Covid relief bill
(Revolver) Trump caves … Signs Covid bill as is…
(NY Post archive) President Trump on Sunday signed a $2.3 trillion COVID-19 relief and government funding bill that includes $600 stimulus checks for most Americans.
The nearly 5,600-page bill passed the House and Senate by overwhelming margins on Monday night, just hours after its text was released.
The bill authorizes direct checks of $600 for people earning up to $75,000 per year. The amount decreases for higher earners and people who make over $95,000 get nothing.
There’s an additional $600 per child stimulus payment.
In a statement, Trump said that Congress on Monday would vote on a separate bill to “increase payments to individuals from $600 to $2,000.”
The bill creates a new $300 weekly unemployment supplement and replenishes a forgivable loan program for small businesses. It also creates new criminal penalties including prison time for violating copyright laws with online streaming.
Because the bill mashed together COVID-19 relief with ordinary government spending legislation, some social media users urged Trump to veto the bill, pointing to its billions in foreign aid and legislator pet projects.
Quote from The White House statement
I will send back to Congress a redlined version, item by item, accompanied by the formal rescission request to Congress insisting that those funds be removed from the bill.
Independent journalist and activist Mike Cernovich and many others say that it does not work like that, and that the president caved to Mitch McConnell and Nancy Pelosi. He cannot do a line-item veto, and these politicians are unlikely to comply to the President’s wishes, nor fulfill their supposed promises.
President Trump had previously stated that he’d never sign a bill like this again — referring to a massive 2018 spending bill. I WONDER IF THIS ONE’S ANY DIFFERENT?
Trump’s explanation
(The Epoch Times) Trump Signs $2.3 Trillion Relief and Spending Bill, Says More Money to Come
He signed it after reaching an agreement with Congress over stimulus checks, Section 230, and voter fraud, the White House said.
It means a partial government shutdown is now averted. I NEVER UNDERSTOOD THE DRAMA OVER THAT.
“As President of the United States, it is my responsibility to protect the people of our country from the economic devastation and hardship that was caused by the China Virus,” Trump said in a statement.
“I am signing this bill to restore unemployment benefits, stop evictions, provide rental assistance, add money for PPP, return our airline workers back to work, add substantially more money for vaccine distribution, and much more.”
He added that “more money is coming” and vowed to “never give up” his fight for the American people.
Revolver on Nashville RV bombing
FBI names suspect in Nashville bombing…
63-year-old “computer geek” believed dead in RV explosion…
(Fox News) Anthony Quinn Warner had experience with electronics and alarms.
The RV sounded warnings to evacuate and a 15-minute countdown to clear the area. A computerized female voice.
The RV also blasted a song "Downtown" by British singer Petula Clark from 1964.
(The Epoch Times) Q&A: May Have Targeted AT&T Building according to the local mayor, John Cooper (Democrat).
The Epoch Times also says Residents Were Warned for an Hour
More details NOT READ:
(Nashville Tennessean) Hundreds of federal, state and local law enforcement officers worked to solve the case, and just 60 hours after the explosion, agents Sunday evening named Anthony Quinn Warner as the bomber.
Anthony Quinn Warner hadn’t had a run-in with authorities since 1978, when as a young adult he was charged with felony drug possession. He served two years of probation.

Election update from The Epoch Times
Trump Urges Supporters to Gather in DC on Jan. 6 – he’d mentioned it before, but tweeted again Sunday, writing: “See you in Washington, DC, on January 6th. Don’t miss it,” promising more information later.
At least 11 members or members-elect in the House of Representatives (starting with Mo Brooks of AL) plan to object to electoral votes. They have not yet received a commitment from a senator. The objection wouldn’t be upheld unless a majority of each chamber vote in favor of it.
About two dozen GOP senators have already said they will not object to the votes, according to an Epoch Times tally. Others have indicated they would not join in an objection. ( Several GOP Senators Say They Won’t Support Tuberville’s Potential Bid to Challenge Election – Sen. John Cornyn, RINO from TX called it “a futile exercise.”)
President Trump tweeted: “Mitch & the Republicans do NOTHING, just want to let it pass. NO FIGHT!”. Trump Urges GOP Senators to ‘Step Up and Fight for the Presidency’.
(Rep. Gooden Urges Texas Senators to Challenge Electoral College Result – That’s Lance Gooden — he called on Ted Cruz and John Cornyn to join. Cornyn, Thun, and McConnell all seem to be traitor RINOs.)
Five senators have said they’re open to objecting to the votes, as is Sen.-elect Tommy Tuberville (R-Ala.), while the rest haven’t ruled it out (including Rand Paul).
Senate GOP leadership have criticized plans to object to votes. Majority Whip John Thune (R-S.D.) said the move “would go down like a shot dog.”
Other lawmakers have also taken shots at those pushing for objections.
“All this talk about Jan 6th from @realDonaldTrump and other congressional grifters is simply explained: they will raise money and gain followers by blaming everyone else knowing full well they can’t do anything. It’s sad, and an utter scam,” Rep. Adam Kinzinger (apparent RINO-Ill.) tweeted.
Trump earlier this month said the Jan. 6 protests “will be wild.”
PUNISHING the decent who are fighting for what’s right
Michigan AG May Seek Sanctions for Lawyers Questioning Election Results — that’s female Democrat Dana Nessel who’s under Gov. Gretchen “Bruce Jenner Face” Whitmer. Dana Nessel wants to punish Sidney Powell and others, claiming on CNN that they violated rules of professional conduct under the American Bar Association (very corrupt organization, look at all the lying Civil Rights lawyers and ACLU; forget them).
Trump Says Supreme Court ‘Incompetent and Weak’ Over the 2020 Election — he Tweeted Saturday, Dec. 26th railing against them for rejecting the TX lawsuit a week or two ago based on “standing.”
Revolver on Covid
(Revolver) 89 percent of NJ’s ‘Covid victims’ had DNR orders … Proves they were terminally ill to begin with…
(PJ Media) Following the retraction of a Johns Hopkins study that showed overall deaths in the United States had not really increased with the COVID-19, researchers have produced another analysis that is interesting to note. In a retrospective study of patients hospitalized with COVID-19 in New Jersey, 89% had a do-not-resuscitate (DNR) order before admission.
