Report: ICE Agents Ordered to Stop Using Term ‘Illegal Alien’
(Breitbart / Washington Times) With Biden in control, ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) has moved to police its agents’ words, telling them the terms “alien” and “illegal alien” may no longer be used in any documents.
Instead, agents have been ordered to use “undocumented” — as in “undocumented noncitizen” or “undocumented individual.”
David Shaw, acting assistant director of domestic operations at Homeland Security Investigations, gave the order that applies to all official documents, memos and even emails.
Biden has sought to halt the use of the term “alien” in federal immigration laws — like female Dems at the state level.
A draft of Biden’s immigration legislation reads that “the bill...recognizes America as a nation of immigrants by changing the [ACCURATE] word ‘alien’ to [THE VERY VAGUE] ‘noncitizen’ in our immigration laws.”
For years, the open borders lobby and migration activists have sought to eliminate the terms “alien” and “illegal alien” from federal immigration law and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) documents.
In April 2013, the extreme-left AP (Associated Press) Stylebook (which many media outlets follow) dropped the term — under a female VP — at a time many liberal media outlets (college papers, TV networks ABC, NBC, CNN) quit using it. Supposedly half of Hispanic voters felt it was “offensive,” and sleazy activists want to pretend that no human is illegal.
In March 2016, the Library of Congress said they’d quit calling illegal aliens what they are.

Both AP and NY Times promoted a radical homosexual Filipino illegal alien Jose Antonio Vargas who came out as an illegal. He has an org called “Define American” and pushes these lies bigtime.
He was part of The Washington Post team that won the Pulitzer Prize for Breaking News Reporting in 2008 for coverage of the Virginia Tech shooting online and in print.[2]
He wrote, produced, and directed the autobiographical 2013 film Documented, which CNN Films broadcast in June 2014.
Vargas is the founder of Define American, a nonprofit organization intended to open up dialogue about the criteria people use to determine who is an American. He has said: "I am an American. I just don't have the right papers."[5]
In September 2018 his memoir, Dear America: Notes of an Undocumented Citizen, was published by Dey Street.[6]
Vargas came out as gay during his senior year of high school in 1999, a decision he later described as "less daunting than coming out about my legal status".[3] He spoke out against the Defense of Marriage Act, calling it an immigration issue that disadvantages people similar to him from "marry[ing] my way into citizenship like straight people can".[11]
Democrats to Push Joe Biden’s Amnesty Chief Through the Senate
(Breitbart) No Democratic senators (who have a one-vote majority with Kamala Harris as tie-breaker) are expected to oppose [DHS sec.] nominee Alejandro Mayorkas, whose pro-migration, pro-Wall Street policies tend to push Americans to the sidelines, lower wages, and reduce technology investment — and bring in more un-American Democrat voters.
In the so-called Homeland Security Committee, Republican-In-Name-Only Sens. Mitt Romney (RINO-UT) and Rob Portman (RINO-OH) joined with Democrats to deliver a 7:4 vote approving Mayorkas.
Mayorkas is expected to use regulatory change and administrative shenanigans to put many illegals on a fast track to green cards and citizenship — de facto amnesty.
The GOP exposed several scandals during Mayorkas’ prior term in office, such as EB-5 visas for wealthy foreign investors. CHEAP LABOR, CRONY IMMIGRATION, AND VOTE BRIBERY.
NO MORE GOV’T TRANSPARENCY ON WORK PERMIT CORRUPTION
(Revolver / Breitbart) The worker-rights office was announced January 13 by President Donald Trump’s deputies and canceled January 26 by Biden’s deputies.
The short-lived office was intended to document and expose the corporate discrimination against Americans that is fueled by the huge Occupational Practical Training (OPT) program.
In 2019, the OPT program provided work permits to 400,000 foreign graduates so they can take the jobs and opportunities needed by graduates
NOT READ: The cancellation was celebrated by the immigration lawyers who help Fortune 500 CEOs import foreigners to take the jobs needed by young Americans.
Biden’s officials have also canceled a recent move by the Department of Labor to limit the outsourcing of U.S. jobs via the huge H-1B program. They are also expected to undermine other Trump regulations that help protect American graduates from the H-1B program.
Major universities help deliver the OPT (Optional Practical Training) work permit to fee-paying foreign graduates.
Biden’s team is also backed by corporate employers of OPT and H-1B workers, including Google, Facebook, Salesforce, Apple, Amazon, Deloitte, Microsoft, and their trade groups. For example, Mark Zuckerberg’s FWD.us advocacy group praised the preservation of the H4EAD program letting married H-1B foreigners stay.
Before Trump’s arrival, the federal government released minimal information about the huge OPT program. In 2018, Trump’s deputies released some limited information, allowing Breitbart News and the FBI to expose widespread fraud.
But the federal government provides little information about the jobs and wages lost to the OPT program.

You may have heard there was an Organized Small Investors Plan to Crush Hedge Funds by Buying GameStop Stock
(Epoch Times) A sizable group of small investors has threatened to bankrupt Wall Street hedge funds that have sought to profit from the downfall of the video game retailer GameStop. The investors have organized online to buy GameStop’s stock, forcing billions in losses on the establishment players that had bet on the company’s failure.
The exact origin of the phenomenon is hard to pinpoint but some have attributed it to an anonymous member of the Reddit forum called “r/wallstreetbets.”

On Jan. 11, the stock closed just under $20 per share. On Jan. 28, it traded as high as $450 per share intraday and closed at $193.60.
(Epoch Times) Retail stock investment app/company Robinhood blocked users from buying stocks of companies such as GameStop that were soaring in value after individual investors banded together to squeeze Wall Street hedge funds.

Breitbart’s Joel Pollak tweeted: .@SpeakerPelosi referred to certain members of Congress as the "enemy within." When asked what she meant[,] she said there are members who want to carry guns (like Rep [Lauren] Boebert who carries legally). So [Pollak interpreted...] if you exercise your 2nd Amendment rights after a deadly riot, you are an "enemy."
Pollak tweeted that a female White House journalist asked Jen Psaki about the comment, asking, “Has the president been briefed on such a threat?” The female reporter didn’t ask about Joe Biden’s fake calls for unity or to uphold the Constitution (like the Second Amendment).
