Mama’s Day! More on Ahmaud Arbery; Obama Runs His Mouth (Sun. 5/10/20)
The Hake Report, Sun. 5/10/20: Happy Mother’s Day (and Happy b-day, to my mother)! BTW: Did you hear about Dielawn? He put out a video saying he’s a victim. Pray for him! ANYWAY: More about the Ahmaud Arbery, Gregory McMichael, the Georgia “jogger” shooting, and that community. The “news media” is so fake, BTW… THEN: Obama’s running his mouth calling Trump’s handling of the coronavirus crisis a “chaotic disaster” (a lie), and against Gen. Michael Flynn supposedly getting away “scot free” with “perjury” — another lie! ALSO: Dems trying to pull shenanigans with 2A and immigration.
Questions about Ahmaud Arbery
Did he do something wrong that day? The dead young man’s mama’s lawyer himself, Lee Merritt, admitted, The worst you could say about him, he was peaking in some windows at a construction site... something to that effect. So he’s admitting he did something suspicious, and downplaying it.
Did he really live with his mother? He would have turned 26 on Friday. This is about the late age that Joel moved out, I moved out. Just an epidemic of living with parents, or at least mother. Also an epidemic of single mothers.
Did he have mental or emotional problems? By that I mean spiritual problems.
Was this another case of black recklessness a la Walter Scott? Walter Scott was a black male in his 50s or so who ran from the cop at a traffic stop, was caught, fought off the cop (possibly over the taser which may have been heard going off in the witness cell phone video footage), and was shot in the back a few times by the cop as he ran more. The black man in Watler’s car who stayed in the vehicle was unharmed, and still you have insane blacks who think the officer intended to shoot Scott all along.
But is that the type of reckless behavior displayed by Ahmaud — so common among blacks?
Another killing, which in my mind is justified
(BTW: A Google search of an “Indianapolis shooting” has The Root as a top suggested source, then The Daily Beast, and then Daily Mail — all ridiculous outlets.) There was a guy Sean Reed shot and killed by Indianapolis police as he was livestreaming on Facebook — he led them on a high speed chase, armed with a pistol. They reportedly used a taser on him, and he shot at them, and he was shot and killed. Blacks crying murder. SMH.

Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Chief Randal Taylor slammed detective's comments as 'unacceptable' and promised to discipline him
The same day McHale Rose, 19, was shot and killed by police investigating a possible burglary - police said Rose fired at them with a rifle
A pregnant white woman, Ashlynn Lisby, 23, was killed by police car Wednesday when she was struck on the ramp to Interstate 465
Lisby was a single mother of three who worked for FedEx
Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett asked the the United States Attorney’s Office and the FBI to 'actively monitor' the investigation
Questions about Gregory and Travis McMichael
Did they know each other? A story showed Greg did know Ahmaud — that Greg had worked on his prior shoplifting charge, which may have been theft of a television, in 2018, before Greg retired.
Did they tell him that police are on their way? Did they announce “citizen’s arrest”? Does one need to?
How many people (and who all) called 911 on this guy that day? I heard a 911 recording of one guy saying this is an ongoing thing, that he’s been caught on camera a bunch before. And then I heard another 911 call that sounded like it was right before and during and after the shooting.
Gregory McMichael and Ahmaud Arbery
(AJC — Atlanta Journal Constitution) EXCLUSIVE: Father of Brunswick shooter previously investigated victim
In his letter of recusal to Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr, Waycross Judicial Circuit District Attorney George Barnhill wrote that his son, a prosecutor in the Brunswick DA’s office, and McMichael, then an investigator in that same office, “both helped with the previous prosecution of (Ahmaud) Arbery.”
McMichael, a former Glynn County cop, told Glynn police he recognized Arbery, 25, from surveillance video that captured a recent burglary in his mostly white neighborhood. He said he planned to make a citizen’s arrest.
When he was in high school, Arbery was sentenced to five years probation as a first offender on charges of carrying a weapon on campus and several counts of obstructing a law enforcement officer. He was convicted of probation violation in 2018 after he was charged with shoplifting, court documents show.
“This family are not strangers to the local criminal justice system,” Barnhill wrote in his recusal letter to Carr. “From best we can tell, Ahmauds older brother has gone to prison in the past and is currently in the Glynn jail, without bond, awaiting new felony prosecution. It also appears a cousin has been prosecuted by DA Johnson's office.”
He didn’t say why he waited so long to recuse himself but claimed “a local 'rabble rouser' has taken up this cause and begun publishing wild and factually incorrect and legally wrong accusations on Facebook and other social media formats calling for marches and physical affronts be made against the McMichaels at their homes, and my son's home in Brunswick etc.”
“This speaks to the wider issue of mass incarceration,” Merritt said. “If black people have any kind of criminal record somehow that justifies their murder.”
'The News' Is Such Fake News
Fox News and all the other new outlets are saying he was shot “while jogging.” No, he was confronted while jogging/running. He was shot while fighting over a shotgun.
NBC News video editor called it “the murder.” There’s no evidence made public at this point that it was a murder. We have to presume self-defense unless and until we hear that Travis acted criminally. And honestly, Greg’s actions are a whole different story from Travis’s.
AJC and CNN called Ahmaud “the victim” — is that accurate? Is every suspect who gets killed a “victim”?
Would this video stop a riot? HAHA!
(Fox News) Georgia lawyer says he leaked Ahmaud Arbery shooting video to 'stop a riot'... Brunswick attorney Alan Tucker told "Inside Edition" Friday that he was the one who released the video, believing that doing so would help the McMichaels, who are father and son. Asked to elaborate, Tucker said, "Well, you saw what happened to Baltimore, you've seen what happened to Charleston, you saw what happened to Ferguson. I was trying to stop a riot."
Arbery... was killed in the middle of the day in Satilla Shores, a small segregated town near Brunswick in southeast Georgia. (“SEGREGATED,” Fox News reporter Robert Gearty?)
“The video speaks for itself,” Tucker told "Inside Edition." “What happened, I don’t have any excuse for it. I can’t explain it other than, you know, we always say what if he had just froze, wouldn’t have done anything -- he wouldn’t have gotten shot.”
Local media have identified the person who shot the video as a William "Roddie" Bryan, a neighbor of Travis McMichael. Roddie is cooperating according to his atty Kevin Gough.
(Alan Tucker in another report said the police had that video “since day one.”)
The Arbery family attorneys
(CNN) Members of Arbery's family are represented by two high-profile civil rights attorneys.
One of them is S. Lee Merritt, who helped bring attention to the killing of Jordan Edwards, a black teenager shot and killed by a police officer in suburban Dallas, and represented the family of Botham Jean, a young man killed by an off-duty police officer in his own apartment.
When African Americans are killed by police, these lawyers get a phone call
Benjamin Crump represents Arbery's father. Crump was also involved in the Jean case and has represented the family of Trayvon Martin, along with those of other black boys and men killed in officer-involved shootings.
Both have challenged authorities' handling of the Arbery case and arguments made in defense of the suspects.
Merritt dismissed claims the father-son duo were executing a citizen's arrest, saying "you actually have to be observing the crime or be in the immediate knowledge of the crime."
In a statement this week, Crump said it was "outrageous" that it took more than two months for the suspects to be arrested in Arbery's killing.
More mess..

Enough about that!
There’s lots of stuff going on: Coronavirus (CPP virus), for example. Obama called Trump’s handling of it a chaotic disaster, lying!
Obama running his mouth against Trump (re: Gen. Flynn, falsely accusing him of “perjury.”) But Obama seems guilty! According to seemingly honest journalist Byron York Obama was personally involved with the Flynn stuff — Sally Yates learned of the Flynn-Kislyak call from President Obama himself—Susan Rice and VP Joe Biden were in that meeting too, per Rice’s famous memo-to-self. This Techno Fog guy on Twitter tweeted a thread saying Flynn prosecutor Brandon Van Grack should be in trouble; Van Grack’s misrepresentations about the Flynn investigation and evidence led Judge Sullivan to issue an inaccurate opinion.
Adam Schiff lied that he had evidence of Russian collusion.
Dems want to pay states to let criminals out of prison, according to Rep. Jim Jordan. He says they wanna close gun stores. He also says they want open borders.
Reportedly there are 40 co-sponsors to this New Way Forward Act, that says all illegals can come back! I haven’t looked into it, but heard it on Bill Lockwood.
