3/5/20 Thu Hour 1: The Jesse Lee Peterson Show
Jesse covers Chuck Schumer threatening Supreme Court justices over abortion. Will they get rid of Schumer?
Russ from Hampton, VA, tries to challenge Jesse, saying he doesn’t need to forgive his mother. His parents divorced when he was 5 or 6, and he says his father chose not to be in his life, because he could have picked up the phone. But he can’t think of anything his mother did wrong.
JR from somewhere used to not be a fan, but now he is. He’s black, age 33.
Sean from Phoenix, AZ, first-time caller, talks about his mother. He’s having a daughter soon. BETA! Let mama go! Stay out of your thoughts. He hasn’t been sticking with the Silent Prayer. Suffer!
Joel reads Super Chats. Jesse says: Don’t listen to people who say “no one’s perfect”! Then Joel continues…. Jesse talks more about people believing wrong things.
Lori from Dallas, TX, says she’s the mother. She also talks about her husband who she says was abusive. Jesse holds her over to Hour 2...

(Drudge) Schumer threatens Trump Justices Kavanaugh and Gorsuch on the Supreme Court steps, saying...'You won't know what hit you'... — the Democrat’s language was in support of killing babies in the womb. Radical feminists like him are worried the Supreme Court may admit abortion is not a matter of the woman’s privacy. (National Review) Schumer Claims Conservative Supreme Court Justices Will ‘Pay the Price’ If They Rule against Abortion Advocates. QUOTE: “I want to tell you, Gorsuch. I want to tell you, Kavanaugh. You have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price,” Schumer told a cheering crowd of abortion-rights advocates in front of the Supreme Court. “You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions,” the New York Democrat added.
A spokesman for Schumer said the minority leader’s comments were a “reference to the political price” Republicans will pay for putting Gorsuch and Kavanaugh on the court (LYING!), as well as a warning that the justices will inspire a “major grassroots movement on the issue of reproductive rights against the decision.”
In a rare rebuke, Chief Justice John ROBERTS SLAMMED Schumer’s comments as: 'DANGEROUS'... (NBC News) Late Wednesday, Roberts said, "Statements of this sort from the highest levels of government are not only inappropriate, they are dangerous. All members of the Court will continue to do their job, without fear or favor, from whatever quarter." NOT TRUE!
(NBC) In 2018, Roberts responded to Trump's criticism of a federal judge as "an Obama judge." QUOTE: "We do not have Obama judges or Trump judges, Bush judges or Clinton judges," Roberts said then. "What we have is an extraordinary group of dedicated judges doing their level best to do equal right to those appearing before them." THAT’S A LIE, YOU WEAK RINO JUDGE!
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., plans to blast Schumer in a speech on the Senate floor on Thursday.
(National Review) The Supreme Court on Wednesday took up June Medical Services v. Russo, which considers the constitutionality of a 2014 Louisiana law requiring doctors who perform abortions to obtain admitting privileges at a hospital within 30 miles of their clinic, a credential many abortionists do not have. According to critics of the law, it threatens to shut down all but one abortion clinic in Louisiana, which sees roughly 10,000 abortions every year.
The Unsafe Abortion Protection Act was introduced by pro-life Democrat state senator Katrina Jackson (SHE BLACK!), who told National Review she considers her bill “a health-standard law” that is “very common sense.” QUOTE: “Basically, Louisiana, unknowingly to us, had a lower standard of care for women who elected to have abortions in some places,” Jackson said. “And so what we did was make sure that that standard of health care that we established in Louisiana for years also applied to abortion.”
The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in favor of the law in September. The Supreme Court will consider whether to allow the lower court’s ruling to stand or whether the law conflicts with a 2016 precedent ruling that Texas cannot restrict abortion in a way that creates an undue burden for women seeking abortions. RIDICULOUS!
Female pro-life activists support this law, saying it protects women’s health while they’re getting abortions, and that abortion shouldn’t be given a pass on health regulations. SMH. SO IT’S NOT GETTING TO THE ROOT ISSUE THAT IT SHOULDN’T EVEN BE LEGAL IN THE FIRST PLACE.
“Louisiana’s abortion businesses have a long and well-documented history of serious health and safety violations that have systematically placed women and girls at risk,” said Marilyn Musgrave, the pro-life Susan B. Anthony List’s vice president of government affairs. “The state has an obligation to regulate these businesses just as they regulate all other ambulatory surgical centers,” Musgrave added. “It is disingenuous for anyone to claim they care about women and yet actively work to lower the bar on women’s health and safety.”
“Women deserve this very basic care and respect,” said Jeanne Mancini, president of the March for Life. “Abortion shouldn’t be given a pass on health regulations and oversight.”
Rep. Jim Jordan tweeted: First Schumer tells President-elect Trump: "You take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you." (AND THEY TRIED TO!) Today he threatens 2 Supreme Court justices: "You will pay the price. You won't know what hit you."
So Trump tweeted: This is a direct & dangerous threat to the U.S. Supreme Court by Schumer. If a Republican did this, he or she would be arrested, or impeached. Serious action MUST be taken NOW!
Trump also tweeted: There can be few things worse in a civilized, law abiding nation, than a United States Senator openly, and for all to see and hear, threatening the Supreme Court or its Justices. This is what Chuck Schumer just did. He must pay a severe price for this!

(Drudge) Empty stores, more than two dozen quarantined firefighters: Washington city at virus epicenter reels as death toll rises… (LA Times) Few people shake hands anymore. This is in Kirkland, WA, a suburb of Seattle. Of the 11 U.S. deaths from the coronavirus epidemic, eight were residents of a local nursing home that is struggling to care for others who may have been infected. An additional death occurred at a Kirkland hospital. “I can’t kiss my kids,” said Hamid Dabbaghian, a 48-year-old cashier at the Kirkland Whole Foods who recently moved here from Iran and feared catching the virus from customers. “As a newcomer to the U.S., I’m worried about my family, and worried that if I die, what will they do.”
Kirkland is an upscale suburb on the east shore of Lake Washington, with sunset views over the water and the tops of Seattle towers beyond. Its downtown features art galleries, whimsical sculptures, a marina and a Little League baseball field.
Like many cities in the area, it’s undergoing rapid growth and gentrification, with condominium construction and rising real estate prices. It has a Google campus and Northwest University, a Christian liberal arts school. GOD’S JUDGMENT! J/K
(Drudge) Trump blames Obama… for the test kit shortage (far-left UK site The Guardian) “The Obama administration made a decision on testing that turned out to be very detrimental to what we’re doing, and we undid that decision a few days ago so that the testing can take place in a much more accurate and rapid fashion,” he told reporters during a White House meeting with airline executives, whom he had called to discuss the economic effects of the outbreak. “That was a decision we disagreed with,” he said. “I don’t think we would have made it, but for some reason, it was made.”
Robert Redfield, the director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), said private laboratories used to be able to develop clinical tests but “in the previous administration that became regulated. For someone to do that they had to file with the FDA”, Redfield said.
The responsibility for the coronavirus test kit shortage appears to lie with the CDC’s choice to develop and distribute its own kit rather than use the one recommended by the World Health Organization, according to ProPublica. But the CDC’s tests didn’t work, falsely flagging harmless samples that contained viruses other than Covid-19.
Moreover, Trump ordered the dissolution of the National Security Council’s global health security unit and reassigned its head. The former national security adviser John Bolton also pressured the team’s counterpart at the Department of Homeland Security to resign.
