Jake Gardner, Omaha bar owner’s suicide
I mentioned toward the end of The Hake Report yesterday: TRUMP SUPPORTER COMMITS SUICIDE AFTER GETTING CAUGHT IN LEFT’S INJUSTICE SYSTEM… (Revolver / The Gateway Pundit).
(Heavy) Omaha, Nebraska bar owner Jake Gardner took his own life Sunday, September 20, according to his attorneys, after being indicted on phony charges in the self-defense shooting of a 22-year-old black male attacker named James Scurlock — back on May 30 during the violent riots (nationwide) after George Floyd overdosed on Fentanyl (and had Meth in his system) and laid under the knees of Minneapolis, Minnesota cops who’d called an ambulance for him.
Backstory
Gardner was protecting his bar which was destroyed along with other businesses.
(Wikipedia) His father had been punched and knocked to the ground, and he himself was tackled. Gardner let rioters know he had a gun. Scurlock jumped on Gardner’s back and put him in a choke hold. Gardner shot the black criminal in the clavicle (collar bone) and the violent young male died in the hospital. Douglas County Attorney Don Kleine found the shooting was justifiable self-defense, even demonstrating exculpatory video evidence to the people.
But BLM is evil
The black leftist lynch mob wasn’t happy. Tucker Carlson reported on Fox News that a crowd of agitators showed up outside the DA’s house! Sounds threatening!
Also among the bloodthirsty mob were Scurlock criminal’s relatives’ attorney and a light-skinned fat black State Sen. Justin Wayne, as well as a 34-year-old white female “bisexual” single mother who’s also somehow a State Senator Megan Hunt.*
So “after consulting with elected officials who represent predominantly black neighborhoods,” Kleine later asked for a grand jury and a special prosecutor — which was black radical special prosecutor Frederick Franklin. CORRECTION: Presiding Douglas County District Judge Shelly Stratman appointed Franklin. (She’s a grandstander.)
BTW: Over a hundred misguided “artists” painted murals of the dead criminal in multiple locations in Omaha.
The property owners evicted him from his downtown business location!
Even the dude’s favorite(?) band betrayed him
Nick Hexum the lead singer of the 90s band 311 spoke out against the shooting, saying the man who committed the shooting in self defense was a longtime fan (Gardner’s bar The Hive displayed 311 paraphernalia, and the band performed there). The band tweeted a #BlackLivesMatter statement with Scurlock’s GoFundMe saying their hearts “break” for James Scurlock “who was killed protesting” (A LIE — he’d been seen breaking windows, and jumping on Gardner), and they accused Gardner of “hatred” and “bigotry” (WITH NO EVIDENCE), literally blaming the victim (archive). No loyalty to their fans or to real justice. What a disgrace.
The lead singer Nick Hexum’s tweeted statement was even worse (archive), falsely accusing Gardner of a “senseless act of violence” and crying “racism” where there was none. Just outrageous, so evil and lying it makes your head swim.
The suicide
The grand jury indicted him on September 15 on four counts, including “manslaughter, attempted first-degree assault, use of a firearm, and terror threats.”
Gardner was set to turn himself in on September 20. But he shot himself “outside a medical clinic in suburban Portland, Oregon” (Hillsboro) and local police found the 38-year-old just after noon.
His attorney Stu Dornan said the former Marine had sustained two traumatic brain injuries while serving tours in Iraq early in that war
That “white” bisexual single mother Megan Hunt’s the one Tucker reported tweeted: “...Jake Gardner is gone, but the white supremacist attitudes that emboldened him are still with us today….” (archive)
09/22/20 Tue. Hour 2
Tony from California is back, having come to us humbly after being banned. He disagrees with one of Jesse’s 13 ComMANdments for men about letting the child go if the mother tries to take the child from the father. He had a child out-of-wedlock. But that’s different because the child is already lost in that case, since he didn’t do it right!

NY TIMES TRIES TO COVER THEIR LIES!

I mentioned this on my show yesterday
(Revolver / The Gateway Pundit) BLM “ACTIVIST” WEARING BREONNA TAYLOR SHIRT WALKS INTO BAR, MURDERS THREE PEOPLE…
A black male walked into a Louisville bar owned by a retired police officer and shot three random people at point blank range on Friday night — while wearing a Justice for Breonna Taylor shirt.
The suspect was smiling from ear to ear as he was arrested for the shooting at Bungalow Joe’s Bar and Grill.
Michael E. Rhynes Jr., 33, was arrested just after midnight Saturday after police found him crawling in brush near the restaurant. The Gateway Pundit says that the national media has completely ignored this story. Breonna Taylor became another fake martyr for BLM after being killed in the crossfire by Louisville Police during a “‘knock and announce” drug raid (WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE NO-KNOCK, BUT AN OFFICER WHO WAS SHOT IN THE LEG THERE SAID THEY WERE TOLD TO KNOCK AND ANNOUNCE), during which her boyfriend shot at police — THE FIRST TO SHOOT.
“Nobody had ever seen this guy before,” the owner of the bar, Joe Bishop told WDRB, referring to the shooter. “It was a totally random act.” He explained that the men did not exchange words at any time prior to the shooting. He posted on FB calling the killer “deranged or drugged up.” He said he lost a good friend, and that his manager lost the man she was going to marry. The other two customers were extremely well-liked by all his staff, he said.
Two of the victims were white and one was black — all men. Toreon Jermaine Hudson, 26, and William Scott Smallwood, 48, were pronounced dead at the scene, while Steven Matthew Head, 24, died from his injuries at University Hospital. The black man Hudson has a young daughter, per the GoFundMe for his family.
WHAT’S THIS ABOUT?
(Revolver / Quillette) NYT shoves “1619 Project” founding lie down memory hole…
The Failing New York Slimes — the “paper of record” — has quietly altered the published text of their major propaganda piece after one claim came under intense criticism.
When the 1619 Project went to print in August 2019 as a special edition of the New York Times Magazine, the newspaper put up an interactive version on its website. The original opening text stated:
QUOTE: The 1619 project is a major initiative from The New York Times observing the 400th anniversary of the beginning of American slavery. It aims to reframe the country’s history, understanding 1619 as our true founding, and placing the consequences of slavery and the contributions of black Americans at the very center of our national narrative. [emphasis added]
Without announcement or correction, the newspaper quietly edited out the offending passage such that it now reads:
NEW QUOTE: The 1619 Project is an ongoing initiative from The New York Times Magazine that began in August 2019, the 400th anniversary of the beginning of American slavery. It aims to reframe the country’s history by placing the consequences of slavery and the contributions of black Americans at the very center of our national narrative.
The PREVIOUS passage, and in particular its description of the year 1619 as “our true founding,” quickly became a flashpoint for controversy around the project.
...The magazine feature’s graphics, showing the date of American independence crossed out and replaced by the date of the first slave ship’s arrival in Jamestown, Virginia.
For several months after the 1619 Project first launched, its creator and organizer Nikole Hannah-Jones doubled down on the claim. “I argue that 1619 is our true founding,” she tweeted the week after the project launched. “Also, look at the banner pic in my profile”—a reference to the graphic of the date 1776 crossed out with a line. It’s a claim she repeated many times over.
NOT READ: Background on Nikole Hannah-Jones
(Wikipedia) Nikole Sheri Hannah-Jones (born April 9, 1976)[1][2] is an American investigative journalist[3] known for her coverage of civil rights in the United States.[4] In April 2015, she became a staff writer for The New York Times, where she was awarded the Pulitzer Prize for Commentary in 2020.[4][5]
Her website nikolehannahjones.com and on Twitter she thinks it’s cute to call herself Ida Bae Wells (@nhannahjones) … after Ida B. Wells…
(Wikipedia) Ida Bell Wells-Barnett (July 16, 1862 – March 25, 1931) was SUPPOSEDLY an American investigative journalist, educator, and an early leader in the civil rights movement. She was one of the founders of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP).[1] Over the course of a lifetime dedicated to combating prejudice and violence, and the fight for “African American equality” (a complete misnomer all around), especially that of women, Wells arguably became the most famous black woman in America.[2]
