AG Barr on his way out!
(Revolver) President Trump tweets: Bill Barr to be gone by Christmas…
The National File reports: "BYE BYE BAGPIPES!" Their subheader reads: "Barr will be unceremoniously replaced by Deputy Attorney General Jeff Rosen" — AW, COME ON, HE SAID IT more nicely THAN THAT!
Donald J. Trump on Twitter: "Just had a very nice meeting with Attorney General Bill Barr at the White House. Our relationship has been a very good one, he has done an outstanding job! As per letter, Bill will be leaving just before Christmas to spend the holidays with his family..."
Donald J. Trump on Twitter: "...Deputy Attorney General Jeff Rosen, an outstanding person, will become Acting Attorney General. Highly respected Richard Donoghue will be taking over the duties of Deputy Attorney General. Thank you to all!… https://t.co/Jznw4qID9F
Barr’s letter
And Trump shared a scan of Barr’s resignation letter, saying, “Dear Mr. President, I appreciate the opportunity to update you this afternoon on the Dept’s review of voter fraud allegations in the 2020 election and how these allegations will continue to be pursued….” Later he states, “I am greatly honored that you called on me to serve your Administration and the American people once again as AG….”
He talks about the attacks on Trump, saying, “Few could have weathered these attacks, much less forge ahead with a positive program for the country. You built the strongest and most resilient economy in American history…. You restored American military strength…. historic peace deals in the Mideast…. Curbed illegal immigration… advanced rule of law….”
“As discussed I will spend the next week wrapping up a few remaining matters important to the Administration and depart on Dec 23rd. Wishing you, Melania, and your family a Merry Chrsistmas and a Blessed Holiday Season. God Bless. Sincerely, William P. Barr, AG.”
That’s nice, I guess.
BTW: I have a little info on his replacement Jeffrey Rosen for The Hake Report
Some criticism of Barr
Barr has received widespread criticism, including from President Trump, after it was revealed that he concealed the status of active federal investigations into Hunter Biden months before they made public just days before the November presidential election.
The Trump legal team has also slammed Barr for denying that election [AHEM, SHENANIGANS] could have occurred that changed the outcome of the election, noting the Attorney General had not conducted “any semblance of a Department of Justice investigation” into voter [SHENANIGANS], and describing his opinion as appearing to be “without any knowledge or investigation of the substantial irregularities and evidence of systemic fraud.”
ELECTORAL COLLEGE
Republican electors in swing states ALSO cast their votes...for TRUMP
As you probably know, the Democrat Electoral College members in those states quote-unquote “officially” voted for Joe Biden. BUT…
(The Epoch Times) Pennsylvania, Georgia, Nevada, and Arizona Republican Electors Cast Votes for Trump
In Michigan, two separate slates of electors were cast: 16 for Trump and 16 for Biden.

Wisconsin mess...

More on the Electoral College
(The Epoch Times, continued...) Pennsylvania, Georgia, Nevada, and Arizona Republican Electors Cast Votes for Trump — also Michigan.
“Sending more than one slate of electors is not unheard of,” said Meshawn Maddock, Michigan Republican at-large national elector in an emailed release. “It’s our duty to the people of Michigan and to the U.S. Constitution to send another slate of electors if the election is in controversy or dispute—and clearly it is.”
The Pennsylvania GOP said in a news release that electors met in Harrisburg to “cast a conditional vote” for Trump and Pence “at the request of the Trump campaign.” Their vote comes as Democratic electors cast their Electoral College votes for Biden and Harris.
The same thing was done in Nevada and Arizona.
EXPLAIN
The Electoral College votes are cast on Dec. 14 and counted on Jan. 6 during a Joint Session of Congress, when the House of Representatives and Senate meet.
According to the U.S. Code, when the House and Senate meet, they have to look into “all the certificates and papers purporting to be certificates of the electoral votes [prepared by each state].”
Several Republican members of Congress have said they would attempt to object to the counting of the Electoral College votes for a state, which would then trigger a series of debates and votes.
White House adviser Stephen Miller told Fox News on Dec. 14 that alternate groups of electors were being chosen in several states, claiming that it would lead to Trump’s reelection.
“The only date in the Constitution is Jan. 20. So we have more than enough time to right the wrong of this [BLEEP, CENSORED] election result….” Miller said on “Fox & Friends,” referring to Inauguration Day.
It’s unclear if legislators certified the results in these states. The Epoch Times has reached out to the Republican majority leaders in these states but did not immediately get a response.
So… It is unclear if all of the Republican electors in the five states were formally certified. WHO KNOWS WHAT WILL HAPPEN. WE DO KNOW REPUBLICANS ARE WEAK RINOS WHO DON’T USE THEIR POWER PROPERLY.
Wisconsin MESS
(The Epoch Times) Wisconsin Supreme Court Rules Pandemic Doesn’t Exempt Voters From Proving Identity
BUT... Wisconsin Supreme Court Rejects Trump Lawsuit Challenging Election Result
More on Wisconsin from The Hake Report… some judges are a real piece of work, SMH. A “Beauty” as Trump might say — SARCASTICALLY!
About the voter ID: “The plain language of (Wisconsin’s election law) requires that each elector make an individual assessment to determine whether he or she qualifies as indefinitely confined or disabled for an indefinite period,” Chief Justice Patience Roggensack wrote in the majority opinion. “A county clerk may not ‘declare’ that any elector is indefinitely confined due to a pandemic.”
In addition, the court ruled that votes could not count for those who falsely claimed the status of indefinitely confinement. It’s unclear whether the decision will invalidate some of the votes cast in this year’s presidential election, or if it is simply for future reference.
NOTE READ: “If individual electors did not follow the statutory mandate and continued to vote as indefinitely confined, despite no longer meeting the statutory requirements, they would cast their votes contrary to the statute,” the majority opinion reads. “In turn, because compliance with the absentee ballot process is mandatory, their ballots would not count.”
In another ruling released on Monday, the court rejected President Donald Trump’s lawsuit seeking to throw out over 220,000 ballots cast in Dane and Milwaukee counties, including 28,000 ballots cast by voters who said they were indefinitely confined. One of the reasons for the rejection was that the case was raised too late.
Conservative-leaning Justice Brian Hagedorn, who joined three liberal justices to form a majority, also wrote in the court’s opinion, “The challenge to the indefinitely confined voter ballots is meritless on its face.”
