS PERMISSION...) ANYWAY… “PHISHING” IS WHEN THEY SOLICIT INFO UNDER FALSE PRETENSES AND YOU GIVE IT TO THEM! In its eight-page report, California-based firm Area 1 said the GRU hackers behind the Burisma breach are known by the alias "Fancy Bear" among cybersecurity researchers.
I recall that Burisma, according to Wash. Post (depending on who’s writing the article) is “Ukraine’s largest private gas company,” and/or “an obscure Ukrainian gas company” (Sorta hints at how dishonest Wash. Post is…). They paid Where’s Hunter (as Trump calls Joe Biden’s son) thousands or tens of thousands of dollars a month to be on their board, despite any lack of experience. The company was being investigated for a few different things. BBC claims, without evidence, that it’s a “debunked theory” that Joe Biden tried to quash a probe of Burisma to protect his son.
BBC also claims, without evidence, that hackers gained access to the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and to the campaign of President Trump's then-electoral rival Hillary Clinton. However, to my knowledge, that has not been proven — DNC emails and Podesta emails may well have been leaked by someone inside, rather than hacked by someone outside. Neither theory is proven. Area 1 co-founder Blake Darche claims, however, that he is “100% certain” that GRU (the Russia outfit) was behind a hack. Hm. Wonder what kind of person Blake Darché is, and whether he’s trustworthy. According to his Twitter account he’s formerly from CrowdStrike (which Trump says got the DNC server in question) and he was an NSA hacker for the government (NSA’s infamous for spying on Americans). SO HE APPEARS TO HAVE A CONFLICT OF INTEREST!
(NBC News) Trump says the DNC gave their server to CrowdStrike, not the FBI… which Trump said is a company owned by a very wealthy Ukrainian.
The gallery below shows seemingly contradicting excerpts from two articles from Wash. Post about Ukrainian energy company Burisma, which in one article Oct 2 calls Burisma “an obscure Ukrainian gas company,” and in another the same night calls it “Ukraine’s largest private gas company” — I suppose both could be true, since Ukraine is a somewhat obscure country for some. But I find it sketchy how wildly different descriptions by the media can both be accurate but leave a different impression. This just shows how one can deceive people with facts — spread a lie by telling facts.
Tue, Jan 14, Hour 1:
Jesse gives a great monologue, telling a story about discussing his Twitter poll at the gym: Would you rather marry an educated woman for a degree or a sensible woman without a degree? Men are afraid of women — afraid to be honest in front of women! That’s that mama spirit.
Robin from MA, first-time caller, says he does catechism, and has even done Jesse’s Silent Prayer. He asks about the Catholic church. He asks about the pope, a beta male with anger, and a liberal.
Jesse gives another great monologue: Everybody’s afraid of somebody. Men, women, whites, blacks, Jews, Arabs, etc. Example: Daily Mail…
Hour 2, Tue, Jan 14, 2020 - Women’s Forum on Thursday 7 PM, ladies! FINALLY up on rebuildingtheman.com/events
(Drudge) POLL: 66% Want To See Bolton Testify In Senate Trial… HOW ABOUT SCHIFF? That’s according to Quinnipiac University.
Fight for Bolton’s testimony echoes Monica Lewinsky… about whom Bill Clinton lied about not having sex with her… the supposed parallel is written about by Richard Cowan in the far-left outlet Reuters. But John Bolton was just an angry pro-war RINO who seems to like us meddling in other countries more than Trump and others on his team do.
(Drudge) GOP leadership says: There aren't 51 votes to dismiss the articles… of impeachment. WEAK! (The Hill) That’s according to Sen. Roy Blunt (R-Mo.), although Trump endorsed an "outright dismissal" over the weekend, tweeting on Sunday: "Many believe that by the Senate giving credence to a trial based on the no evidence, no crime, read the transcripts, 'no pressure' Impeachment Hoax, rather than an outright dismissal, it gives the partisan Democrat Witch Hunt credibility that it otherwise does not have. I agree!" Blunt, the No. 4 Senate Republican, told reporters, "I think our members generally are not interested in a motion to dismiss. ... Certainly there aren't 51 votes for a motion to dismiss." Multiple Republicans, including Sens. Susan Collins (Maine) and Rob Portman (Ohio), have indicated they would oppose a motion to dismiss. RINOs!
RINO Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts leading trial, but this woman is shaping it… ALWAYS A WOMAN! (Politico) Elizabeth MacDonough, the first female Senate parliamentarian, will be advising the chief justice on how to address arcane procedural questions. SMH, RME.
New Yorker MAG calls William Barr President's Sword and Shield… in an article by David Rohde. Wonder if they wrote about AG Eric Holder who said he’s Obama’s wingman, and they protected each other from trouble amidst scandals like Fast & Furious.
TV Nets Blast Trump with 93% Neg News… YEP! And ¾ of it is about impeachment — three fourths! — in the first 100 days since House Democrats began their phony impeachment push on Sept. 24 (Newsbusters). That’s the big three network TV channels ABC, CBS, and NBC aggressively aiding the impeachment push.
(Drudge) Up to 10 Republican senators consider bucking Trump (NOT BACKING HIM) on war powers… in a resolution that would limit his ability to take military action against Iran. The increasing number is the latest sign of growing GOP frustration over the Trump administration’s justification for the drone strike that killed Iranian Gen. Qassem Soleimani. Sen. Tim Kaine (D-Va.) is circulating a bipartisan resolution that would direct Trump to remove U.S. forces from any hostilities against Iran within 30 days of its enactment.
GOP Sens. Mike Lee (Utah) and Rand Paul (Ky.) have already voiced their support for the measure, and Kaine says about eight more Republicans, including Sens. Susan Collins (Maine), Lisa Murkowski (Alaska), Todd Young (Ind.) and Mitt Romney (Utah), are reviewing it. RINOs! USUAL SUSPECTS! AMIRIGHT? Democrats can force a vote on the measure at any time, but Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) on Monday said a vote will happen later in the week.
Tue, Jan 14, Hour 2:
Emilio from Texas calls in with a suspected fake accent. He’d called Hake yesterday.
Kelly from Michigan talks about her issues, working 16-18 hours a day, no days off, taking care of her husband and kids, sleeping 4-5 hours a night. She asks about God rewarding her for doing right. But God gives to you because you’re his children, not because you do what’s right. Rewards build the ego, and people will take advantage of your kids if you send them out looking for a reward. After Jesse hangs up with her, he says she should not compare herself to her husband and “just be.”
Marilyn from FL thanks Jesse. She’s not afraid of being called racist, etc. When you have perfect love you don’t have fear of losing something, your job, your wife, your kids.
Story: Trump retweeted a meme of Pelosi and Schumer dressed like Muslim females wearing a hijab in front of an Iranian flag.
Story: GayAustralian student Gavin Wilson committed suicide (Jesse doesn’t mention he’s gay, as Nick left it out by accident) after being maligned for protesting a Drag Queen Story Hour, leading fellow student activists. They chanted “Drag queens are not for kids.” Australian media and the rest of the children of Satan called them “homophobic.” When you stand for what’s right, Satan doesn’t like it, and you have to be ready to deal with the attacks on you.
Robert from IN gives a positive report on his life.
Michael from Michigan, first-time caller, has his daughter going to Catholic school. He told her she doesn’t have to go to confession. He has three kids with his fianceé whom he’s living with. His sister’s getting married in Mexico. Can he afford all that? Jesse holds him over to the third hour.
Hour 3, Tue, Jan 14, 2020 - I host Hour 4 - thehakereport.com
(Drudge) Iran makes arrests over plane disaster as protests rage on… (Reuters) Students are keeping up the pressure of daily protests (STUDENTS ARE USUALLY LIBERALS, NO GOOD!) — but — Fox News says protestors blame Iran for shooting down the plane. Iran’s military took days to admit it shot the passenger plane down (killing all 176 people aboard). Tension has built up since the U.S. quit the Iran Nuclear Deal and reinstated economic sanctions to pressure Iran. European powers have triggered a pact dispute mechanism as well (whatever that means).
So Iran said on Tuesday it had arrested people accused of a role in shooting down a Ukrainian airliner and had also detained 30 people involved in protests that have swept the nation for four days since the military belatedly admitted its error.
The Islamic Republic’s clerical leaders took power four decades ago. (Late 70s?) In a step that will increase diplomatic pressure, Britain, France and Germany launched a dispute mechanism to challenge Iran for breaching limits on its nuclear programme under an agreement which Washington abandoned in 2018.
Since the United States killed Iran's most powerful military commander in a drone strike on Jan. 3, Tehran has faced escalating confrontation with the West and unrest at home, both reaching levels with little precedent in its modern history.
Iran shot down the airliner on Wednesday when its military was on high alert, hours after it had fired missiles at U.S. targets in Iraq. After days of denying a role in the air crash, it admitted it on Saturday, calling it a tragic mistake.
Protesters, many of them students, have held daily demonstrations since then, chanting "Clerics get lost!" and calling for the removal of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, in power for more than 30 years.
Police have responded to some protests with a supposedly violent crackdown, batons, tear gas, and possibly live rounds — one lady was allegedly shot in the leg and left a bloody sidewalk after she was carried away. I reported this stuff yesterday, with Trump warning them not to kill peaceful protestors.
(Drudge) Spike Lee to be first black head of this year’s Cannes film festival jury… OH GOSH, HE’S HORRIBLE! MAYBE IN HIS YOUNGER DAYS HE MIGHTA BEEN OK? (AFP article shared by Yahoo News) He’s the maker of "Malcolm X" (I AM MALCOLM X! … SO CORNY...) and "Do the Right Thing," among many others — he has premiered seven of his films at the festival, and showed his last film "BlacKkKlansman" at Cannes two years ago. He’s 62! He said, "I'm honoured to be the first person of the African diaspora (USA) to be named president of the Cannes jury and of a main film festival." Cannes is held in May on the French Riviera. Lee will also be awarded a Palme d'Or, the festival's top award, for lifetime achievement. In a written statement from his home in "Da People's Republic Of Brooklyn, New York" (SOUNDS COMMUNIST!), Lee said Cannes had changed his life.
The far-left French outlet AFP says there’s a “Lack of diversity” at Cannes. RME! — saying: Only one Asian has ever led the Cannes jury in its 73-year history. French actress Isabelle Adjani, whose father was Algerian, became the first person of African descent (BUT NOT BLACK) to lead the jury in 1997.
More than 80 actresses and female filmmakers led by then jury president Cate Blanchett staged a red carpet protest at Cannes for SO-CALLED equality in the film industry in 2018. Spike Lee was vocal in his support for the women at the time. KISSUP!
Last year the first Mexican presided over the festival — Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu.

Tue, Jan 14, Hour 3:
Jesse gets back to Michael from Lansing, MI, first-time caller, about his sister having a “destination wedding” in Mexico. Jesse urges him to think for himself. He says he kinda already knew what to do about his daughter’s school.
The Hake Report, Tuesday, January 14, 2020, 9 AM US PST (Los Angeles), Hour 4 of Jesse Lee Peterson’s stream on YouTube, etc.
I still need to deal with this...
AB5 is an anti-independent contractor law (they call it freelance or gig economy), killing freedom of association, the right to work and contract, all because liberals are attacking Uber for supposedly taking advantage of drivers. Democrats are worse than Uber.
Lorena Gonzalez (sp) wrote the law. And Gavin Newsom (Mr. Sanctuary State governor) with the beta baby signed it into law.
I HAVE A BUNCH OF CLIPS from KUSI (local San Diego news): Assemblywoman Lorena Gonzalez-Fletcher responds to Californians hurt by AB 5! I guess I’ll play!
(Twitter) She says it’s not jobs that they’ve destroyed. And not all relied on the gig economy for their livelihood.
(KUSI News) Was #AB5 designed to favor labor unions by reclassifying freelancers and independent contractors as employees? The bill's author, @LorenaSGonzalez , says it wasn't, but added, "I think it would be great if all employees were unionized." (This is in clip 13-11i).
BTW: Central Valley journalist Emma Gallegos tweeted: The @nytimes is hiring a contractor to write about California real estate, but because of #AB5 they will not be hiring anyone in California.
NY is taking a cue from CA
Also: Liberal-seeming writer Miles Howard tweeted: The thesis behind #AB5 is already spreading to other states, and all I can say is that if your “solution” to contract worker misclassification is to make contract work financially impossible altogether, you are not a friend of working people.
Miles quote-tweeted a tweet by NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D), who tweeted: The gig economy is thriving — but corporations aren’t sharing the spoils with workers. We must end the exploitation of “independent contractors” by passing legislation that appropriately classifies workers and reaffirms their rights. #SOTS2020 #MakingProgressHappen
Cuomo shared some dumb proposal under the guise of “making progress happen” by pretending to “Protect gig economy workers,” saying, “This year more than 40% of the workforce will be in jobs related to the gig economy…. Gov Cuomo will propose legislation to make sure these workers are appropriately classified and aren’t denied protections and benefits they deserve.” SMH!
Caller Log, courtesy of Jesse’s producer, Nick
Chris from Arizona visited the border on the weekend where you know what is going up! She noticed articles of clothing strewn about probably left by illegals. She describes her time there. She also brings up some advice JLP gave to a caller about not expecting any rewards.
Lorin from Idaho speaks on Ab-5 and how it’s going to affect the entertainment industry big time. DJs, performers, bands, musicians are all pretty much out of luck. Lorin also touches on vaccinations and his thoughts on the topic.
Michael from Minnesota makes the good point that the people for minimum wage are hurting themselves. It was minimum wage that allowed lower skilled balck men to get jobs over their white counterparts. Same goes for women, if a man were paid more she could just offer her labor for a lower wage.
Louie from Idaho didn’t appreciate James suggesting counseling from Jesse but James says he merely suggested it not a personal thing. Louie says he will schedule counseling.
Eric from Scotland calls in with some info about vaccines and some deeper reading for viewers. Eric is knowledgeable on a few related topics and informs viewers on a few health related topics.
