(Drudge) GALLUP: 52% SUPPORT REMOVAL… I DOUBT IT! BUT THERE IS A STRONG 3-YEAR-LONG MEDIA CAMPAIGN IN FAVOR OF IT! IT MIRRORS NIXON… EXCEPT THIS TIME IT’S THE DEMS WHO ARE CORRUPT! (THEY WERE CORRUPT BACK THEN TOO!) The far-left Boston Globe headline: Only once has Gallup seen more support for removing a president; Nixon was gone four days later. TRUMP’S NOT GOING ANYWHERE! The Boston Globe suggests... TRIAL BY THANKSGIVING?... Mitch McConnell tells senators to prepare for impeachment.
(NY Times) Trump’s Impeachment Blockade SUPPOSEDLY Crumbles as Witnesses Agree to Talk… TRAITORS! BACKSTABBERS! Trump called it a “totally compromised kangaroo court.” WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE: NY Times says a parade of career diplomats and senior officials are turning on Trump: Ex-Pompeo adviser says he was 'disturbed' by efforts to use foreigners to hurt Trump opponents … Michael McKinley gave 6 hours of voluntary testimony, claiming he quit his post as Mr. Pompeo’s senior adviser frustrated over the Trump administration’s treatment of diplomats and its failure to support them in the face of the impeachment inquiry.
On Thursday, Democrats are set to hear from Gordon D. Sondland, the United States ambassador to the European Union, a central figure in the president’s pressure campaign on Ukraine. He is expected to testify that he learned that Mr. Trump did not intend to invite President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine to a meeting in the Oval Office until Mr. Zelensky pledged to open an investigation that could benefit Mr. Trump’s political fortunes — bolstering a central allegation in the inquiry that the president steered foreign policy for political gain.
And Democratic lawmakers have directed William B. Taylor Jr., one of the top American diplomats in Ukraine, to appear before their committees next Tuesday, according to an official familiar with the investigation. Text messages produced as part of the inquiry suggest that Mr. Taylor was deeply uneasy about what he saw as an effort by Trump aides to use a $391 million package of security assistance as leverage over Ukraine for political favors, calling the notion “crazy.”
One person missing in inquiry: The (so-called) whistleblower… Wow, even the far-left Reuters is pointing it out: (Mark Hosenball, Patricia Zengerle, and Jonathan Landay in Reuters) - Democratic lawmakers leading an impeachment inquiry against President Donald Trump have heard days of testimony from a parade of senior government officials. But they have yet to hear from the supposed whistleblower (A CIA DEEP STATE PERSON) who sparked the probe - and may never do. In the end, it may not matter, some Democratic lawmakers said, because the other officials who have testified, Trump’s own statements, a trove of texts between top U.S. diplomats, and other White House documents have largely substantiated the so-called whistleblower’s complaint — IN THEIR DARK MINDS.
Talks between filthy lawyers for the so-called whistleblower and people with the House and Senate committees that want to question the so-called intelligence official have all but deadlocked, allegedly. Lawyers for the official have voiced concern about the person’s safety and that testifying in person to congressional aides could expose the person’s identity. They have attributed some of that concern to statements by Trump, who calls the inquiry a sham and has suggested the whistleblower committed treason. TRUE! The government’s providing security for the CIA. At first, the negotiations focused on proposals that would allow the whistleblower to testify but away from Capitol Hill and with face and voice obscured, two sources said. But the whistleblower’s lawyers remained concerned that those precautions might not be enough to protect their client’s anonymity. At one point they were

(Drudge) BREXIT DEAL REACHED! NEEDS RATIFICATION… BUT FARAGE BLASTS… (CNBC) Negotiators from the U.K. and EU reached a draft Brexit deal in 11th-hour talks Thursday, although there are serious doubts that the agreement will be approved by U.K. lawmakers back in Westminster. “We have a great new Brexit deal,” U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson tweeted, “— now Parliament should get Brexit done on Saturday so we can move on to other priorities like the cost of living, the NHS, violent crime and our environment #GetBrexitDone #TakeBackControl” … European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker called the deal “fair and balanced.” “Where there is a will, there is a #deal - we have one! It’s a fair and balanced agreement for the EU and the UK and it is testament to our commitment to find solutions. I recommend that #EUCO endorses this deal.”
The “Withdrawal Agreement” will now be put before EU leaders at their summit on Thursday and Friday, and then U.K. lawmakers at the weekend. Negotiations had continued late into the night Tuesday and into Wednesday. The EU Parliament will also have to ratify the deal at an as yet unspecified date.
(Express) Nigel Farage spoke to Sky News: the Brexit Party leader claimed it was time to "get rid of Michel Barnier's treaty" (Google/Wikipedia say: Michel Bernard Barnier is a French politician serving as the European Union's Chief Negotiator for the United Kingdom Exiting the European Union since 2016.) and admitted he would rather have an extension to the Brexit negotiations than have the deal negotiated with Brussels pass in the Commons. He said: “I don’t think whatever is agreed tonight is going to pass on Saturday anyway. But let me put this to you, if withdrawal agreement four fails on Saturday, as I believe it will, I think then Boris Johnson as Prime Minister would drop the idea of this new treaty and there is a possibility of putting together a Leave alliance for the next general election. I think there is an opportunity here for a Brexit alliance to fight the elections that would win a big majority in Parliament.” He added: “Look I would much rather we had an extension and a chance of a general election than accept this dreadful new EU treaty. “I think in a general election manifesto he can even talk about going for a genuine free trade agreement. I think getting rid of Mr Barnier treaty is the really important thing.”
(Drudge) Trump had a 'meltdown' (according to Pelosi) at White House meeting on Syria sends Dems storming out… NICE! Trump tweeted calling her 'SICK'... “Something wrong with her ‘upstairs,’ or she just plain doesn’t like our great Country. She had a total meltdown in the White House today….” As they left Trump said 'Goodbye, we'll see you at the polls'...
(CNBC) Democratic congressional leaders said they walked out of a White House meeting Wednesday on Syria after what House Speaker Nancy Pelosi called a “meltdown.”
After top Democrats left the bipartisan meeting with Trump, Pelosi told reporters that the president appeared “shaken up” by a House vote condemning his decision to remove U.S. forces from northern Syria. The House approved the resolution in an overwhelming 354-60 vote, as even a majority of Trump’s Republican Party supported it.
“That’s why we couldn’t continue in the meeting because he was just not relating to the reality of it,” Pelosi said outside the White House, in only the latest instance of a gathering between the president and Democrats blowing up.
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., described the meeting as more of a “nasty diatribe” than a “dialogue.” He said Trump called Pelosi a “third-rate politician” — though Pelosi later clarified the president used the term “third grade politician.” House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, D-Md., added that he had “never” seen a president “treat so disrespectfully a coequal branch” of government.
House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, a Republican who voted for the House measure to oppose pulling troops out of northern Syria, told reporters that Pelosi “stormed out” of the meeting. He called her behavior “unbecoming” and argued Pelosi tried to make the gathering unproductive.
The White House declined to comment on whether Trump called Pelosi a “third-rate politician.”
The vote earlier Wednesday added to the pressure the president faces as Turkey pushes ahead with an offensive in the region. The measure in part opposes the decision to end the military operations, urges Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to cease the offensive and calls on the U.S. to support Syrian Kurdish communities.
Trump tweeted: Nancy Pelosi needs help fast! There is either something wrong with her “upstairs,” or she just plain doesn’t like our great Country. She had a total meltdown in the White House today. It was very sad to watch. Pray for her, she is a very sick person!

Elijah Cummings, dead at 68!
Elijah Cummings died! James talks about how far-left activist outlet AP kisses up to Elijah Cummings as a “formidable orator” who was “using his fiery voice” for so-called poor people.
SWAMP: Michael McKinley turned on Trump
I have pics of Michael McKinley and his wife… he is a career diplomat, a white male who married a Hispanic woman. Of course he was born in South America somewhere. He’s talking to Democrats behind closed doors about his horror about Trump’s activity.
Caller Log as James recalls...
Great calls, thank you, guys. Jesse’s producer Nick didn’t get notes today. But James remembers talking with...
Rick from Hampton, VA, thought Elijah Cummings was depressed because his district was so poor (at least parts were, right?).
Maze from Dayton, OH, argues with James about whites and James specifically treating themselves how they treat blacks. She claims she respects Trump even though he does “stupid things” (in her mind… brain power!). She accuses James of disrespecting Obama and Cummings. James accuses her of doing to whites what she accuses whites of doing!
Blaze'n Hawgs from Dayton, OH, says something smart and funny toward Maze, although James didn’t see his live chat comments begging to talk to her on-air. He’s cool.
James talked with other decent people — one or two people had nice brief comments.
Piers from Sacramento, CA, really makes James uncomfortable, but says some interesting, sort of intellectual things, about following God. He mentions how it’s said James copies Jesse. At the very beginning, he encouraged James to look up what Yahweh or YHWH means (which he can’t find so far). He encourages something weird about James, but kind of says to loosen up about the morality he learned from parents vs. God’s true morality. Piers is straight, contrary to live chat libel. James almost hung up on him a few times, but Dielawn, James’s de facto producer, told him not to!
There was another last caller, I believe, who spoke for just a few last moments.
Rand Paul seems to side with Trump on Syria
(Drudge) Rand Paul roasts Lindsey Graham: “Been wrong about every foreign policy decision! — of the last two decades!” The Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul (the son of Ron Paul), said, "He was wrong about the Iraq War. The Iraq War was a mistake. It made Iran stronger, allowed more chaos, more instability, and more terrorism. He was wrong about the war in Libya. It lead to more chaos and more terrorism. He is wrong about this." Paul was referring to tweets from the South Carolina senator that condemned the White House's decision to remove U.S. troops from northern Syria.
"Our southern border should be our LAST line of defense against radical Islam. Our FIRST line of defense is the U.S. military working with partners in radical Islam’s backyard keeping them over there so they can’t hurt us here at home or hurt our allies like Israel," Graham said on Monday. "This is the exact thinking of the previous Administration — leave them alone and let others do our work. It led to the rise of ISIS! Didn’t work then. Won’t work now."
Strike Gonna End Soon
(Drudge) Workers celebrate deal with GM, show union power in industry… (AP) They had carried signs for 31 days and demonstrated the muscle the United Auto Workers union still has over Detroit’s three manufacturers (GM, Ford and Fiat Chrysler).
Details of the four-year pact weren’t released, but GM’s latest offer to end the monthlong strike included wage increases and lump-sum payments, top-notch health insurance at little cost to workers, promises of new products for many U.S. factories and a path to full-time work for temporary workers. That’s a big difference from what GM wanted going into the talks: to slash total labor costs at its factories, which are about $13 per hour higher than at foreign automakers in the U.S.
Terry Dittes, the UAW’s chief bargainer with GM, said the deal offers “major gains” for 49,000 union workers who have been walking picket lines since Sept. 16. They’ll stay off work for at least a couple more days while union committees decide if they will bless the deal. Then workers will have to vote on it.
Another Strike Coming
MEANWHILE (Drudge) CHICAGO TEACHERS STRIKE… the nation’s third largest district (AP News).
(AP) — Chicago parents and community groups are scrambling to prepare for a massive teachers’ strike set to begin Thursday, prompting the city to preemptively cancel classes in the nation’s third-largest school district.
The Chicago Teachers Union confirmed Wednesday night that its 25,000 members would not return to their classrooms Thursday after months of negotiation between the union and Chicago Public Schools failed to resolve disputes over pay and benefits, class size and teacher preparation time.
Not the first time!
The strike is Chicago’s first major walkout by teachers since 2012 and city officials announced early Wednesday that all classes had been canceled for Thursday in hopes of giving more planning time to the parents of more than 300,000 students.
Chicago Teachers Union President Jesse Sharkey talked about it.
Mayor Lori Lightfoot (LESBIAN!) said she was disappointed by the union’s decision to strike.
During the 2012 strike, the district kept some schools open for half days during a seven-day walkout. District officials said this time they will keep all buildings open during school hours, staffed by principals and employees who usually work in administrative roles.
What they’re doing...
Breakfast and lunch will be served, but all after-school activities and school buses are suspended in the district serving more than 300,000 students.
Janice Jackson, the district’s CEO, encouraged parents to send their children to the school that they normally attend, however they will be welcome in any district schools.
“We’ve put together a really comprehensive plan for the students,” Jackson said. “We will make sure they are safe and they have a productive day.”
Also striking will be 7,000 support staffers, whose union also failed to reach a contract agreement.
Suicide on the rise!
(Drudge) Youth Suicide Rate Rises 56% in Decade… according to the CDC (WSJ, By Brianna Abbott). The report finds homicide death rate rose slightly after years of declines (thanks Obama!).
Suicide and homicide rates have increased in recent years among young people in the U.S., according to a new federal report.
The suicide rate among people ages 10 to 24 years old climbed 56% between 2007 and 2017, according to the report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The rate of homicide deaths decreased by 23% from 2007 to 2014 but then increased by 18% through 2017.

Old actor’s son stabs mother to death, gets killed by cops (I think)
(People) Former Miss Florida Valerie Ely Stabbed to Death by Son Just Feet Away from Tarzan Star Husband Ron
Local deputies later fatally shot the suspect, Valerie and Ron's 30-year-old son Cameron Ely, outside of the couple's Santa Barbara home
(Heavy) Valerie Lundeen was “Tarzan” star (the 1966-1968 TV show actor) Ron Ely’s wife and a former beauty pageant queen. The 62-year-old woman was stabbed to death at their Santa Barbara, California, home on October 15, 2019. Her 81-year-old husband was inside the home, but was not injured, police say. Police say the suspect in the crime was their 30-year-old son, Cameron Ely.
Ely and Lundeen married in 1984 and had three children together: two daughters, Kirsten and Kaitland, and a son, Cameron. In 2013, Kirsten wrote a blog post about her love for her parents, saying, “Your mom really can be your best friend. And your dad really can give amazing advice. Just because you’re an ‘adult,’ it doesn’t mean that mom and dad should be kicked to the curb. It can be quite a gift to be able to stay their ‘little girl’… it can also be horribly annoying… but try to ignore the annoying part.”
Lundeen was crowned Miss Florida USA in 1981 while representing Miami and went on to compete at the Miss USA beauty pageant later that year.
Illegals at 22M supposedly this is news to some!
(Drudge) UPDATE: 22 MILLION ILLEGALS IN USA, NOT 11 MILLION! DIDN’T WE GO OVER THIS ALREADY OVER A YEAR OR FEW AGO?? (WASH. EXAMINER by Paul Bedard) Surge: Ken Cuccinelli cites 22 million illegal immigrants, nearly twice previous tally
President Trump’s top immigration spokesman on Wednesday said that there are potentially 22 million illegal immigrants inside the United States, nearly twice the estimate regularly cited.
Ken Cuccinelli, the acting director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, which handles the legal immigration process, said the number comes from a study done by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. That study put the number at 22.1 million.
The number typically cited is 11 million to 13 million illegal immigrants in the country. The latest estimate, from the Federation for American Immigration Reform, is 14 million. An accurate count is difficult to calculate.
But Cuccinelli, who is on the shortlist to lead the Department of Homeland Security, said that for policy purposes it is better to work around the larger potential number than be blind to how big the crisis could actually be.
“I was just quoting the MIT study,” he told Secrets after speaking at a Christian Science Monitornewsmaker breakfast.
“That’s the one I know. I just use it as a reference point. Because from an operational standpoint, it doesn’t matter too much. We deal with what’s in front of us. So that’s the perspective that I bring to it. It’s useful to know. It’s an important thing at a 100,000-foot level,” he said.
He raised the 22 million number while discussing the potential fate of some 800,000 student-age illegal immigrants Democrats in Congress want to grant amnesty to. They are referred to as DACA, for the Obama-era program and put off deportation under “deferred action for childhood arrivals.”
Should Congress and the White House fail to cut a deal on them, Cuccinelli said that they would join the pool of illegal immigrants in the country that could be deported.
“They are here illegally,” he said.
He said a deal could be made to let some or all stay, but if not, “They are in the same pool, if MIT is correct, with the 22 million people who are here illegally.”
