(Drudge) ATLANTA COP WHO SHOT RAYSHARD BROOKS CHARGED WITH FELONY MURDER... he’s facing 11 total charges, talk about drama! (extremist anti-American AP) — Prosecutors brought murder charges Wednesday against the white (THEY MAKE SURE TO SAY WHITE!) Atlanta police officer who shot Rayshard Brooks in the back, saying that Brooks was not a deadly threat and that the officer kicked the wounded black man and offered no medical treatment for over two minutes as he lay dying on the ground.
Brooks, 27, was holding a stun gun he had snatched from officers, and he fired it at them during the clash, but he was running away at the time and was 18 feet, 3 inches from Officer Garrett Rolfe, also 27, when Rolfe started shooting, District Attorney Paul Howard said in announcing the charges. Stun guns have a range of around 15 feet. TALK ABOUT NITPICKING THE OFFICERS!
(Daily Mail) The officer kicked him as he lay dying on the ground... claims the DA. Can you blame him? We haven’t seen the video. Rayshard was a father of three daughters and an older stepchild — he’d married a single mother. And he threw his life away, SMH.
A second officer, Devin Brosnan, 26, stood on Brooks’ shoulder as he struggled for his life, Howard said. Brosnan was charged with aggravated assault and violating his oath.
The DA, Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard, supposedly claims the second officer agreed to testify against the first — although we don’t know that to be true. I think it’s more likely that he agreed to cooperate with the investigation.
More silliness
The widow’s attorney L. Chris Stewart pretended this is “justice.”
“We shouldn’t have to celebrate as African Americans when we get a piece of justice like today. We shouldn’t have to celebrate and parade when an officer is held accountable,” attorney L. Chris Stewart said.
Brooks’ widow, Tomika Miller, said it was painful to hear the new details of what happened to her husband in his final minutes.
“I felt everything that he felt, just by hearing what he went through, and it hurt. It hurt really bad,” she said.
Scores of officers call out of work...
RIGHT ON. (NY Post) this is after the ex-officers were charged. (Rolf had been fired Saturday after the Friday incident.)
“The department is experiencing a higher than usual number of call-outs with the incoming shift,” the Atlanta PD tweeted. Then they tweeted, without evidence, that they “have enough resources to maintain operations and remain able to respond to incidents.”
(Journalist and activist Mike Cernovich tweeted: After mass walkouts among members of the Atlanta police department, the mayor began requesting assistance from mutual aid jurisdictions. Officers from these jurisdictions are refusing to respond to any call other than one for an officer down.)
Atlanta’s black female leftist Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms (who’s also appeared on Oprah) told CNN’s “Cuomo Prime Time” that “It’s my hope that our officers will remember the commitment they made when they held up their hands and were sworn in as police officers.”

(Drudge) UPDATE: Buffalo protester pushed by cops has fractured skull, cannot walk…
That’s 75-year-old Martin Gugino, a phony commie “peace activist” who wouldn’t get out of cops way and fell backwards and bled from the head in Buffalo, NY.
"I am not at liberty to elaborate at this time other than to confirm that his skull was fractured," Gugino's attorney Kelly Zarcone said. "While he is not able to walk yet, we were able to have a short conversation before he became too tired. He is appreciative of all of the concern about him but he is still focused on the issues rather than himself."
CNN has not been able to speak with Gugino directly, but in her press statement, Zarcone passed along a message from him: "I think it's very unnecessary to focus on me. There are plenty of other things to think about besides me."
(He’d bragged on his longtime blog profile that he’d been arrested 4 times, and never convicted. The Conservative Treehouse blog said he appeared to be skimming the officer’s channel.)
Officers Aaron Torgalski, 39, and Robert McCabe, 32, each pleaded not guilty to second-degree assault and have been released on their own recognizance without bail.

As protests spread to small-town America, militia groups respond… and the extremist anti-American outlet Wash. He claims Trump should have been impeached for other involvement in law enforcement issues that Bolton pretends was politically motivated. Trump is the least politically motivated person in the government.
He claims TRUMP ASKED Chinese President XI Jin-Ping FOR RE-ELECTION HELP and ignored Beijing’s human-rights abuse. VERY LAUGHABLE, because no one’s been tougher on China than Trump. But Bolton claims Trump OK'D CONCENTRATION CAMPS
POMPEO allegedly wrote that: POTUS 'FULL OF SH**' in a note to John Bolton. Not surprised if true — Pompeo can’t handle Trump’s realness. Bolton said Pompeo slipped him a note during the North Korea meeting with Kim Jong-Un in 2018 (The Sun).
DC ROCKED of course — phony people love this mess. NBC claims it describes the President as “erratic” and “ill-informed.” By that they’d mean effective, unpredictable, and more in touch with the real people of the country… if they were honest.

A disgruntled boring fool who only wanted to go to war. Never had a clue, was ostracized & happily dumped. What a dope!
Trump also pointed out that even Bush fired him.
This morning he tweeted: Bolton’s book, which is getting terrible reviews, is a compilation of lies and made up stories, all intended to make me look bad. Many of the ridiculous statements he attributes to me were never made, pure fiction. Just trying to get even for firing him like the sick puppy he is!
