(Drudge) DORIAN WINDS CREEP BACK UP… as of 8 AM EDT, the National Hurricane Center says the eye of Dorian is moving north-northeast; it was about 70 mi SSE of Charleston, SC, about 170 mi SSW of Wilmington, NC, going 8 MPH. But it’s already  Battering the Carolinas… with Flooding Rain, Storm Surge, High Winds, Tornadoes. (Weather Underground) Dorian's maximum sustained winds increased to the 115-mph threshold required to regain Category 3 status. Despite that, its damaging impacts are likely to remain the same as it hammers this part of the Southeast coast. Tornado watches are in effect for parts of northern South Carolina and eastern North Carolina through late afternoon and early evening. Several apparent tornadoes have touched down already Thursday morning. One apparent tornado damaged mobile homes near Carolina Shores, North Carolina. Another tornado sighted by law enforcement in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, damaged condos and a trailer park. A third apparent tornado was sighted just before 5 a.m. EDT on the west side of Little River, South Carolina, accompanied by multiple power flashes. It was not yet known if any damage occurred as of this report. Another tornado was caught on video northeast of Wilmington, North Carolina. 

   1. The combination of rainfall flooding plus flooding from storm surge prompted the closing of 50 streets in Charleston, South Carolina, early Thursday morning. Surge flooding was much lower than forecast during the Wednesday overnight high tide, due to winds still blowing offshore. Still... Charleston floods…  and has power outages — power is lost for 131,000 — Charleston facing its fourth hurricane in four years. Market Street in downtown Charleston was about a foot underwater in some spots by 7:30 a.m. Wind gusts blew rain sideways. At 1:11 a.m. this morning, the moment of high tide in downtown Charleston, Dorian's winds sloshed seawater over the iconic walkway of The Battery near where the Confederates fired the first shot of the Civil War (WAIT, I THOUGHT IT WAS A MYSTERY WHO FIRED THE FIRST SHOT! NO?), though the 7-foot tide fell short of the 10-foot tide forecast. The wind has blown fiercely, estimated to gust in some places around the city to over 60 mph, toppling some streetside trees and creating messes that are piling up with each hurricane band. DANG! Maybe I haven’t experienced 50MPH winds, my buddy was exaggerating on that hill in Mammoth. 

2. Meanwhile… PARADISE LOST... EXTREME DAMAGE BAHAMAS… The death toll was reported at 20 last night, but still probably higher. (AP) In Abaco, the Category 5 storm blew out the supposedly hurricane-proof windows, turning the glass into razor-sharp shrapnel that opened a wide gash on one lady’s knee! YIKES! The 89-year-old woman and her caretaker waited for help. The house became flooded with sewage after the septic tank overflowed with floodwater. NASTY! They could not flush the toilet without using water from a pool. She spent 5 days sitting in her wheelchair and nights sleeping in a metal lawn lounger. Then on Wednesday, a neighbor and his friend at last pried opened the home’s jammed door with a screwdriver to check on Cottis and 58-year-old Kathryn Cartwright. By then, her gash had become infected and swollen. GROSS! There were thousands of people seeking help in Dorian’s aftermath. For days, the hurricane had pounded the Bahamas with winds up to 185 mph (295 kph) and torrential rains, swamping neighborhoods in brown floodwaters and destroying or severely damaging, by one estimate, nearly half the homes in Abaco and Grand Bahama, which have 70,000 residents. The Island is or was 70% Under Water… including the runways at Grand Bahama International Airport in the island's largest city Freeport — under water — complicating rescue efforts. (Daily Mail has footage and images, it’s pretty awesome.) 

   1.  Storm chaser re-emerges with harrowing story… (Wash. Post via MSN) Josh Morgerman is known for spectacular eye-witness video of storms. His Twitter account @iCyclone went dark for more than two days. He and others were at one point in the eye of the storm. 

   2. One Woman sheltered 97 stray dogs!  (The Hill) This Bahamas woman Chella Phillips shared photos on Facebook. Donors raise $65K for her. All of the homeless dogs were getting along with each other because “they know they are their brothers and sisters in suffering on the streets," she wrote.  “They are not like the selfish humans that mistreated and abused them or simply passed them by and let them to die on the streets,” she added. She’s a dog enthusiast, and operates The Voiceless Dogs of Nassau, Bahamas Facebook page. She wrote in a Facebook update that she was disappointed that the TVs were “fried” from the lightning because she could not play cartoons to soothe the frightened animals. “I pray for the other islands who have unimaginable damages and I don't see how any dogs or any living being could have survived outside. My heart goes out to them,” she wrote.

(Drudge) Ivanka Visits Venezuelan Migrant Camp…  (Daily Mail) The President’s daughter bonded with a boy in a wheelchair while visiting a Venezuelan migrant camp in Colombia after touring a female-owned strawberry farm. The 37-year-old first daughter spent Wedn esday morning in Usme, a suburb in the south of Bogota, Colombia. Colombia's first lady Maria Juliana Ruiz joined Ivanka on the trip. Colombia is the first stop on her South American tour, which also includes visits to Argentina and Paraguay. Ivanka is in the area to promote the Trump administration's Women’s Global Development and Prosperity Initiative (W-GDP) OH GOSH, which she helped her father to launch in February. She was there to announce the Trump administration is offering $120 million in additional aid in response to Venezuela's refugee crisis.

(InfoWars) TRUMP ADMINISTRATION CONSIDERING SOCIAL CREDIT SCORE SYSTEM TO DETERMINE WHO CAN BUY A GUN Would partner with Big Tech to use spy data from Amazon, Google and Apple. (NOT A GOOD IDEA!) “The proposal is part of an initiative to create a Health Advanced Research Projects Agency (HARPA), which would be located inside the Health and Human Services Department,” reports the Daily Caller. “The new agency would have a separate budget and the president would be responsible for appointing its director.” HARPA would employ “breakthrough technologies with high specificity and sensitivity for early diagnosis of neuropsychiatric violence,” including Apple Watches, Amazon Echo and Google Home.

Also known as a subconjuctival hemorrhage, it can be caused by high blood pressure, bleeding disorders, blood thinners, or excessive straining. Biden is 76. In 1988, he suffered an aneurysm that burst and required him to undergo emergency surgery. The then-senator was so close to death that a Catholic priest began preparing to administer the sacrament of last rites. Months later, surgeons clipped a second aneurysm before it burst. Biden then took a seven-month leave from the Senate following the surgery. Describing the operation, he once said, “They literally had to take the top of my head off.” He’s had other issues I won’t mention. He suffers from asthma and allergies and takes a prescription drug to lower his cholesterol. He has also taken medication for an enlarged prostate. Biden hasn’t disclosed his medical history since 2008, when doctors found he had an irregular heartbeat. Biden has also raised eyebrows for the increasing number of verbal blunders he has made so far on the 2020 campaign trail, the schedule of which has been markedly lighter than his main rivals. Whatever!

YouTube, Facebook, and France Pretend 'Hate Speech' Is Real. 🙄 (Hake News, Wed, Jun 26, 2019)

1. (Drudge) Two Nights, Five Moderators, 20 Candidates: Can NBC Pull Off? (Hollywood Reporter) NBC News, MSNBC and Telemundo have had months of planning for 10 Democratic presidential candidates to take the stage Wednesday in Miami, followed by 10 more Thursday night. There will be five moderators — Savannah Guthrie, Lester Holt, Chuck Todd, Rachel Maddow and Jose Diaz-Balart. The lineup for each night was determined by a random draw June 14. Wednesday's slate, which includes Elizabeth Warren and Beto O'Rourke, is thought to be weaker than Thursday night's, which includes top-tier candidates Joe Biden, Bernie Sanders, Kamala Harris and Pete Buttigieg. (LA Times) It will also be streamed for free on NBC and Telemundo’s websites and apps, each night from 9 to 11 p.m. ET (6 to 8 p.m. Pacific time). (CNN goes next month for hosting Dem debates.) 

2. (Drudge) MUELLER TO TESTIFY PUBLICLY to both houses of Congress, I believe — the HOUSE committee DATE will be JULY 17 (hey, my birthday!). The announcement came after the chairmen of the two panels issued a subpoena compelling Mueller's testimony. Judiciary Committee Chairmen Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y. (Fat Jerry, as Trump used to call him), and Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif. (another snake... not the good kind), said that Mueller had agreed to testify next month. Listen to this, part of their statement. Such lies: “Americans have demanded to hear directly from the Special Counsel," the statement said, "so they can understand what he and his team examined, uncovered, and determined about Russia’s attack on our democracy, the Trump campaign’s acceptance and use of that help, and President Trump and his associates' obstruction of the investigation into that attack.” 

   1. The Mueller team may think they’re done. But the Dems have other ideas… This is a little confusing…these people sound like attention seekers: (Politico) The special counsel’s attorneys who spent nearly two years on the ridiculously media-hyped investigation now are resurfacing at major law firms touting their work on the Russia probe. Some are even giving interviews to journalists, a big change from the “no comment” mantra they practiced to almost comical extremes (Politico’s words), while another has a reported book deal. So the Democrats want to interview them. “We should hear from Bob Mueller as well as the senior members of his team to bring to life the findings in their report,” said New York Rep. Hakeem Jeffries, a House Democratic so-called “leader” (he black), also a member of the powerful Judiciary Committee, which can launch impeachment proceedings. The “I-word”!

France seeks to take lead role in regulating tech groups in hate speech and the spread of false information online. Hate speech now at the "same level as terrorism" according to a lawyer. This is according to France's minister for digital affairs. Cedric O, on Tuesday. O’s father is South Korean, one of Macron’s earliest followers, and influential in shaping the French president’s thinking on Big Tech as an advisor in the first two years.

(Drudge) Stephanie Grisham named White House Press Sec & Comms Director… (Mediaite) First Lady Melania Trump announced via Twitter that Stephanie Grisham, who’s served as the First Lady’s press secretary, will replace outgoing Sarah Huckabee Sanders as White House press secretary. She’ll be the third one after Sean Spicer and Sanders. For the second time, the Trump administration is combining the Press Secretary role and Communications Director role as Grisham will be filling both Sanders’ and Bill Shine‘s former position all at once — AND maintain her current role as the first lady's chief spokesman (I say spokesman, they say spokeswoman, SMH). She owned her own PR company in Arizona before serving on Trump’s transition team. Melania said she was with them since 2015. READY TO RUMBLE…  (Wash. Post via Stamford Advocate) The New White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham brings a combative style to the job. Grisham developed a reputation as a pugnacious defender of Melania Trump and a critic of the press during her tenure as communications director for the first lady. She’s 42, and sometimes took a sharp tone in her statements, not usually associated with the East Wing (the First Lady’s side) but it is in tune with the Trump White House press operations.

(Drudge) CLINT EASTWOOD TO DEFY HOLLYWOOD BOYCOTT OF GEORGIA…  Michael Chapman at CNS News (shoutout!) says: Despite the boycott of filming in Georgia launched by Hollywood liberals angry over the state's new pro-life "Heartbeat" law, legendary actor/director Clint Eastwood will be making his latest movie, "The Battle of Richard Jewell," in Atlanta this summer, tweeted NBC Charlotte June 25. The movie is about Richard Jewell, a police officer and security guard who discovered a bomb at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Ga., and saved countless lives. Jewell was initially hailed as a hero and then was viewed as a suspect. The liberal media criticized Jewell relentlessly and essentially practiced "trial by media." Eventually, however, Jewell was completely exonerated and the real bomber, Eric Rudolph, was captured. Jewell sued NBC, CNN, and the New York Post for libel and won large settlements. His lawyer, L. Lin Wood, is the same lawyer now representing the Covington Catholic kid Nicholas Sandmann in defamation lawsuits against CNN and the Washington Post. The heartbeat bill in Georgia prohibits abortion once a baby's heartbeat starts, which is usually six weeks into pregnancy. The bill, signed into law in May, unfortunately allows exceptions in the cases of rape, incest, or if the mother's life is at serious risk. 

   1. One of the lead Hollywood activists to protest the new law is Alyssa Milano, and she helped organize the boycott of the Peach State. In a letter to Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp, Milano -- joined by 40-plus other actors and Hollywood activists -- wrote, "As actors, our work often brings us to Georgia. We've always found your state to be populated with friendly and caring people. We've found the hotels in which we stay and restaurants in which we dine while filming there to be comfortable and of a high quality. We've been glad to bring billions of dollars in revenue to support Georgia's schools, parks, and communities. "But we cannot in good conscience continue to recommend our industry remain in Georgia if H.B. 481 [heartbeat bill] becomes law.... [W]e will do everything in our power to move our industry to a safer state for women if H.B. 481 becomes law. You have a choice, gentlemen. We pray you make the right one." Laughable. Praying to Satan?

(Hollywood Reporter) Judi Dench, who has condemned Harvey Weinstein and Kevin Spacey for alleged sexual harassment (oh, never mind, why condemn them over allegations with no proof?), but she told a British magazine that she worries their work may be forgotten. "What kind of agony is that?" Dench told the latest issue of Radio Times, The Guardian reported. "Are we going to negate 10 years at the Old Vic [the London theater where Spacey served as artistic director] and everything that he did – how wonderful he’s been in all those films? Are we just not going to see all those films that Harvey produced?" The 84-year-old lady said, "You cannot deny somebody a talent. You might as well never look at a Caravaggio painting [the painter was sentenced for murder after a brawl]. You might as well never have gone to see Noel Coward [who was accused of harassment]." She previously spoke out about people shunning Spacey after his scenes were removed from Ridley Scott’s 2017 film All the Money in the World. She has lauded the actor Kevin Spacey for supporting her after the death of her husband, Michael Williams, from lung cancer in 2001. The actress has also credited Weinstein as a key contributor to her Hollywood career. Weinstein's fall from grace led to the rise of the vicious, slanderous, and libelous #MeToo movement.

Express revealed: How Putin's missiles could reach US coast in 6 minutes from Cuba warship. VLADMIR PUTIN ordered the docking of one of Russia’s most advanced warships in Cuba the other night amid revelations that its primary missile could hit the US within six minutes of launching. The Admiral Gorshkov landed in Havana waters yesterday for a two-day visit. With an estimated range of up to 410 miles, it could easily target the south coast of Florida while stationed in Cuba, if the weapon is loaded on board the vessel. Specialist Brahmos missiles can travel at up to 3 Mach – or 2301 miles per hour – according to the manufacturer. Given the approximate 234-mile distance from Havana, estimates suggest it would take 6.1 minutes for the supersonic projectiles to reach the US coast from the harbour. 

   1. More worrying still for the Trump administration, the US-made Tomahawk missile can only handle a third of the speed. In February, the Russian Navy fitted the vessel with a weapon that can cause hallucinations and vomiting. The 5P-42 Filin fires a strobe-like beam that aims to visually impair its target, as a defence mechanism. It can also suppress infrared lasers, short-distance anti-tank missiles and night vision devices.

(Drudge) Supreme Court Conservative Justices Weigh Scrapping Another Precedent…  (Bloomberg via Yahoo News) The U.S. Supreme Court’s conservative majority may be ready to overturn a longstanding precedent for the third time in recent weeks -- perhaps foreshadowing the vulnerability of its rulings on abortion rights. Great! The justices will rule as early as Wednesday on a business-backed bid to overturn decades-old decisions that give federal agencies broad power to say what their regulations mean. The court also plans to rule on gerrymandered voting maps and the Trump administration’s bid to add a citizenship question to the 2020 census.

Handed an EBT Loaded with $1000, + $200 per child paid every month until their court date 5-6 years later. The Governor has a crisis and it’s costing Americans”  He tweeted VIDEO SHOWING illegals nonchalantly just walking across OVER the WEEKEND… one alleged armed cartel member with a gun in his waist. Kolfage tweeted that you can SEE THEM FLOOD IN! — just two miles from where they built new wall! And he pointed out that these illegals don’t want to be caught — they’re not “asylum seekers.” (They’re sneaking across the border just like Jesse said!)

2. (Drudge) KIDS WITH CHICKENPOX…! (The Gateway Pundit) MS-13 uses a 1 ½-year-old toddler with chickenpox to try to make a fraudulent “migrant family” claim to get into the US! Cute little kid! Some are pointing out that migrant so-called families are using children as a “passport for migration.”

Agents allow illegals to hand children UNDER wall… (The American Mirror)  New video tweeted by the White House shows Customs and Border Protection agents waiting as a large group of migrants tunneled under an old portion of a border barrier and didn’t appear to even attempt avoiding capture. It happened on Tuesday and there were 38 individuals apprehended by Yuma, Arizona agents. The video shows men digging with a shovel under the wall and attempting to get through. They were undeterred by and agent shining a flashlight on them in the midst of their crime.

3. (Drudge) 'Coyotes' offer all-inclusive trip, special deals for pregnant women… (Wash. Examiner) Traffickers including drug lords & gangs plus small-time operators, reap up to $2.3B in illegal immigration profits — even collecting road “taxes” on smugglers (up to $30 million to $180 million to total), according to a new study. Migrants pay $3,000-$10,000 each in “pay as you go” or “all-inclusive” packages, including travel from their home, not just through Mexico! — also including “specialized services” for children, pregnant women, and the elderly “that reduce exposure to risks and do not require extensive physical activity, such as scaling walls or extended hikes through remote terrain,” according to a new Rand Corporation report funded by the Department of Homeland Security. The report, titled Human Smuggling and Associated Revenues, put a broad value on trafficking at $200 million to $2.3 billion in 2017. It estimated that over 60% of illegals pay a trafficker to get into the U.S.

(Drudge) Mexico denies claim of secret concessions in deal… (AP) Trump: “We have fully signed and documented another very important part of the Immigration and Security deal with Mexico, one that the U.S. has been asking about getting for many years,” Trump wrote Monday, saying it would “be revealed in the not too distant future.” Not so, said Mexican Foreign Secretary Marcelo Ebrard, holding up a paper and pointing to the previously announced details. He told reporters the two countries agreed on two actions made public Friday and said if those measures didn’t work to slow migration, they would discuss further options. The disagreement seems to be over the “safe third country” measure that would make illegals wait in Mexico — some stupid judge said Mexico was “too dangerous” for wannabe “refugees” to wait there.

2. (Drudge) California to be the first state to extend health benefits to undocumented… It’s been reported many illegals already getting coverage under Obamacare, but this will be state-wide. (USA Today) California was poised Monday to become the first state to provide health care coverage to young, low-income adults living in the country illegally after legislative leaders provided a thumbs-up to Gov. Gavin Newsom's $98 million plan targeting almost 100,000 low-income adults.  The full Legislature still must sign off on the plan that would make such immigrants ages 19 to 25 eligible for Medi-Cal, the state's Medicaid program. The deal was a win for Newsom, who rejected as too expensive a state Senate plan to include adults 65 and older living in the state illegally. (Geez, they wanna give everything away FREE STUFF!) The California Immigrant Policy Center called the program a "clear step forward" but lamented the decision to block the elderly from the plan. So they’re for it. "The exclusion of undocumented elders from the same health care their U.S. citizen neighbors are eligible for means beloved community members will suffer and die from treatable conditions,” the advocacy group said in a statement. There’s another pro-illegal alien org pushing for it called “Health Access.” (They make it sound so nice.) The deal will become effective in January.

(ABC News) The Centers for Disease Control reported Monday that there have been 1,022 cases in 28 states through June 6. That marks an increase of 41 cases since the previous week. The last update noted that in the first five months of the year, from Jan. 1 through May 31, there were 981 cases confirmed. The disease is now present in more than half of all states, with Idaho, New Mexico, Virginia and Maine confirming their first cases in the past several weeks.

But they can stay open after a St. Louis judge Michael Stelzer issued a preliminary injunction on Monday saying the state must make an "official" decision on the facility's license before it can be reviewed.

"For us, this is a bodily autonomy issue — our bodies, our choice — but more than that, it’s an economic issue. He did this on Thursday after facing intense backlash from within his own party. BETA MALE! Biden, while speaking in Atlanta, first reaffirmed his support for Roe v. Wade: I support Roe. I support a women’s right to choose under that constitutionally guaranteed provision. (NBC News) But then Biden said that in an environment where “women’s health” is “under assault” especially in GOP-led states, he ‘can no longer support an amendment’ that cuts off funding, as in Hyde. A number of Democrats had criticized Biden for his support of the amendment, claiming that recent bans and added restrictions in a number of states had turned the Hyde Amendment into a de facto attack on the rights of poor and minority women.

(Daily Caller) Cory Booker had said the Hyde Amendment is “an assault on women’s reproductive rights,” “an assault on women,” and “particularly an assault on African American women.” Extremist pro-abortion groups Planned Parenthood, EMILY’s List, and the National Abortion Rights Action League have each used the same language in their statements criticizing former Vice President Joe Biden’s stance.

   4. CNN contributor April Ryan, a White House reporter, pays to have her own bodyguard, while Lemon's lead-in and friend, Chris Cuomo, was "swatted" in January, with police called to his Long Island home on a false report.

2. This is ridiculous… (Drudge) Woman Stabbed Self Three Times Because 'Tired Of Living In Trump's Country'...  TDS! (The Smoking Gun) A Florida woman told police that she stabbed herself in the stomach with a kitchen knife because, “I’m tired of living in Trump’s country, I’m tired of Trump being president.” (Had to be Florida, right?) Cops found the 46-year-old woman standing outside her residence in Palmetto Sunday. She had blood all over her legs, hands, and face. When asked what was wrong, the woman lifted her shirt to reveal “three stab wounds on [her] stomach that were still bleeding.” A cop concluded that there was a “substantial likelihood” that she “will cause bodily harm to herself and/or others.” Apparently she’ll be involuntarily admitted to a mental health treatment facility (per the state’s Baker Act). The woman said she “has been Baker Acted before and has attempted to hurt herself in the past.”

U.S. Customs and Border Protection on Wednesday revealed that May apprehensions topped 144,000. This year has seen 676,315 apprehensions so far, up 99% over this time last year. Steven Kopits, the president of Princeton Policy Advisors which has predicted that immigrant apprehensions would reach 931,000 this year, expressed concern about the May numbers and boosted his prediction to 1,072,000.

(Drudge & Chicago Tribune) Most violent weekend in Chicago this year: At least 52 shot, 9-10 killed… More than half the victims were wounded during 12-hours from Friday evening to Saturday morning when 31 were shot, at least 4 killed on the West and South sides. Also at least one other person was fatally stabbed. Violence typically spikes during summer months (winters are cold!) — this past weekend surpassed Memorial Day weekend when 43 were shot, 7 of them fatally. Targeted patrols where police suspected gang retaliation may take place yielded 19 arrests and 81 illegal weapons seized Friday night. They’re trying to solve the cases but 75-82% of their homicides go unsolved, unpunished (nationwide only 40% go unsolved).

   1. Two black men, ages 22 & 25, were found dead around 6am Sunday morning inside a car hit by at least a dozen bullets (in the 100 block of West North Ave), the driver shot in the back several times, and the passenger also shot several times.

   2. Less than two hours earlier, a black woman was shot in the chest and killed on the South Side.

   3. Lots of people shot and hospitalized, from ages 16 to late 20s, some stabilized, others in critical condition.

   4. A man in a woman in a car started arguing; the man pepper sprayed the woman and shot her leg! She was taken to the hospital in so-called “good condition.”

2. (Drudge) Rat infestation at LA City Hall linked to homeless encampments… YOU THINK? (LA Times) Filth from homeless camps is luring rats to L.A. City Hall. (Oh there were already rats there, it’s called the mayor and city council!) When city workers complained, most city officials said little about whether the problem was connected to several homeless camps right outside. But a newly uncovered report from a pest control company hired by the city has raised fresh questions about whether officials wrongly downplayed that possibility during discussions at City Council meetings. I TOLD YOU!

   1. CatsUSA Pest Control, brought in to assess areas outside City Hall and nearby buildings, warned that homeless people create “harborage for rodents,” according to the report issued Dec. 28 (5 months ago!) and obtained last month through a public records request by a frequent critic of City Hall. (Of course!) The company said it found “poor sanitary conditions” — including leftover food, human waste and hypodermic needles — and recommended that the city clear away the homeless population living in the Civic Center.

   2. There are pits covered by metal grates surrounding City Hall. The building & construction maintenance superintendent wrote, “The homeless are using the grated areas above the pits as their bathroom and relieving themselves. This is also attracting the rats. Custodial will need to do some hazmat cleaning of the grates and the pits. There are even hypodermic needles being tossed in the pits along with human waste and other garbage.”

   3. Some tried to blame demolition of Parker Center, the former L.A. Police Department headquarters. But one councilman who says he was unaware of the report said he always blamed the homeless! Councilman Joe Buscaino said he worked on skid row as a police officer, and done cleanups as a councilman.

   4. Meanwhile, Council President Herb Wesson four months ago (this report was 5 months ago!) had cautioned against blaming the homeless, “I do not want to have people who are unfortunately living on the streets blamed for something that they might not have anything to do with, but they're just an easy target." What a liberal BETA MALE!

(Drudge) HARD TIME: California's jails are so bad some inmates beg to go to prison instead… (Herald Mail Media) One guy who stole his first car at age 10 is now 35, has served in 8 different California prisons, but he’s suing Sacramento County because his hardest time was Sacramento County Jail where he was sentenced to 8 years for burglary, ID theft, etc. He claims he had untreated glaucoma that left him legally blind, he frequently got windowless solitary confinement and heard voices, couldn’t get mental health help, tried to commit suicide, so he’s accusing them of subjecting inmates to inhumane conditions.

   1. People are serving time in jails instead of prisons to reduce prison overcrowding, to keep people closer to home, and give opportunities for education and training. But it doesn’t work out that way in urban counties. The jails weren’t meant to handle long-term & violent inmates, many with chronic health & mental issues.

   2. Statewide, assaults on jailers increased almost 90% from 2010, the year before prison downsizing began, to 2017! Medical spending jumped to $64 million in 2017 from $38 million in 2010. Legal challenges over inmate treatment have expanded to about a dozen county jails.

   3. Deaths in California jails jumped by 26% in the years after they started receiving long-term inmates, peaking at 153 in 2014 before falling to 133 in 2017. That year, California had 17.7 deaths per 10,000 inmates; Texas, which has the second largest jail population, had 13.2.

   4. Idiot voters have decided that prison populations with disproportionate numbers of “people of color” represent “outdated” “tough-on-crime” policies. Obama let criminals out. Liberal judges let criminals out in California and around the country. They pretend crime hasn’t increased, even though homelessness has exploded.

2. (Drudge) SAFRICA: Prominent white farmer killed following land grab dispute… WHOA. (The South African) After expressing concerns about land grabs on his property earlier this year, Stefan Smit has fell victim to a farm murder on his Stellenbosch estate this weekend. He was interviewed by the New York Times in March about the threat of land confiscation without compensation. He owns vineyards. People from a nearby township began erecting shacks in the back of his farm. The farmer was forced to get a court interdict against the squatters. Four armed men gained access to the wine estate via an unlocked door, before opening fire on the 62-year-old. His wife and a family friend survived the attack.

   1. In his March NY Times interview he’d said, “I, personally, can’t breathe here. They are bringing people down here like fodder. I have never spoken to the people myself, not directly. You don’t do that. It’s not un-dangerous. It’s not advisable. I have received threats before, where they said they would burn me alive.”

   2. His nephew tweeted after his murder: “In one day in South Africa: - My father on crutches is almost robbed of his phone and wallet. - My uncle is murdered on his farm in Stellenbosch which has been in the family since 1896.”

Khan, "who by all accounts has done a terrible job as Mayor of London, has been foolishly 'nasty' to the visiting president of the United States, by far the most important ally of the United Kingdom" "He is a stone cold loser who should focus on crime in London, not me," Trump wrote, likely referring to a spike in fatal stabbings in the capital which is causing widespread public concern.

   1. The US leader also misspelled Khan's name, writing "Kahn". The two have a long history of bad relations, occasionally clashing on Twitter.

   2. Khan wrote a newspaper article on Sunday in which he compared the US leader to European dictators from the 1930s and 1940s. A meteorologist for Fox 45 in Dayton, Ohio snapped at viewers who complained on social media about a tornado warning that interrupted Monday night’s broadcast of “The Bachelorette,” saying that the cutaway was due to a “dangerous situation.” “I was just checking social media, we have viewers complaining already. ‘Just go back to the show.’ No, we’re not going back to the show, folks. This is a dangerous situation, okay,” Jamie Simpson said during the live broadcast. “Think about if this was your neighborhood. I’m sick and tired of people complaining about this,” Simpson said. “Our job here is to keep people safe, and that is what we’re going to do. Some of you complained that this is all about my ego. (Drudge) Illinois to expand so-called abortion rights as other states restrict… (AP) The Illinois House voted to bolster the right to abortion on Tuesday as Democratic-led states respond to restrictions placed by some Republican-led states that conservatives hope will lead the U.S. Supreme Court to review the landmark 1973 Roe v. Wade ruling that guaranteed the right to abortion. The Illinois House voted 64-50 on Rep. Kelly Cassidy’s Reproductive Health Act , which would rescind prohibitions on some late-term abortions and 45-year-old restraints such as criminal penalties for doctors performing abortions, all measures whose enforcement has been prohibited by court orders. Sounds like corrupt liberal activist judges!

3. (Drudge) Missouri to be first in country without clinic… (CBS News) Missouri's last abortion clinic says it may lose its license this week! In a statement Tuesday, Planned Parenthood said Missouri's health department is "refusing to renew" its annual license to provide abortion in the state. If the license is not renewed by May 31, Missouri would become the first state without a functioning abortion clinic since 1973 when Roe v. Wade was decided. Planned Parenthood filed a lawsuit requesting a restraining order against the state, hoping to restore the license "in order to try to keep serving Missouri women." A circuit court judge will hear arguments on Wednesday. “This is a real public health crisis," said Dr. Leana Wen, president and CEO of the Planned Parenthood Federation of America, the asian “doctor” (who broke her “do no harm” oath) who replaced Cecile Richards. The Missouri Planned Parenthood’s license was under review due to alleged “deficient practices” and some other things.

4. (Drudge) SUPREMES: Thomas, Ginsburg draw battle lines for future cases… (CNN) The Supreme Court made clear on Tuesday that it's not ready to take big strides quickly on abortion and the future of Roe v. Wade on an election year.

(In an unsigned opinion, the justices let stand a lower court opinion that invalidated part of an Indiana law that said the state can ban abortions solely motivated by the race, sex or disability of the fetus. The court did allow a provision requiring clinics to bury or cremate fetal remains to take effect.)  

   2. "The Constitution itself is silent on abortion," Thomas wrote in a concurring opinion that also spent 15 pages discussing the history of eugenics and Planned Parenthood. CBP says the money Congress gave the Obama administration for 2017 paid for 39.5 miles of wall; Trump became president in the middle of that fiscal year.

Does the president still think he can get 400 miles done of the wall by the end of the year?”
   “Absolutely, and that is an incorrect figure,” she said of the Drudge headline, which cites an article from Bloomberg that reports CBP has only placed 1.7 miles of new fencing per information given to a federal judge. “There’s far more than two miles have been built,” Sanders continued. “We’re still on track to get close to 500 miles built by the end of the year. (Drudge) Feds charge Avenatti in dealings with Stormy Daniels… (ABC News) Feds bring new charges against lawyer Michael Avenatti for misappropriating nearly $300,000 from former client Stormy Daniels. Prosecutors said that he then used money he took from Daniels to make monthly payments on his Ferrari, as well as to cover airfare, dry cleaning, hotels and restaurant bills, as well as payroll and insurance costs for his law firm's employees. "Avenatti used misrepresentations and a fraudulent document purporting to bear his client's name and signature to convince his client's literary agent [for a book advance?] to divert money owed to Avenatti's client to an account controlled by Avenatti," Manhattan U.S. Attorney Geoffrey Berman said in a statement. "Avenatti then spent the money principally for his own personal and business purposes." Federal prosecutors in Manhattan -- who have already accused Avenatti of extortion in a case involving Nike -- also indicted him separately on extortion charges in the Nike case on Wednesday. (Drudge) Church Vandalized With Abortion Rights Graffiti… (CBS Philly) At Notre Dame de Lourdes parish in Swarthmore, PA (Delaware County, PA), was tagged with black spray paint across the six glass doors at the front, saying: “You do not have the right to decide how others live.” (I guess they want the women to decide who lives or dies. The woman is god!) The side of the church building was also hit again with the message “#ProChoice.” It appeared Sunday morning, apparently.

   1. CBS notes there were demonstrations Sunday in Alabama following tough legislation passed over the weekend severely restricting abortions. And then there was Pennsylvania Rep. Brian Sims, a Democrat, taking aim at those praying and demonstrating outside a Center City Planned Parenthood. The bullying drew sharp condemnation from Philadelphia Archbishop Charles Chaput. Sims issued an apology for being aggressive Saturday.

   2. The Philadelphia archdiocese stated, “The school principal was able to bring up video from the security cameras of the vandalism in progress. It will be shared with the Ridley Police Department’ detectives …” Sunday “afternoon, parishioners successfully removed the graffiti.”

(Drudge) GALLUP: 4 IN 10 AMERICANS EMBRACE SOCIALISM — in some form. 43% of Americans say socialism would be a good thing for the country. 51% believe socialism would be a bad thing for the country. Those results contrast with a 1942 Roper/Fortune survey that found 40% describing socialism as a bad thing, 25% a good thing and 34% not having an opinion. Americans' definition of socialism has changed over the years, with nearly one in four now associating the concept with social equality and 17% associating it with the more classical definition of having some degree of government control over the means of production. A majority of Democrats have said they view socialism positively in Gallup polling since 2010, including 57% in the most recent measure in 2018. (Drudge) 41% of college students believe hate speech not protected under First Amendment… (PULL ALL COLLEGE FUNDING) (Campus Reform) A survey conducted by the Knight Foundation reveals that 41 percent of college students believe hate speech should not be protected under the First Amendment, while 58 percent believe that it should be protected. While the majority of students believe that hate speech should be protected, 53 percent of college women contend it should not be protected, as well a majority of black students. Over half of college students agree that shouting speakers down is “always” or “sometimes” acceptable. 83 percent of college students agree that using violence to end an event is “never acceptable.” More than six in 10 black students believe that inclusivity is more important than free speech, while 49 percent of Hispanic students believe the same thing. Just 42 percent of white students believe that inclusivity is more important than free speech. RACIST!

Mahmoud Shaker Shalash, the 70-year-old imam of the Islamic Center of Lexington, is charged with use of interstate facilities in commission for murder for hire and conspiracy, along with 31-year-old John Sadiqullah and 34-year-old Abdul Hadi. Shalash and Saduqullah appeared in Lexington federal court Thursday and were ordered held pending a May 14 hearing on pretrial detention, the Lexington Herald-Leader reported. According to police affidavits filed last week, an informant posing as a hitman initially met with Shalash at a Lexington motel on March 12. 1. (Fox News) Police say a black mass shooter in Aurora, IL, brought a gun to his termination meeting, & opened fire as soon as he was fired. The disgruntled worker went on a shooting rampage at a manufacturing warehouse in the Chicago suburb. Gary Martin, 45, was killed by police after he shot five people dead at the Henry Pratt Company, and injured 11, including five police officers, on Friday. Martin worked for the plant for 15 years, and his firing was the result of multiple workplace rule violations. After opening fire during the meeting, Martin then ran down aisles of the manufacturing plant and was shooting people using a pistol with a green laser sight on it. He killed a college student on his first day of an internship with the company, a human resources manager, a plant manager, a mold operator, and a stockroom attendant. The shootout lasted 90 minutes, and at least 3 of the 5 injured officers were still hospitalized as of Saturday.

2. (Fox News) The alleged mass killer Gary Martin had been convicted of aggravated assault in Mississippi in 1995, and wasn’t supposed to own a firearm since then. He was arrested several times for traffic stops and so-called “domestic violence.” Still in 2014, he passed a background check and bought a .40 caliber handgun, but later was denied a concealed-carry permit because his background check revealed a felony conviction. He was charged in 2017 for disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property.

3. (Fox News) A black arsonist! A California man was sentenced to 12 years in prison for starting a wildfire that forced over 7,000 to evacuate last summer. Brandon McGlover, 33, pleaded guilty to two counts of arson Thursday in connection to the Cranston Fire, which unfolded last July in Riverside County. He admitted to setting fire to several structures one day but gave no motive. The fire burned over 13,000 acres, destroying at least five homes in its path. Now the area’s at risk of mudslides. One woman said her husband died after he suffered a heart attack as they were trying to escape the flames. The arsonist’s attorney requested that his client could be allowed to hug his parents, who also lived in the area. The judge did not allow the embrace, citing security concerns. 1. (Fox News) 6 illegal immigrants linked to Mexican cartel arrested in NC for drug trafficking operation, officials say. A massive drug operation with ties to a Mexican drug cartel resulted in the arrest of six immigrants in the country illegally: Oscar Rangel-Gutierrez, Raul Rangel-Gutierrez, Regulo Rangel Gutierrez; Rodolfo Martinez, Rigoberto Rangel-Gutierrez and Francisco Garcia-Martinez. They transported large amounts of cocaine and methamphetamine across state lines — for instance, from Texas to Georgia and North Carolina. Misty Joyner, one neighbor to the home where Rangel-Gutierrez stored drug money, said, “Just devastating, They were good people.” They were from the Jalisco New Generation cartel, a rival to the Sinaloa cartel, which was led by Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman who was convicted last Tuesday in NY, and had escaped “maximum-security prisons,” and his notoriety was perhaps rivaled only by the late Colombian drug kingpin Pablo Escobar. 1. (CBS News) Nigerian brothers who grew up in Chicago reportedly say Jussie Smollett paid them to participate in alleged attack. Police said that Ola and Abel Osundairo were captured on surveillance video at the time Jussie said he was attacked, but they’re no longer suspects and are cooperating with police. Jussie’s attorney says he’s shocked and devastated that two men he knew may have been involved in the supposed attack, that one was his personal trainer for a music video. An evidence log from police who tore through their apartment showed ropes, masks and bleach. Jussie had said one of them told him,  'This is MAGA country, n*****.' One source claims he paid them $3500 each, then $500 when they returned from Nigeria. The whole liberal media called it “racist and homophobic” and a “HATE CRIME”! (NY Post) Cory Booker, Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, Kamala Harris, Al Sharpton, and LESBIAN actress Ellen Page all made a scene. Ariana Grande tweeted, “what happened to jussie makes me really f—ing sick to my stomach. i can’t believe s–t like this is really still happening everyday.” GQ writer Joshua Rivera wrote a piece blaming “late-stage whiteness,” saying, “While its veracity isn’t confirmed, its sentiment needs no fact-check.” (Daily Caller) Nancy Pelosi deleted her tweet calling it a “racist, homophobic attack.”

2. (The American Mirror) Pelosi wishes ‘Happy Thanksgiving’ — on Valentine’s Day! The House Speaker held a public bill signing on Thursday, and during her remarks, she wished reporters a “Happy Thanksgiving” — 84 days late. She didn’t correct herself. The American Mirror says she’s been having what they call “brain freezes” in public statements lately speaking off the cuff, and mispronounces words a lot. Pelosi said “sentence” instead of “census,” and “far” instead of “fair.” She said “un-rend” instead of “end-run.”

3. (Fox News) 4 teens (black) were accused in the suspected rape of an 18-year-old in Idaho, on Thursday & Friday. 19-year-old Elias Lupango, 18-year-old Rashidi Mulanga and 18-year-old Swedi Iyombelo, all of Boise, ID, were charged, and a 16-year-old was arrested as well. The 3 men are from Tanzania, Africa. Iyombelo had been in the U.S. for five months and the other two for three years, and they’d worked at McDonald’s, and the 16-year-old was “also a refugee,” held in juvenile detention. So this 18-year-old woman was allegedly raped around Feb. 7 after agreeing to meet one of the men. She initially consented to having sex with Iyombelo, but then told him to stop. Police say the three other defendants then took turns raping the victim. She was afraid that if she told them to stop, she’d be killed. A public defender said, "Apparently she had been aware that there were four of them and that they were going to pay her for sex. There's a little more to this story than we all know at this point." (What kind of people are we bringing into this country?)

2. (Daily Mail) One in six BBC stars 'must be gay or lesbian or disabled' by 2020 says new staff-hiring guidelines at the corporation. In a bid to deter criticism that it has been failing to reflect its audience, the BBC has pledged that LGBT and disabled people will each make up eight per cent of all on-air and on-screen roles. Half of all corporation's on-screen and broadcasting roles will go to women. Representation of ethnic minorities remains at target of 15 per cent. A black man Tunde Ogungbesan is head of diversity, inclusion and succession at the BBC. The BBC's new diversity targets follow a debate in the House of Commons led by (a black man) David Lammy MP (member of parliament) on the issue of the broadcaster's diversity

TOP OF THIRD HOUR:

1. (Fox News) A Cancun club shooting leaves 5 dead, 5 wounded, authorities say. At least five people were killed and another five were wounded Saturday after four gunmen opened fire inside a club in Cancun, Mexico. The men, armed with a long gun and three handguns, opened fire inside La Kuka. Two of the five wounded in the shooting remain in critical condition on Sunday. The state of Quintana Roo, where Cancun is located, saw 774 people killed in the state last year, compared to the recorded 359 killings in 2017. The Jalisco New Generation cartel is reportedly moving into the Caribbean resort city and fighting other local gangs to gain control of the area. In January, three gunmen in Cancun shot and killed seven people at a home, ordered by a suspected gang leader.

2. (Fox News) Homicide cases in Mexico rose by 33 percent in 2018, shattering the country’s record for the second consecutive year. The U.S. State Department’s travel advisory in November urged people to “exercise increased caution” when traveling to Mexico due to crime. “Violent crime, such as homicide, kidnapping, carjacking, and robbery, is widespread.”

3. (Fox News) McCabe says Rosenstein was 'absolutely serious' about secretly recording Trump. Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe said in in a 60 Minutes broadcast Sunday that Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein "was not joking" when he suggested secretly recording President Donald Trump in the Oval Office following the May 2017 dismissal of FBI Director James Comey. He allegedly said, "I never get searched when I go into the White House. I could easily wear a recording device. They wouldn't know it was there…. He was absolutely serious. And in fact, he brought it up in the next meeting we had." Days later, Rosenstein appointed former FBI Director Robert Mueller as a special counsel to oversee the bureau's investigation into allegations of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russian officials. Rosenstein denies that he “pursued or authorized recording the president,” or that he broached the idea of invoking the 25th Amendment to remove the president. The liberals were trying to call Trump mentally ill. (McCabe is pushing a new book he has out.)

4. (Fox News) 9 LSU fraternity members arrested for shocking hazing incidents. Nine fraternity members at Louisiana State University were arrested on Thursday for charges connected to shocking hazing incidents that took place last fall. The Delta Kappa Epsilon members, all aged between 19 and 23, stand accused of kicking pledges with steel-toed boots, beating them with a metal pipe and urinating on them, among other horrific offenses, Buzzfeed News reports. One student seeking to join the fraternity said he was forced to get naked, climb inside an ice machine that was filled with water and frozen ice, and stay there for 30 to 45 minutes. According to an affidavit, he said he didn't get out of the ice machine because "he felt he would have been beaten up if he did." Afterward, he reportedly was forced to lie on his back on a basketball court covered in broken glass alongside another pledge, where they were "sprayed with a hose, had milk crates thrown at them, and were urinated on."

5. (Fox News) Greek life at LSU has been under scrutiny following the 2017 death of 18-year-old Maxwell Gruver. While pledging the Phi Delta Theta fraternity, he was allegedly forced to drink so much that his blood alcohol level spiked to 0.495 percent, causing him to die of alcohol poisoning. Four fraternity members were subsequently charged in connection to Gruver's death, and the boy's parents filed a $25 million federal lawsuit against the university board.

BOTTOM OF THIRD HOUR:

1. (Real Clear Politics) Former Vice President Joe Biden told the Munich Security Conference in Germany that President Trump's policy towards refugees and immigrants was "an embarrassment" and "the American people know overwhelmingly that it is not right." He said, "The America I see values basic human decency, not snatching children from their parents or turning our back on refugees at our border. Americans know that's not right. The American people understand… it makes us an embarrassment. The American people know, overwhelmingly that it is not right. That it is not who we are." (Beta!) (Daily Mail) He says he’ll decide soon whether to run for president.

2. (Fox News) Firefighters save cougar from tree in stunning rescue (unlike that runner who killed one with his bare hands and rocks). Firefighters have rescued a very big cat — a mountain lion — from a tree outside a home in the Southern California desert. He was perched on a branch about 50 feet high outside the San Bernardino Mountains. State wildlife personnel tranquilized the animal. Firefighters lowered it to the ground using a rescue harness. Attacks on humans are rare but the big cats will prey on pets and livestock.
