What’s up with Fort Hood?
(Far-left female outlet TheSkimm) The Army's punishing 14 senior officers at Fort Hood — after an independent panel reviewed the “climate and culture” at the Texas Army base of about 36,000 soldiers — one of the largest in the US. In recent years, Fort Hood's seen dozens of cases of sexual assaults, suicides, accidental deaths, and homicides. And in 2020, the number of homicides there rose to five – higher than the last four years combined. One, in particular, gained national attention (including from politicians and celebrities) and prompted the review.
This one girl died
In April, 20-year-old Private First Class Vanessa Guillen (gui-YEN, a Mexican girl born in Houston) disappeared from Fort Hood – soon after telling her family she'd been “sexually harassed.” For weeks the family demanded answers, accusing the Army of dragging its feet on the investigation into her disappearance. Over the summer, her remains were found about 30 miles outside of Fort Hood. Her accused attacker – a fellow soldier 20yo Aaron David Robinson, who was black – reportedly died by suicide.
(The suspect Robinson had a white-looking girlfriend with a Hispanic last name who was OLDER THAN HIM, 22yo Cecily Anne Aguilar, who has been the estranged wife of ANOTHER soldier — who looks maybe black-Hispanic.)
Her story launched a wave of #IAmVanessaGuillen posts on social media (RME) from fellow service members sharing their experiences with SO-CALLED sexual harassment and assault.
SOLUTION? NO MORE WOMEN, GAYS, OR TRANSGENDERS IN MILITARY!
Back to that bigger investigation
After 2,500 interviews and 31,000 responses to a survey, this so-called “independent panel” found that Fort Hood's command climate was a "permissive environment for sexual assault and sexual harassment." That the Army's response and prevention program was "structurally flawed." And that many sexual abuse claims went unreported because soldiers feared retaliation. The review also claimed that two decades of constant deployments drew attention away from soldiers' well-being, and contributed to social problems on the base.
Army Secretary Ryan McCarthy (A POLITICIAN, under Trump, about 47) fired or suspended 14 officials from their duties – including a general. And called for a separate investigation focused on the base's Criminal Investigation Command unit – which is responsible for probing crimes on Fort Hood. The panel submitted 70 recommendations to end the “toxic culture” (TheSkimm’s word, toxic), focusing on things like protocols around missing soldiers and crime prevention. And as the Army continues its investigation, officers may face more disciplinary action.
The Army's move could be one of the largest disciplinary actions ever taken by the military service. And the investigation has provided a glimpse of what's been happening at Fort Hood for years, amid growing calls for transparency. PSH, by the scum of the earth.

Trump says: Legislators and Judges Need ‘Courage’ to Do What’s Right
(The Epoch Times) QUOTE: “Let’s see whether or not somebody has the courage—whether it’s a legislator or legislatures, or whether it’s a justice of the Supreme Court or a number of justices of the Supreme Court. Let’s see if they have the courage to do what everybody in this country knows is right,” Trump told a press conference in Washington during a summit on COVID-19 vaccines.
“... if somebody has the courage, I know who the next administration will be.”
Some reporter asked him why he wouldn’t include Biden’s wannabe administration in talks about Covid. Our Real President said that Trump won, and not Biden, and that we’ll see who the next administration is.

Trump Says He Will Intervene in Texas’ SCOTUS Election Case
“We will be INTERVENING in the Texas (plus many other states) case. This is the big one. Our Country needs a victory!” Real President Donald Trump tweeted.
That means that he (and/or his lawyer[s]) will be joining the suit brought by Texas Republican Attorney General Ken Paxton.
An intervention, in legal terms, is a procedure that lets a nonparty join ongoing litigation if the case affects the rights of that party. The court considering an application to intervene, in this case the U.S. Supreme Court, has the discretion to allow or deny such a request.
In the lawsuit, Texas is alleging that Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin introduced last-minute unconstitutional changes to election laws, treated voters unequally, and triggered significant voting irregularities by relaxing ballot-integrity measures. The lawsuit is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to declare that the four battleground states conducted the 2020 election in violation of the Constitution.
The suit, filed on Dec. 7 and docketed the next day, is also seeking to prohibit the count of the Electoral College votes cast by the four states. For the defendant states that have already appointed electors, it asks the court to direct the state legislatures to appoint new electors in line with the Constitution.
Trump’s remarks about joining the suit as an intervenor came after several states expressed their support for the lawsuit. Attorneys general for Arkansas, Alabama, Missouri, and Louisiana have issued statements in support of Paxton’s motion.
Courage!
On Tuesday, the president wondered if lawmakers or judges have the courage to help him challenge election results in key battleground states.
“Let’s see whether or not somebody has the courage—whether it’s a legislator or legislatures, or whether it’s a justice of the Supreme Court or a number of justices of the Supreme Court. Let’s see if they have the courage to do what everybody in this country knows is right,” Trump told a press conference in Washington during a summit on COVID-19 vaccines.
He also tweeted: “We will soon be learning about the word “courage”, and saving our Country. I received hundreds of thousands of legal votes more, in all of the Swing States, than did my opponent. ALL Data taken after the vote says that it was impossible for me to lose, unless FIXED!”
Details
In the complaint to the Supreme Court, AG Paxton argues that the four battleground states illegally [changed up stuff] right before the Nov. 3 election — for example, through the use of so-called friendly lawsuits, in which the plaintiff and the defendant collude to procure a court order, the lawsuit alleges.
In other instances, a variety of state election officials allegedly exceeded their authority doing stuff that should have been decided by each state’s legislature, as required by the Constitution’s Elections and Electors clause.
“The states violated statutes enacted by their duly elected legislatures, thereby violating the Constitution. By ignoring both state and federal law, these states have not only tainted the integrity of their own citizens’ vote, but of Texas and every other state that held lawful elections,” Paxton said in a statement.
