James was out today again — this time the full day. Nick and Joel presented “Black and Brown” news, talking about Corona selling more beer during the coronavirus scare. A black football player or someone got in trouble for cheating on his wife with her sister or something! (I can’t find the story in a cursory Google search.) Kevin Garnett supposedly got the virus. And other madness! Thanks, guys!

Nick filling-in for Hake News…

Jesse had some great calls today as well.

One guy from Orange County is basically bedridden, needing a hip replacement or something — and living back with his mother at age 35! He trashes his father as an alcoholic and not a good person. But he thinks his mother’s a good person. He’s becoming an alcoholic too! He calls his dad an a**hole, and says his dad was his first fistfight. He started the conversation talking about a pastor he looked up to who supposedly had sex with a young teenage girl.

Jesse’s biblical question this week is: What does it mean when people say “the God of the Bible”? (Yesterday another man who’s living with his mother in another state — Kevin had a very interesting call with Jesse then.)
